2 Bedroom Suite in brand new house in Central Lonsdale. The house is located lust 3 blocks off Lonsdale and the brand new City Market grocery store and London Drugs. All the Lonsdale amenities and public transit within walking distance. Also only 3 blocks to Lions Gate Hospital, and just a few blocks to Hwy 1 & easy proximity to Whistler. Only 20 minutes to downtown by car or bus. Quiet street with very little traffic as street dead-ends in next block.
Appliance package consisting of Washer / Dryer / Dishwasher / Fridge / Stove / Microwave / Garburator / Security System, and electric baseboard heat. White kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops, hardwood floors in living/dining area, Berber carpet in bedrooms, and European stone tile in bathroom. Private entrance on side of the house. Full height 8' ceilings. Plenty of on-street parking & no day/time restrictions in.
Includes wireless high-speed Internet, as well as 42" TV with cable.

A perfect basement apartment, freshly decorated and contains absolutely everything needed
A wonderful and faultless apartment that is very quiet but only 7 minutes walk to Lonsdale shops, including Loblaws City Market supermarket. And 30 minutes stroll to the Quay / Seabus (we bought Compass cards and cheated by using the bus on the return uphill). The apartment has everything that we could possibly need and all in tip-top condition. Plenty of linen and towels - including bath towels that fit around my ample, 6-foot frame.
The joining instructions were detailed and precise and our hosts live above and offered us any help (although none needed). Would definitely return.
These accommodations were perfect for our needs, exact to the photos and description, and in a great location. We will definitely book them for our next stay in North Vancouver.

Extremely Clean, Convenient, and Comfortable!
This unit was perfect for our family. The location is ideal...easy access to downtown Vancouver via either sea bus or car. There is excellent access to local grocery stores, restaurants, etc. but still in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The suite is decorated in a clean, modern style and is extremely well-equipped. The rental is in the basement level of a lovely suburban home (landlord lives upstairs...a real plus!) Additionally, it is located on a street with ample free/unrestricted parking. The place was impeccably clean and well-maintained.
Additionally, I must compliment Jason- the owner. He was professional, but warm and welcoming. I trust that he would have taken prompt action to correct any problems IF we had any. That is probably the best part...the stay was "hassle-free". This is a gem of a rental property if you are looking for a clean, convenient, and comfortable stay in the Vancouver area.
Lovely suite - enjoyable stay
I stayed with my elderly mother while her place was getting renovated. The suite is bright and cheerful, nice hardwood floors. We found everything we needed in the suite including a stackable washer/dryer. The bathroom features a soaker tub as well as a shower. Every room has it's own thermostadt so we were always comfortable. One of the bed's is semi firm and the other is softer, not exceedingly soft, (suited to someone who likes a softer mattress). The bed linens in both bedrooms were crisp and clean. The suite was situated in their basement, but felt private. We could not hear anything from upstairs aside from the occasional patter of feet. My mom needed to turn the tv up and being in the basement allowed us to feel more free about our noise level. (At least I hope that was okay :)
The suite is very affordably priced and is located on a quiet street, but within walking distance of the main street, Lonsdale. On Lonsdale you can catch buses to downtown Vancouver, Lonsdale Quay, Grouse Mountain and other tourist destinations. The City Market, a large grocery store, is a couple of blocks away, as are a number of good restaurants.
Jason made himself available for any questions and I got the feeling he would supply us with whatever we needed, but they really have thought of everything.
Great place to stay. I should think it would be especially ideal for two single travellers.
Hi Teresa - thanks for your lovely review! It was a pleasure having you and your mother stay in our suite. We could not hear the TV at all, there is soundproofing between the floors and walls, so we never heard you at all. I hope your renovations went well.
Excellent suite and location
We stayed in Jason's suite for 14 days and it was fantastic.
Kitchen well stocked, great layout and modern.
Having 2 full bedrooms is a plus as well having a washer & dryer.
Great communication with the renter Jason.
Always responding in a timely manner.
We will consider the property again next year for sure.
