Piso aceptable

Contraté este piso a toda prisa, tenía poco tiempo y era de los pocos que se ajustaban a las fechas que buscaba y que no tenía pinta horrible. Quizás con más tiempo habría contratado otro, menos turístico pero algo más barato o con mejores vistas. Es un piso ideal para turismo pero no se para larga estancia. Parece que los dueños piensan más en el mercado turístico, que no va a quedarse tiempo o no va a volver. Bien: - Piso decentemente construido y amueblado. - Buena wifi. - Localización estupenda (lo mejor). - El agua caliente bien. Mal: - El proceso web es complicado y absurdo. Es casi imposible saber lo que estás haciendo o quieres hacer, al final tienes que descargar la app, el pago es online pero luego hay que firmar un contrato con el dueño. Un lío. Parece más pensado para empresas que para particulares. Es lo peor. - Dotación del piso escasa si es para vivir en él: utiles de plancha muy precarios, pocos enchufes, iluminación un escasa sobre todo en el dormitorio. - Frío. Al ser un piso antiguo, se cuela el viento y al no darle el sol resulta frío. - Portal y ascensor muy incómodos, bien si te va el rollo histórico pero con maletas o compra, un lío. - Da a un patio interior, si te gusta el rollo mediterráneo, es cuqui, si quieres tener sol, no tanto. - Mantenimiento regular. - Vecinos ruidosos, parece que se te van a meter en casa.

Best location!

We spent 6 days here. The location couldn't be better. It was noisy the first 2 nights but when we mentioned it Maria spoke to those responsible for it. She was excellent responding to any problems we had. The bed was not the most comfortable but we were assured they would look into changing it this week.

Super Place in Barcelona

We enjoyed staying in this apartment. It is clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. It was very close to metro station and a very short way to walk to Placa Catalunya to catch the bus to the airport.

Great stay in Barcelona

We really enjoyed our stay in Barcelona. The service we received from Maria was outstanding. The apartment was a 4. The location was excellent. All areas were spacious and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Closets in the bedroom provide way more space than you usually find in europe. Great to be able to do your laundry. The only downside was the futon in the living room was quite uncomfortable to sit on, and the shower drained very slow. But we would still recommend. The hop-on hop-off bus is about a 5 minute walk and a great way to see the city.

Idea spot on Las Ramblas

Perfect location on Plaza de Catalunya, Las Ramblas and the Barcelona Metro. Clean, near a market, quiet, well-equipped and with comfortable beds. The ideal spot for a reasonably priced stay in the middle of exciting Barcelona.

Wunderschönes Barcelona

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in der Rambla l. Alles hat gut geklappt. Mit dem Sagales Bus sind wir vom Flughafen Girona direkt nach Barcelona zur Estacion Nord gefahren. Von da sind wir zur Rambla l gelaufen und wurden von dem netten POL in Empfang genommen. Wir haben alles so vorgefunden, wie im Internet beschrieben. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für 2. Für 4 Personen wäre sie uns allerdings zu klein. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig. Der Standort direkt auf der Rambla und in der Nähe vom Placa Cataluna ist prima. Alles ist in der Nähe, die tolle Markthalle, ein Supermarkt, zwei Bäcker und viele kleine Läden ringsrum. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten können zu Fuß erreicht werden. Ansonsten empfehle ich das T10 Ticket, 1 Ticket kann auch mit mehreren Personen abgefahren werden (dann also mehrmals stempeln - 10 Fahrten für ca. 10 Euro für die Metro und Bus). Wir sagen Danke und kommen gerne wieder.

C'était absolument PARFAIT

Cette location nous a tous enchantés : nous sommes une famille avec 2 adolescents, qui ont également beaucoup apprécié. Même s'il n'a qu'une chambre, cet appartement est parfait ! Vous êtes sur les Ramblas, tout prêt de la place de Catalunya, du marché de la Boqueria, d'un supermarché, de tous les commerces (ouverts jusqu'à 22 heures) et commodités du centre-ville, et parfaitement au calme. L'appartement est très propre, bien équipé, confortable. Rien ne manque ! le WIFI fonctionne bien. Aucune déception. Tout est exactement comme annoncé. Et la localisation est vraiment TOP (je me répète !). Allez-y les yeux fermés, vous êtes entre de bonnes mains. Nous n'hésiterons pas à faire appel à nouveau à easyflatbcn, avec plaisir.

Great location on la Rambla

This apartment was cozy, comfortable, well equipped and in a fabulous location on La Rambla close to the La Plaza Catalunya. Easy walk to the old city, great restaurants, tapas bars and the beach. Metro and busses only a block away. Pol met us promptly at check in time and was very helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

This is a perfect place to see Barcelona.

We loved the apartment. It was right in the middle of all the activity and like going through a secret door to quiet, safety and peace right off the La Rambla. Easy to walk to everything and get the bus to and from the Airport. We loved all the restaurants back in the different areas and we walked to the beach twice. It is really convenient. I would highly recommend your flat anytime and will check out one of the other ones when I return with my family. Thank you for providing a safe, quiet, spacious place to stay. I loved Barcelona, it is my favorite city in the world so far. Thanks.

Cozy and quiet apartment, close to everything you need! Subway station 1 min away, restaurants, 10 mins walk from the port. Also, the representative who waited us was very helpful and nice, with a perfect English accent!

Unbeatable location. La Rambla but quiet

We stayed in this apartment for 5 nights. Location was excellent. In the beginning of La Rambla, few steps from Plaça de Catalunya. Very convenient and close to the most of landmarks and at the same time quite . Apartment had everything we need for out journey and even more. ( Laundromat, fan, iron, Coffee maker, full kitchen, AC ). Very clean, well maintained and absolutely adorable. Simple but really cozy. 4 people can sleep easily . 4 th floor of a building and antique elevator worked perfectly. Reliable payment options. Representative of EasyFlatBCN came up on time and explained everything we need to know. When you check out , you just leave a key on a table, which gives flexibility for departure time. 200 safety deposit were charged and returned promptly on time .

Fine apartment in the center of all the action!

The apartment is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. Walk to everything and steps from the airport shuttlebus. We had two people here plus an extra guest for 3 nights and it was fine.

Location, location, location!

This apartment was actually quite roomy and the location was so great! It was convenient to everything and it was even possible to make stops here during our touring to drop things off without any major inconvenience. It was very clean and the elevator was very reliable which is a big deal when your feet are sore from walking all day! We would def. rent this one again when we are back in Barcelona. Also, management company was helpful when I made a mistake in booking, which was a big relief! I've rented a lot of different VRBO properties and this by far was one of my favorites. Primarily because it's just so well located!!!!!
