Accessibility - 6 floors above street level. Elevator (10 steps to elevator)

Apartment description - 2 bedroom newly remodeled apartment with 1 bathroom. One full bathroom, with shower, toilet, sink. Complete kitchen including oven, microwave oven and full-size refrigerator. Master bedroom with 140 x 200 cm bed. 2nd bedroom has one single bed (90 x 190cm). Dining area facing South. Futon in dining area with slide-under extra-bed (2x 180x80cm)

Equipment - SAFE in the master bedroom.
Private LAUNDRY ROOM inside the apartment with a washing machine and a dryer.
A/C and heating.
We supply LINENS and TOWELS, and a starter supply of soap and SHAMPOO and other essentials.

For maximum comfort this apartment is centrally air-conditioned and has central gas heating as well.

Location - The apartment is in the historical part of the Eixample area, at short distance and midway from the Sagrada Familia temple and Passeig de Gracia shopping.

Transportation - Near Verdaguer metro station (on yellow and blue lines) and several bus lines. Very easy to get to by taxi. A taxi lane runs in front of the apartment.

Noise levels - The apartment faces away from the street, into an ample interior courtyard.

Occupancy - The apartment is ideally suited for 3 people. It can sleep up to 5.

Check-in and check-out - The apartment will be ready for you at 16:00 for occupancy. Check-out time is 11:00am.
Reserved early check-in or late check-out for half the nightly rate, subject to availability.
There is no extra fee for nighttime check-in.
FREE LUGGAGE STORAGE SERVICE in our office when you arrive before check in or depart after check out time. We have our office in the building next door.

The host was very responsive and accommodating, and the unit is located in an ideal location within walking distance to major attractions and restaurants/cafes. We especially liked the sunlit dining area and the convenience of having a washing machine in the unit. (Just give yourself lots of time to do laundry and do small loads only.) Thank you for the lovely stay!

Nice size apartment in a great location. My husband and I and another couple stayed 5 days in Barcelona. This cozy apartment was just the right size for the 4 of us, and has a nice rooftop area. We arrived before check in and were able to securely store our luggage. The apartment is within walking distance of Sagrada Familia and the metro, but not so close as to be noisy and crowded. There were plenty of nice restaurants and bakeries nearby. Liliana was a great host. We had a minor issue and she came quickly to resolve it.

We really enjoyed this Vrbo. The apartment was just as it shows in the photos and the location was great. Close to the busy center but far enough away not to bother us at night. The cooking spices/oils was a nice touch. Communication with the host was awesome.

Well located, comfortable apartment that was generally quiet except for the 2nd bedroom which shared common airspace with noisy neighbours. The large solarium looked out on a huge courtyard surrounded by several hundred apartments but was quiet. The drying cycle of the washer\dryer, one machine, hardly dried clothes after 3 hours. Drying clothes on the clothes lines outside the windows was a good alternative The beds were comfortable as was the sofa. Most of the attractions were within a 25 minutes walk, some just 10 minutes away. Close to small supermarkets, and many eateries.

My husband, toddler son, mother and I stayed at this property for a week. We had a great time and were comfortable. They let us borrow a pack and play and high chair for my son; this helped tremendously. Check in was easy. We received clear instructions and were given the codes to the property way in advance. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived. Communication with the hosts was always quick and helpful.There are many places to visit that are walking distance. They also have restaurants, coffee shops and stores nearby. Ahhh the coffee shop next door has a delicious French toast that I miss.The only “negative” things were the pillows (but I think nothing can replace your own pillows) and the step between the dining room and living room areas. We kept forgetting about it and tripped a few times. Nothing bad, by the second day we got used to it and my son started pointing at it to remind us. Also, you have to go up a few steps to get to the elevator. It wasn’t an issue for us but I think it’s important to keep in mind if you’ll be there with someone who has mobility issues/restrictions.Overall, I highly recommend this property!

Simply decorated to maximize cleanliness and very comfortable for me and my adult daughter. Roof access a plus with view of Sagrada Familia. All amenities just a few steps away. In one of the most picturesque neighborhoods, Eixample. Great find for the price!!

Great, Central Location

We spent 3 lovely days in the center of it all at this place! We were a family of 1 teen, and 2 adults and everyone enjoyed their stay in this apartment. I do agree with other reviews that some of the photos are out dated and that the apt is a little more worn in person, particularly the couch and living room, but overall this place suited my family's needs well for our trip. There is an abundance of food, transportation and things to see and do just steps from the door and I felt that the communications from the host were prompt and very helpful.

The location is very convenient. walking distance to almost everywhere. The staff were fantastic. The unit was clean and tidy. They did let us early check in and late check out with no charge. We enjoyed staying here and we loved Barcelona. The building is abit old but all buildings in that area are the same I think.

The house is big and clean with a cute rooftop. Host is super helpful. Location is walkable to many main attractions. Everything is perfect except the bedroom is quite noisy that you can even hear people talking next door.

Wonderful location

Great location ,easy check in instructions. The place would benefit from some better towels( they were more like floor mats) ,better blankets and better wifi( you had to find the right spot in the apartment to connect) . Love the roof top deck ,360 view of Barcelona . Lauren was also very accommodating to us .
