Excellent property in a great location for a quiet break but with enough places in close proximity for a more active break ( as we did).

Beautiful little house, very quiet and private away from everything. Perfect if you want to get away, unwind and switch off. Pool is perfect, very deep and refreshing to cool off from the heat. Siobhan is prompt with answers to any queries and checking in to make sure everything is going smoothly. We hope to come back here soon.

Casa Azahar is wonderful! The house itself is so beautifully restored inside and out, the photos dont do it justice! The interior has a great layout with well equipped kitchen, and dining area, comfortable sitting room and no shortage of bathing opportunities! The outside spaces are no less impressive with three different levels to take in different views. The pool is fantastic but the star of the show for us was the internal courtyard with huge Monstera plants.Siobhan gave excellent directions and lots of useful information. Thanks for a wonderful stay we will be back.

We spent 11 days in this lovely accommodation in a pretty, quiet Andalusian village. The house is a perfect base for exploring the area including Granada (the Alhambra) and Cordoba. Only 45 minutes drive from the coast also. A lovely place to relax both inside and on the terraces which overlook orange and olive groves. The house is beautiful with lots of character - a real home from home.

Cool pool

We stayed here during the recent heat wave and the pool was a life saver. So nice to jump in after a morning touring the area. The house was clean and tidy with a well equipped kitchen. Due to the heat we pretty much lived in the pool area all weekIf you want an away from it all break then you would enjoy Saleres

Fabulous house

We had a wonderful week in sleepy Saleres and definitely recommend the house for a relaxing holiday. Having a choice of 3 different levels to choose from is a real luxury throughout the day. The local bar was great to visit but we were usually the only visitors!! Fantastic setting and wonderful views everywhere.

Perfect holiday

What a fantastic holiday. The house was perfect and full of character. Lots of places to relax in the sun and shade. Wonderful location in a peaceful village but within driving distance from Granada, the coast and other surrounding towns and villages. Siobhan was very helpful with lots of information about the house and surrounding area. Particularly enjoyed the walks from the village, including the gorge. Would recommend to anyone interested in a peaceful holiday.

Sanctuary

Great week at Casa Azahar. The house is very special. It was difficult to choose a favourite space in such an interesting and comfortable property. The interior patio, pool room, terraces, sitting room and of course the pool were all fantastic. Walks in surrounding area and proximity to Grenada add to the attraction of Casa Azahar.

It is a very nice place in a very beautiful valley. The house needs a little bit of TLC. It puts a lot of strain and wear and tear on a house having a lot of guests and the harsh summer sun.We had a wonderful time and super respons from the host, when we had any questions or issues. We will be back. Thank you

Wonderful location away from tourist crowds

The house is absolutly wonderful. There was during our stay pool-service and when there where questions or little problems, the reply was immediate. Very good contact and nice people serviced. The reason the three stars for cleaness of the house is the behavior of the people, that have been there before us (not clearing the refrigerator, left food packages, left things in the bathroom etc.). But summarized: Best to chill.

The house was really wonderful as was the village. Absolutely great also for travelers without a car

The host, Ange, was very friendly and helpful. When the hot water didn’t work (probably due to the heavy storms) she fixed it within 15 minutes. The house is really comfortable for a longer stay and there are lots of opportunities for thos who like walking!

We really enjoyed the the flair of Casa Azahar and the tranquile surroundings! We would recommend the house to ervyone who wants to take a timeout in a calm environment. Also visiting Granada, Malaga or Cordoba is easy from Saleres!

Omar, I have given you a one star review as you left my house in a terrible state, caused damage to artworks, broke house rules by smoking, moved furniture from one room to another and caused us to spend many extra hours cleaning because it was so filthy and putting the house back together again (I have photographic evidence for all of this). In five years we have never had a guest leave the place in such a state. And I have never before left a one star review. It's a shame that you had to retaliate by downgrading our house to three stars when you told our host you wanted to stay longer as you liked it so much.

Loved our time in Saleres, property was great and loved the deep cool pool to cool off in after some stunning walks. Would especially recommend the local gorge walk, we did it twice in a week!
