Great place to stay! We were down for the NCA Cheer comp and we were less than 10 minutes away. Close to everything! Views on the balcony were amazing- loved watching the sunrises everyday. Kitchen well stocked! Loved being able to walk right outside to the beach. Had an amazing time! Lynn was quick to respond to any communication.

This rental unit was incredibly clean. We were very happy with our stay. Everything was just as advertised. The owners were wonderful to work with. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Daytona, this is it.

Home away from home!

Great beach quilting retreat!

Well equipped with all the extra little luxuries….fully stocked kitchen, beach towels and sand toys, swim noodles. Many more extras that make it more enjoyable.

Girls Weekend

We absolutely loved our stay here. The building was under some construction while we were there, but it wasn’t too bothersome. The condo itself was very well stocked for guests; it was a major plus to have access to beach towels especially since we flew down and they taken up so much space in our luggage. It was beautifully decorated and felt like a home away from home. Lynn and Dan are some of the best hosts we’ve ever had while using VRBO. Lynn talks to every guest prior to your stay, she’s the sweetest. 10/10 would stay at any property they own.

Amazing communication and great stay!

Lynn called us at the start of our family vacation to make sure everything was okay and to see if we had any questions or concerns. She also called to tell us where to see the best fireworks for the 4th of July. The condo was clean and beautiful. We will certainly stay here again.

Right on the beach.

The host was great. They reached out several times before and during our trip to make sure we had what we needed. Location was at the quieter end of Daytona Beach. The beach was nice and clean. The building was a little outdated but the condo was clean and had everything we needed.

Perfect Relaxing Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. The location is perfect and not far from many restaurants and activities. The condo was clean and well kept. We enjoyed the sunrise each morning on the balcony and walks on the beach. The pool area is lovely. The condo had everything we needed and we enjoyed making some meals there. Lynn and Don were so helpful and checked in with us to make sure everything was just right. We would stay again!

We had a very nice time here. Building is very secure. That is why I gave 4 stars for check in. But once you go thru the process, it is easier. We had covered and secure parking. The condo owners around the pool were so nice and accommodating . The condo, is on floor 8. Above on floor 9 is used for meeting rooms and such. So this , then is a penthouse condo. It is on the side of the building near the front. You can hear the surf as you go to sleep. Beautiful ocean views from the patio. Very large patio! Very clean condo. No bugs. Loved our stay!

Outstanding

The condo was super. Kitchen ,bath, and bedrooms had everything needed to be comfortable and cozy. It was extremely clean in all rooms and fresh smell throughout. Highly recommend staying there . We will return for a longer stay next time. The host is outstanding! A pleasure to communicate with. They were very quick to help our with questions and support. Super people !
