No bed linen or bathroom towels were provided for the first night. No email or phone call replies after notification were received. Had to make additional request for supplies not provided. Some form of attention to the initial communication should have occurred.

Appreciate your sharing feedback. Our apologies that we fell short on communications and know that must have been frustrating. We're usually known for our exceptional customer service and regret we didn't live up to those expectations in your case. We use an outside Linen Vendor that typically is great to work with. Family reunion.

Just perfect. We arrived late from the west coast and the after hours check-in couldn’t have been easier. The property as a whole is well maintained and quiet. The unit was clean, comfortable, spacious and well stocked with both kitchen and beach gear. The view was terrific and beach access was as convenient as can be.
