This stylish place featuring a heated pool is perfect for groups, family vacation or work trip. Has an open layout nice kitchen all furniture and appliances brand new. We are walking distance to Lake Tarpon-Bring your boats and jet skiis! Honeymoon Island is 8.8 miles Tampa, Dunedin Causeway only 7.6 miles . Tarpon Springs sponge docks 5.8 miles .St. Pete & Clearwater beach are not to far by car.
The space
Our home is fully equipped with everything you need! The layout is perfect for large families who want to enjoy spending time together. We are centrally located to EVERYTHING: Walmart super center, grocery stores, many wonderful restaurants, Innisbrook Golf Course, and a comedy club.

Other things to note
If you like the fool heated, it will be $25 per day to help cover the cost of running the pool heater . We cannot host cats. Dogs are allowed depending on size please let us know before hand and be upfront about bringing a pet to avoid cancellation. Dogs myst be confirmed & approved first. We have a $35 fee per night per per pet. Unless it's a longer stay for booking less than one week stay it will be $35 per night per pet for longer stay more than a week or 175 per week.

Excellent home! Very spacious and comfortable! Highly recommended! Host quick to respond. There were 9 of us and all had plenty of space and privacy! Pool was very nice and clean. Plenty of towels and blankets. Would definitely stay again, close to everything!

Excellent property

House was perfect for us. We had 3 families and everyone had their own bedroom. Huge kitchen, which was perfect and the kids loved the pool. Would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend this property to anyone. Host was excellent in communicating with me. Check in and check out was a breeze.

Grounds outside of pool area including Fireplace area weren’t groomed very well. Lights in that area weren’t working properly. Don’t agree that renters should have to pay extra to have pool heated considering time of season rented.

Family getaway for Spring Break

My family had a great week on vacation in Florida, made even better by the lovely home rented for our stay. Both VRBO and the host made iit an easy process, couldn't be more pleased. We would consider coming back to this home in future trips to Florida. Thanks!

House near Innisbrook

Perfect property for golf buddies going to watch The Valspar Championship. Great communication by the Host and the house was well stocked with all we needed. Grilled out both nights and enjoyed the pool. Hopefully will be back next year.

Awesome location, great home!

We recently spent 6 nights in this great house. Easy access to I-19 which will drop you anywhere along the coast. We had a group from 2 to 70 age range. Check in was a breeze. Everyone loved the pool and the beds are super comfy! Check out was even easier with no long list of chores. We spent most of our days at the beach, golfing and shopping, it was great to be able to come home and use the pool in the evenings. Check out Tarpon Springs and do the dolphin tour and then eat at Rusty Bellys. Will definitely use this home the next time we are in Tampa!

Perfect House in Palm Harbor

Raimonda was excellent. Very responsive. We met up with our (3) adult children. The house was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was perfect for a mama bear to cook all of her kids favorite meals. We will be back.

Very easy check in, and was impressed with the beautiful Christmas tree and huge kitchen, the pictures don’t do it justice. Would definitely stay again.
