Best value per person is : A Peace of Heaven at The Colony II community of Oyster Bay. Slow down and relax .Our beautiful condo, sets the standard. You can call me at 828.310.7700. It is a clean, modern condo that will have you feeling right at home as soon as you arrive. It is decorated with reprints of the local area from artist Ken Buckner. 2 bedrooms, each has 2 queen beds dresser, nightstand, wall mounted 40" Smart TV. 2 bathrooms, both with tub and shower. Linens are provided each and bathroom has a hairdryer. One tub is oversized and jetted. Fully equipped kitchen, with extras like programmable dual pot coffee maker, crock pot, ice tea maker, and of course a dish washer. The dining table seats 4 also there are 2 TV tray tables and the bar seats 2. Washer & dryer. Living room is roomy with a full sofa, loveseat and chair and 50" Smart TV and Blue Ray Player. Private balcony with chairs and table to enjoy the limited views of the intracoastal waterway. Wonderful wooded view also with much bird actively. The charcoal grill is located just steps away as is the Large outdoor pool (seasonal) with plenty of chairs. Indoor pool (heated) and hot tub both are open year round. Workout room. Pools are free...no extra charge. Streaming TV services available. Bring your log in info. Plenty of choices for food, music, shopping all located in a short distance of the condo. Hit the Links with 43 golf courses in a 15 mile area of the condo. Drive a few more miles south to the Myrtle Beach area for a choice of over 100 courses. Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina within a few miles. Lots of fun & unique shops to discover. The main attraction The Beach. Sunset Beach is a wide flat beach with gentle waves and a fishing pier. Stroll along the 3 mile beach, make your way to Kindred Spirt the infamous mailbox to write you thoughts about your day or your dreams for the future. There is free air conditioned restrooms. The public parking is pay per day. Lounging on the beach is a great way to renew your sprit or blast away jumping waves all day! The beach is relaxed and friendly where you can read all day or chat with a new friend.

*Leave fridge empty, spills wiped up. *Close & lock any windows that you may have opened. Close & lock sliding glass doors. Close blinds and curtains. *Turn temp. to 78 or 55 depending on the season
*Lock doors and PUT KEYS BACK IN LOCKBOX.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We can’t thank the owner enough for helping us out. You were such a blessing. Your place was wonderful. It was clean and quite. The pool and pool house were great. My family loves the beach. We live in Western NC. We wanted a place that we could gather together, away from home. To relax, hang out at beach or pool. Have time together. This is us at Kindred Spirit. I have a NC RE license but I am not active in it.

Sunset Beach, is a wonderful quaint area. 'Not to far, not to close' as Phil would say, Just enough to get away.

What makes this property unique

It is home away from home. Enough room for 8, without being on top of one another. 3 TV's, wi-fi if you want to be plugged in. Private deck, where you can watch birds, deer and sometimes an alligator.
