Home away from home!

This property never disappoints!! Parking is easily accessible and you walk right into the space! Hang a left out the sliding door and you're at the pool!! We love this place and have for years!! And hopefully we will for years to come!!

Clean, private, and spacious

The master bedroom has a new shower and the couches in the living room also look new. We had a lot of fun.

Summer vacation

Overall good. The property had trash and some unclean spots. One of the lamps was broken. I attempted to get some sort of “make good” by the owner but they wouldn’t respond to my request.

Spacious condo in great location

We love many things about this place...The proximity to the pool and the nice greenery around it make for a very tropical feel. It is also a close walk to the beach. Most of your kitchen essentials are provided to prepare meals during the stay. Having a washer and dryer on premises is a major plus. Roomy and cold AC.The furniture, however, is a bit dated. I am not sure where eight people could sleep comfortably. The sofa bed springs and coils were very uncomfortable, and the bed sheet was filthy. The queen bed has a foam topper with deep indentions on each side. Be prepared to sleep in a hole because it is impossible to position yourself otherwise. We brought our own electric grill based on other reviews that mentioned how unusable the patio grill was. To confirm, the grill is VERY dirty and gross. It wobbles to the simple touch and looks like it has not been cleaned in months.Bring your own air mattress, toilet paper, hand soap, detergent, dish soap and garbage bags. Life will be easier

Great location

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated being able to have our dog. The location was perfect. Just around the corner from the Wanna Wanna. It was nice to have a private patio with the pool right in front of us. The host was nice and very communicative.

Great Location w/Nice Patio

Then location was a short walk from the beach. The actual condo door location was perfect for loading and unloading you car because it was right off of the parking lot. There weren't alot of other guests during our stay, so we had the pool area all to ourselves. The pool itself was located right off of the patio, and it could be seen from inside the condo.

The host, Molly was amazing. She accommodated us as they were repairing the original unit we were supposed to stay in. Very clean, our doggies loved it and we would stay again!!!

Time spent for a birthday

Wow we loved the place clean but Victor said we could only have up to 8 people at a time. He told us that2 people would have to go? They came to visit and not stay the night. The hot Tub was not heating the pool was cold

The best view ever. Would recommend everyone to stay. Waking up to having coffee on patio near pool. Comfy beds fiot sure. Pretty amazing time spent there. Quick and accessible to beach and downtown main strip of food and shops. Highly recommend on taking the visit.

Definitely enjoyed our time there. Only issue was the washer has been broken for over a year.

Everything went smooth. Except washer should not be in the advertising if it doesn't work. It was really inconvenient to go to the other end of the building to do laundry. And there is only 1 washer and 1 dryer on the main floor . I would love to come back.

Great location!

This is a nice location. It's quiet, a block away from the beach and has 2 great pools. The condo is great because the pool is right next to it. Lots of dishes if you're cooking, good fridge and plenty of space for everyone. The only concern I had was the dust on the vents and ceiling fan. I wasn't thrilled looking at it during our stay. Whomever is cleaning needs to look up at times. All in all the location , space and pool makeup for this ! Would definitely use it again . Thank you!

We loved this location and this complex. I have been going to South Padre Island for many years. It never gots old! So plan to fall in love with the Island and come again.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Very nice unit in a quite complex close to the beach with two pools. The patio opens right up to the pool area and the grounds are very tropical. This complex has the most palm trees of any complex on the island - so if you like to hear the wind blow - this is the unit for you!
