It is ideally located in the middle of the city centre, close to all public transportation. However, as the apartment faces an interior patio, you will not notice any of the hectic outside the apartment! In addition, there is lots of natural light.
You will be able to enjoy the ideal barcelonian lifestyle: get your fresh breakfast at La Boqueria Market first thing in the morning, buy the newspaper at any of the Kiosks and sit on one of the emblematic terrace’s to read what's moving the earth today. And you will have all this close to home!

As dictated by law, this apartment can only be rented out to travellers for a period of 32 nights or longer. Proof will need to be provided before your check-in date to confirm the purpose & length of your visit.

Location:
This apartment is located in the best area of "La Rambla", the most known and cosmopolitan boulevard of Barcelona. It is just a few meters from Plaça Catalunya and most emblematic sights of the city.
At a stone’s throw you will find the Boqueria Market, Grand Theater of Liceu, as well as the Gothic Quarter. Located right in the middle of the old town, you can stroll through the Medieval looking streets until you reach the harbour and will be astounded by the exclusive boats you will see there. Passed the harbour, you will find the Barceloneta neighborhood. In this area there are many great seafood restaurants, tapas bars and of course the beach of Barcelona! Make sure to enjoy a cocktail on one of the many exclusive terraces next to the boulevard.
When going to the other direction coming out of the apartment building, you will find Passeig de Gràcia, la Rambla de Catalunya and the Eixample Quarter with a huge range of exclusive shops , and two of the most well-known buildings in the world by the famous architect Antoni Gaudí: the Batlló House and Milà House, also known as La Pedrera.

Transportation:
We highly recommend to move around walking and using public transportation, as downtown isn't the best place to park a car. If you rent a scooter, though, you will manage just perfect!
Nearest Metro station: Catalunya, 120 meters away
Barcelona airport: Barcelona's airport is located 16 kilometers away, about 20-25 minutes from the flat. Use the AeroBus for best convenience.

Important Comments:
* Airbnb reservations:
- Utility fees are paid separately (via our App), 6€ per day for up to 2 people.
- Damage deposit does not apply.

* Towels:

- Beach towels are not provided.
- Any extra set (towels or sheets) is 15€.
- The cleaning fee is for the final cleaning at the end of your stay.
- In compliance with local regulations (Law 11/2025), this property is available only for monthly tourist stays. It is not suitable for stays related to work, study, or medical purposes. Guests will be required to provide documentation confirming arrival and departure dates from the city. The minimum stay for this property is 32 nights.

- Utility fees cost €6 per day for 1 or 2 guests, with an additional €2 per day for each extra guest. These fees are not included in the price (for Airbnb reservations).

- A damage deposit of €600 must be paid upon arrival (Online). This does not apply to reservations made through Airbnb.

- If the request or reservation does not match the property's calendar, the property may have to cancel your reservation or relocate you. For this reason, we kindly ask you to reconfirm availability before booking.

- Extra guests joining the reservation after the check-in date will incur an additional charge of €18 per day (plus utility fees).

- Parties and smoking are strictly forbidden at all times. Noise is not allowed after 8 pm.
