El complejo de apartamentos se compone de una atractiva y dos pisos de baldosas de color rojo techo de edificios con vegetación madura bien mantenido. La unidad es un condominio de lujo grande con vista frente al lago situado en una comunidad de golf cerca del lago sábalo y las playas del Golfo. Incluye los siguientes: Más de 1.300 pies cuadrados de espacio de estar decoradas en el segundo piso con una gran vista. Dos dormitorios y dos baños completos. cama king en el dormitorio principal, amplio walk-in closet, construido en el escritorio, televisión en color y vista al lago. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas dobles, vestidor, escritorio de la computadora con conexión de alta velocidad modum. sala de estar muy bien amueblado con cama de matrimonio y vista del lago con robles y pinos maduros. El salón tiene televisión en color de alta definición con cable digital y reproductor de DVD / CD. espejos de pared y techo de diseño proporcionan una sensación de amplitud atractivo para la unidad. comedor con buffet, vitrina de espejo, lámpara, y una mesa para ocho personas es de gran entretenimiento. Comfortable and spacious.

Good value, great view

This is an older property, a bit worn and tired around the edges, and there is no lanai or balcony…. BUT, the bed is super comfortable, and the condo is spacious and well-equipped. It is set in a pretty and safe neighborhood and very conveniently situated- very close to groceries and shopping and restaurants and the wonderful John Chestnut state Park with its many trails and facilities. We especially enjoyed the wonderful view from the large windows, looking out over trees and the pond- always some birds or gators to observe. Check-in was a breeze and the owner and his family are lovely and helpful people. We enjoyed our 3 month stay very much.

Perfect three months

We definitely enjoyed this condo very much during our three months as we are getting to know FLorida. Ted has been outstanding in support and communicating with us. The neighborhood is very peanut and friendly. It’s perfect for our relaxing morning walks and it’s near everything for us with the shopping plaza right down the street at the entrance. The AC worked really well during the hot summer month in keeping us nice and cool. The car port definitely help to keep the car cool and there are plenty of parking space for visitor. Would definitely recommend for a couple. Thank you Ted for allowing us to share your condo.

Roomy & peaceful

Ted is a great host, he called me a couple of times during my stay to see how everything was going. The condo is spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of cleaning tools and supplies. The king bed was so comfy, I slept great! The view of the pond was so lush. The pool and spa were nice and the neighbors friendly. The location is very safe and convenient.

Home away from home

We stayed here for 3 months while we were house hunting. We were fortunate to have such a nice place to come back to. Ted was amazing! He bent over backwards to make sure our stay was perfect. I would highly recommend this property, the grounds and wildlife...everything was perfect!

Palm Harbor Condo

This was a very nice place to stay to get out of the Midwestern cold for the winter. Location is convenient to shopping, golfing and restaurants and relatively close to beaches. Condo is well furnished with most everything you need for an extended stay.

That photo is exactly how it looks out the living room window

My wife and I really enjoyed our 2 month visit. The condo was nice and quiet, and spacious. It was on the second floor which wasn't a problem for us. I'm 72, my wife is (close). You could see the swimming pool across the pond from the condo. The pool and hot tub are brand new. Pool temp 84, hot tub 104. Parking was under cover. We did shopping at a Publix store nearby, and also at a Walmart neighborhood store. There are many restaurants in the area, and we enjoyed a lot of them. My wife and I walk, and we did a lot of that. The area around there is kind of in an upscale location. There is a park about a mile West of the condo called John Chesnut park. It is an emense park. We took our books (we read a lot) over to the park to read and they have many trails to walk. The park is on Lake Tarpon. We really enjoyed that. We had wonderful weather, and would definitly do it again. We are from Wisconsin

Very Comfortable Stay

This condo was nicely situated in the very pleasant community of Palm Harbor just north of Tampa. The condos layout and ammenities provided for a very relaxing stay whether just lounging around or cooking meals when staying in. The lake view out back provided many opportunities for wild life viewing as well as lush vegetation. If we are in the area again we will surely contact Ted and look to stay again.

Great Spot

Spacious condo looks just like the pictures in the ad. It is located in a quiet complex populated by friendly neighbors some of whom are seasonal and others permanent. The location is central to virtually everything you might want to do in Florida. Owner Ted is just a phone call away if any problems arise. This was our second stay with Ted and we are looking forward to going back in Feb. 2015.

Wonderful place to stay

I can't say enough about this condo. This was our home for 2 months while I was receiving medical treatment for Lyme Disease. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in. The condo has everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The neighbors are super friendly and welcoming. We made several friends while staying there. Ted the owner checked on us numerous times while we stayed to make sure everything met our expectations, and is an exceptionally nice person. The pool and hot tub are very clean and we liked the fact that it was in a locked location and only the tenants could use it. The location is perfect and only minutes from shopping locations. I would highly recommend this condo and look forward to coming back for vacation the next time.

Wonderful Property with A Wonderful Views

The Photos don't do the property justice... because the Unit is very long and more spacious than the photos can show....has a spectacular view of the private pond (which has some pretty good bass fishing)... It is extremely well maintained...smells nice and feels fresh and clean... Every amenity that you'll need like cookware, plates, silver, glasses, utensils, spices, Fridge with ice maker, plenty of towels, washer and dryer... comfortable beds, internet, King size bed and 2 doubles, with a sofa sleeper... really big table with sleeves to be shortened or lengthened. Has cooshy carpet, large tv in living room and smaller in main bedroom(although neither are flat screen/led etc but does have rca inputs but not hdmi) but does have good cable channels... 2 full size baths (1 shower and 1 shower/tub). Good size closets... both are walk in sized.. Nice neighbors, quiet neighborhood, except for the occasional exotic bird or hoot owl :O... Really Really neat in that the golf course is only 50 yards from the property, and if you like seeing wild life you can see lots of deer and turkeys on the course... Plenty of squirrels and shore birds too...and an occasional foot long mini-gator in the pond.. Ted is a really nice guy and very enjoyable to work with... He refunded our deposit in a timely manner and is accountable to the tenants etc... Also the location is close to walking and biking paths and there are some great neighborhoods to walk or bike through.. Grocery Store, Gym, Restaurants, Drug Stores, etc. are all within a 3-5 minute drive and less than 1 mile away... This is a really nice property on the top floor, so no-one walking on top of your head and it has an assigned covered parking and there is plenty of guest parking... Pool is very well maintained as well.... Bout a 25 minute drive to Tampa Airport and 20 minutes to the beaches etc....and 20 minutes to the Sponge Docks etc.. You wont go wrong here....

Great Spot

We had a very enjoyable 2 month stay. The pictures and descriptions provided were accurate. There were no surprises. Quiet, comfortable surroundings, good neighbours and a location that is central to everything (golf, baseball, theater, beach, restaurants,horse races etc)are the main reasons we've already booked to go back next year. Owner Ted was very helpful, always available and very easy to deal with.

Great place to stay!

Marv Excellent condo with lots of room. Ted was great to work with on all details of rental. Pool was large and in great shape. Great Hot tub. Condo had everything we needed. Fully outfitted kitchen and laundry. Superb view of nature filled pond. Location in the East Lake area was central to all shopping, beach areas, and restaurants. Quiet housing area. I hope I get the opportunity to rent again in the future.

I would highly recommend staying here! I can't say enough about the place! The location was ideal. It is a quiet neighborhood, but close to lots of amenities. You have a grocery store, a Target, and dozens of restaurants within minutes. As a young woman, I felt extremely safe! I even had a chance to meet several of the neighbors, who were extremely kind and welcoming. The condo itself was huge! I felt so at home and comfortable. Very clean and well-maintained! I loved the decor (palm trees, sea shells etc.), which really made me feel like I was in Florida. I love to cook, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything I ever needed! Also, the king size bed was extremely comfortable! Ted, the owner, was amazing to work with! My trip was pretty last minute, which turned out not to be a problem, as Ted always responded very quickly to my e-mails (even while he was on vacation!). I would HIGHLY recommend this place!

Owner is an environmental Consultant. He and his wife live in Golden, Colorado. Their two sons and four grandsons live in the Tampa area and they are available to assistance our guests in an emergency. We keep the condo fully equipped since we use it ourselves a couple of times a year to assure that any needed repairs or upkeep is taken care of correctly. We enjoy visiting with our family in the area and participating in the many local attractions such as the beach, sports, golf, boating, dinning out, etc.
