condominium complex has over 80 fully grown palm trees, the most on
the island, and two swimming pools. Gaze out from your patio, just a
few steps from one of the pools and jacuzzi, or from your living room
at its beautiful courtyard filled with hibiscus, bougainvilleas, and
dozens of other tropical plants.
This fuly tiled, two bedroom, two bath condominium is tastefully
furnished with a tropical flair for your enjoyment and includes large
living, dining, and kitchen areas. This property is registered with the City of South Padre Island Permit No. 2015-286160.
There is a two night minimum stay required.

Home away from home!

This property never disappoints!! Parking is easily accessible and you walk right into the space! Hang a left out the sliding door and you're at the pool!! We love this place and have for years!! And hopefully we will for years to come!!

Summer vacation

Overall good. The property had trash and some unclean spots. One of the lamps was broken. I attempted to get some sort of “make good” by the owner but they wouldn’t respond to my request.

There was a wrapper inside a cabinet drawer. The lamp was missing its plug? I’m not sure how that happened but I didn’t consider it worth the $50 refund he was requesting. I did send the picture to my housekeeping crew. I try very hard to rent the place for as low a price as possible. I appreciate any comments so I can possibly make it better. I get very few complaints.

The unit is a great size and overall impressive in accommodations. Proximity to the pool is a plus. The only drawback is parking is very limited and the patio grill was dirty. Easy check in and out. Would stay again...

Parking is reserved for the unit but only one space. There are a few extra spots, which most condo associations don't have, but not enough for everyone to have two or three. As to the grill being dirty, the cleaning service does not clean it. I suggest buning it off before using. I clean it 2-3 ties a year (the insides and underneath drip pan) but I'm not there all the time. So it's best to burn it off first and then use it. Thanks

It was just as the pictures showed! The pool was right outside the porch so we could keep an eye on the older kids without having to be there. The place was clean, the manager nice, a short walk to the beach… just a very nice place. We plan to go again and hope to stay there again. Thank you for a great stay!

Sweet condo!

This is one of the best condos I've stayed in on Padre. It has everything you need for a family to enjoy the island without having to bring everything with them. The condo's location next to the pool is wonderful and it's a two minute walk to the beach. We plan on staying there from now on...seriously!

Then location was a short walk from the beach. The actual condo door location was perfect for loading and unloading you car because it was right off of the parking lot. There weren't alot of other guests during our stay, so we had the pool area all to ourselves. The pool itself was located right off of the patio, and it could be seen from inside the condo.

I own two condos in this complex. My family loves to come here so we often need two units. This is the one I rent out when not in use by family and friends.

Why they chose this property

We loved this location and this complex. I have been going to South Padre Island for many years. It never gots old! So plan to fall in love with the Island and come again.

What makes this property unique

Very nice unit in a quite complex close to the beach with two pools. The patio opens right up to the pool area and the grounds are very tropical. This complex has the most palm trees of any complex on the island - so if you like to hear the wind blow - this is the unit for you!
