Enjoy ocean views from every room in this stunning 3 bedroom/ 3 full bath end unit. Relax in the salty ocean-kissed breezes as you enjoy the direct ocean front spacious balcony for meals or a cocktail. Dolphins are often spotted from the balcony as they make their way along the shore to feed. Meals can be enjoyed with an ocean view from the dining room, breakfast nook, or Kitchen counter bar. The well-appointed kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for a romantic gourmet meal or a fun family
treat. There is an outdoor BBQ area with two grills, a table, and chairs as well as ocean-side seating.

Amazing condo

Overall our stay was amazing. The unit was even better than the pictures showed. The condo was perfect for a family and very spacious. We had kids with us and it was very kid friendly. The condo had an amazing view of the ocean. The unit had ample towels for the pool chairs and anything else you could think of. Absolutely amazing rental, would come back and stay here anytime.

Awesome

We had a wonderful stay. A little rest and lots of great memories made. Condo is awesome!! Perfect for having our children and grandchildren with us. There was not one thing that was needed during our time at condo other than more time. Rosemarie has thought of everything. It was the most well equipped kitchen that I have had at any of the other condos that we have rented in the past. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room for all of us(8) to be together and not feel cramped in living area. Plus open space for the little ones to run and play. Each family had their bedroom and bath. The easy access to beach can’t be beat especially with little ones and all of the beach gear. The keyless entry and 3 sets of keys was absolutely great. The view for watching the sunrise and sunset was icing on the cake for me. Rosemarie was easy to communicate with and very personable, however she has thought of everything and laid it out for you in her welcome there is not much to bother her with. We most definitely would stay at Rosemarie’s place again,

Great Host, nice room, hateful management

Great host, nice room and view. The building overall was old and dirty. The walkways haven’t been swept in ages. Whatever you do make sure a drop of water doesn’t fall off your child on the floor or the snarled faced wicked witch of the east will call in on you and condemn you. Once we’re going to the beach, I was carrying the towels and had to go back to the room to get my phone. She was very mean to my wife about just sitting down in the pool area without a towel. When I arrived she continued to be very hateful without letup. The pool was trashy and nasty with vomit in one corner all day. She followed us and other guests around constantly making people uncomfortable. I imagine there will be a fireworks show for the ages when she moves on.

Just a little slice of heaven!

Just returned from nine weeks in this end unit condo — to SNOW! That’s not funny! There are not enough superlatives for this property or its owner. The unit is well furnished and perfectly located for all your shopping needs. From the lanai you can see the lights at the International Speedway and the ocean front balcony provides breath-taking sunrises. So blessed to have found Rose and Towers Ten!

Family trip is always a success here! Room for elderly parents to get around with ease and convenient to restaurants and directly on beach! We have stayed here 3 years in a row and wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else!

It truly is panoramic!

Whether you prefer the sunrise or sunset, this place has you covered. Simply amazing views with an open floor plan, a master bath the size of a NYC apartment, and a kitchen stocked with everything you could possibly need (including an immersion blender and espresso machine!) Easy accessibility to shopping and just far enough away from Daytona Beach “proper” to avoids the crowds/noise. Rocket launches are visible from the ocean balcony and from the western lanai you can see the lights from the Daytona International Speedway. The condo does have a number of “rules” which explains why the common areas are so pristine. Best pool (heated!) on the beach. Rose is a very responsive/thoughtful owner. We are truly blessed to have found our winter vacation home. Thanks again Rose!

The condo was wonderful. It is well cared for and has all the amenities you need.

Rosie was great to work with on scheduling the rental. She was very responsive and accommodating. There were six adults in our group and each one gives this place five stars. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was terrific. The facility also was very well maintained. The pool and hot tub were cleaned everyday. Thanks Rosie.

Really nice, exceptional

This is the nicest, best equipped condo we have ever rented in the Daytona area. What added to it was the terrific communication with the owner. Rose is special, accommodating and organized. The unit lacks nothing. This 3BR, 3bath condo is right on the beach. My grandkids loved the heated pool and hot tub. A wonderful vacation getaway.

Great property and well maintained!

Very nice and spacious unit recently renovated! The views are amazing!The unit is well stocked with everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Nice restaurants nearby.

Wonderful Time at the beach!

Fantastic views of both the ocean and the intracoastal waterway. Great condo with lots of room and everything you need to have a great time. Perfect for couples and/or families. The owner is very nice and outstanding to work with. We feel very fortunate to have found a place we can come back to over and over again. You can't go wrong staying here.

Great vacation!!

This condo is awesome!! It's very clean and spacious. I love sitting on the balcony watching the waves, watching the sun come up, and go down in the evenings. It is so relaxing and so comfortable at this beautiful condo. I can't say enough about Rose, she is awesome to deal with, thank you Rose!
