Lovely property very near the beach. The house and beach were quiet and relaxing. Great location, especially if you want to be away from the crowds. Neighborhood felt very safe.

We had an amazing stay in Puerto Rico. This house was exactly as advertised, It was so nice to be able to walk to the beach and when we were done at the beach to hit the private pool. The house was definitely big enough for the 9 of us. We spent a lot of time around the huge kitchen table playing games. The ocean breeze kept us cool throughout the day. Would highly recommend!

This house is in a wonderful neighborhood with a beautiful ocean view, access to a great beach, and is located well for day trips. The pool is very warm, and the multitude of shutters allows a nice breeze through the house all the time. The only issue we had was a shortage of hot water, but Elizabeth was very responsive. Note the driveway is tricky for a low-clearance vehicle, so consider that when getting a rental car.

Super location away from the bustle of San Juan, with bars, restaurants and supermarkets close by. Great sea view, 2mins walk to private beach, with a protected swimming area. Very safe and peaceful.

Property just like pictured. Beautiful home with beautiful views. The beds were extremely comfortable! Beach is rocky so water shoes recommended but beautiful none the less. Pool was well maintained and owner was very kind and available as needed when issues arose. I would definitely stay again! Tons of amenities were provided with lots of activities and games. Location is great with super market and restaurants very close. We stayed with 4 adults and 2 children and had plenty of room. A/C worked great in all bedrooms and plenty of open windows for the ocean breeze in the remainder of the house.

Our stay was absolutely incredible! Elizabeth was an amazing host from start to finish. Her communication was outstanding, she was always quick to respond, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed before and during our stay.The property itself was even better than the photos. It was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the views were simply breathtaking. Waking up each morning and enjoying the scenery from the house was one of the highlights of our trip.The location was also perfect, with several fantastic local restaurants just a short drive away. We enjoyed some of the best meals of our vacation without having to travel far.If you’re looking for a peaceful, beautiful place to stay in Puerto Rico with a host who truly cares about her guests, this is it. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Elizabeth’s property to anyone visiting the island!

This was a perfect home for our family! It was such a wonderful place to hang out and there was plenty of space for everyone. The kids spent hours in the pool (it was the perfect temperature!) and the beach was gorgeous and really easy to get to. The home is in a great location too- easy to drive to many destinations.

Absolutely stunning home and an amazing location. We traveled here as a family with grown adult children and had absolutely wonderful day. The house is just like the photos if not even better there was a starfruit tree in the backyard and the fruit was delicious. The air-conditioning worked great and the screens really helped in the kitchen area with fans to keep the mosquitoes away.The only thing I would say is the check-in code to get through the gate and the contact information is wrong.The host said they sent instructions separately, but I did not receive them and they did not check in with me through the app to make sure I received them and unfortunately the phone number on the app did not work.When we arrived at around 9 PM at night, we could not get through the gate. Fortunately, the person that was on the phone number on the Vrbo app. Instructions did answer and we eventually were able to get through.So I would just say simply be sure that you have your accurate check-in instructions and check in with the host and hopefully they will update their phone number on the appThere was a scheduled maintenance with electricity, and the whole neighborhood had no electricity for the day. The house has a really great generator unfortunately it does trip easily and so I would also make sure the host tells you how to get the generator running again because that’s very simple, but unfortunately, we had to wait quite a while for the maid to come and show us how to get it goin

I’m so happy that you and your family enjoyed staying at what I call my paradise. About instructions are sent automatically from Vrbo 2 weeks before your stay and on 10 years renting I haven’t had that happen. About the codes there are two one that I answer personally and the second for emergency that is my moms and she did answer. I was in Africa and is very difficult getting good reception. But I Glad that the emergency contact worked. About the generator I will make sure will have the correct instructions. I have my handyman that can help if something like that happens. Such a lovely view of the ocean and the hills in the background. Very relaxing, had everything from beach towels, to beach chairs, a cooler and everything to have an enjoyable time at the beach. The pool was a nice and even had a blow up raft for the kids to play on.

Villa Luna is an amazing property, ample space, everything you could want an more! The views were amazing, we were a group of 9 ranging in ages from 10 to 78 the beach is so secluded there are times you have it all to yourself. Elizabeth has everything you could need, chairs for the beach, floats for the pool, well appointed kitchen- just everything! I don’t think we turned on one tv while we were there- with the views and the sound of the ocean why would you! There is a small orange Mexican resturant right before the turn that serves a berria pizza that is to die for and right up the road on the left is a small place that has outstanding food and drinks! We were away from the crowds of San Juan but a 30 min drive frome all the excursions we had planned- hands down the only place to stay if you want peacefulness and to die for views Villa Luna is it! Thank you and would love to stay with you again!

Overall great stay. Pool was fun. Beach short walk. Lots of necessities for house with pots/pans/condiments. Dish washer and laundry. Only issues were finding the place. Had a 3 generation family get together and all enjoyed themselves.

House is in a great location for enjoying the amazing ocean views and sounds! Steps from the basically private beach with the rainforest directly behind. Pool was comfortable to use and there were plenty of chairs, etc., to enjoy the outdoor balconies and views.

Our host Elizabeth was wonderful! She was quick to respond to any questions we had and provided great instructions, recommendations, and advice. The house itself could not have been more wonderful with the ocean out the front door and the cool green of the mountains in the back.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Yabucoa! The location was perfect-easy to navigate (driveway is a bit steep but workable), close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. and just about an hour from the airport. The pool was very relaxing, and the home had all of the basic amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the sunrise view from the primary bedroom- absolutely beautiful and such a peaceful way to start each morning. Overall a great spot for anyone looking for convenience. comfort, and a lovely setting. Host was very accommodating and helpful.
