Lovely house and location!

We stayed here with another family of four and really enjoyed the house and proximity to LBTS town center and beach. We have stayed in a few different houses in the area and this one was great.

Great Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay here and it lived up to our expectations. It was a short walk to the beach, the pool was great, and the dock with kayaking/fishing kept us entertained. There was plenty of room for all of us, so even on the days everyone stayed in, we were all comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing Vacation!!

I loved staying at this property!! The house was very clean upon arrival, and Michelle was extremely accommodating throughout our stay! We walked to the beach to see the sunrise, and enjoyed shopping at the local stores around!! I cannot wait to return next year, and will be recommending to my friends!

Great location!

We had 4 adults and 4 kids and we had plenty of room! We enjoyed the pool and a short walk to the beach! The neighbor was also a wonderful guy who let me kids use fishing poles and even helped us identify what they were catching. We really enjoyed it!

Wonderful week in Lauderdale by the sea!

Loved our stay! The house was big enough for our group. Having a nice big dining table to eat at was wonderful. We loved the pool and being on the water. Everyone loved the canoes and pool table. I would highly recommend staying at this house for a relaxing week!

The manager is easy to work. With. We stayed at this house 7 years ago and really like the location. Close to beach access. Quiet neighborhood. All is as advertised.

Luxury at Lauderdale By The Sea

I recently stayed at "Coral Reef" Beach House in Fort Lauderdale by the Sea. Such a gorgeous home, with so many awesome amenities: the Best being the absolutely beautiful pool! Perfect location !

We had 5 teenagers and 4 adults and this house was perfect for everyone. We were there for a training trip with our kids and it had all the amenities to make it relaxing for the parents and a wide range of activities for the kids at the end of their days! The pool and kayaks were a big hit and the house was more than big enough to accommodate all of us! (And the PS4 and pool table were definite pluses!). The location was just close enough to the beach and made us all feel like we were in a safe environment! We will definitely book for all future training trips!

Great Location

The house was great for us, had the right amount of beds and a pool. We had a lot of rain while we were there so the pool saved us as the kids could pop in between storms. The house was also close to the beach so that was easy as well. Everything was easy with check in and using the property. Any problem we had was handled immediately. The cleanliness of the house, which is even more important these days, was outstanding. We had a fabulous time!

Family Getaway

Our trip involved 3 of our adult children partners and our granddaughter coming for various parts of our stay along with my parents for a few days so we were looking for a house that could accommodate a large group. This house is ideal for a large group (10 of us total) and provides a great variety of areas for people to play and relax. The location is ideal with a short walk to the beach and close to shopping and restaurants. The house is not brand new but everything was in working order and all the items listed in the listing were available for our use during our stay. We will definitely consider this home for a future visit.

Super clean and Great Location!

Cleanliness was impressive. Having 2 bikes and kayaks was great. Having beach chairs available for the beach was a plus. Spent many days/nights pool side or in the Tiki-Hut. Loacation is close to beach after a short walk and coolers were available on site. You will need to pack your own fishing pole or purchase one if you choose to fish in the channel as the one available at the home is busted. We did get a visit from some manatees one evening! Thank you for a great week!

Coral Reef Property 3/2021

We had a great vacation. I was surprised with the walk to the beach though - definitely farther than expected by the time we had to walk to a beach access point down the road. The house was great for our two families and offered lots of options. Next time I feel a rental car would be needed if we wanted to venture out more. The grocery store is .6 miles away but that’s far when you are carrying bags of groceries. Also, other than Sea Watch- it is over a mile to any other restaurant and more than that to any excursion such as parasailing, boat tours, fishing expeditions, etc. This was a perfect house to just stay and relax in for vacation!

Had a great stay property was perfect.

Family of 8 with 2 grandchildren (7&1). The house was perfect for all. Everything was in good working order. Weather cooperated & we caught a variety fish right off the dock. A couple of manatees even stopped by for a visit on several occasions. Short walk to the beach which we did everyday. Michelle was great in communicating all aspects of the home & offered excellent suggestions on places to eat. She made it simple to get into a relaxed state as soon as we arrived, even provided a welcome package of goodies to start our week off right. Basic paper products were in place upon arrival which was convenient. Publix grocery & ABC store was perfectly located right down the street. La Spada is certainly worth a visit if you want an original hoagie! There were plenty of beach & pool towels. Beach equipment (chairs/toys/umbrellas, etc.) were all provided. We made some great memories & would go back again.

Fun for all ages in this immaculate totally updated house

My husband and I rented this house for a week and brought our son and daughter, their spouses and our two grandchildren, 4 and 7 years old. I am not sure who had the best time. Whatever your age, there is entertainment for everyone including a very nice pool table, arcade game that every one of us played, poker/card table, 80 inch TV with Netflix, etc on it, beautiful pool area, fishing rods to fish from the deck, all sorts of pool and beach accessories and the list goes on and on. There are many seating areas, including table and chairs to eat on in the pool area. Also a very nice barbq. The house has obviously been remodeled recently and in very good taste. Everything is in perfect condition and working order. It is a very nice and short walk to a beautiful beach. The entrance to the beach is right next door to a very good and beautiful restaurant on the beach called Seawatch. The house is so comfortable in every way and convenient to anything you might need, including restaurants, CVS, every type of store, including a Publix grocery store, all within a few minutes of the house. The kitchen is beautiful and TOTALLY stocked with everything imaginable. The keyless entry was a big plus and the rental agency was very good to deal with. I really do not have a negative thing to say about this house. Try it. You will love it.

Not What I Expected for the Price

The owner did get us in an hour early, which we appreciated, but when we got there the air was not working properly, it was very warm, it finally cooled off in to the night. The Margarita machine that was the selling point for us was not there. The bicycles were old and rusty with torn seat covers, which I had to put towels on to ride, because the seats had water in them and got our shorts wet. The walk to the beach was a lot farther than we expected, we ended up driving to other beaches so we did not have to carry all of our items across and down the street. The pool toys were not well taken care of and inflatables were on the ground and dirty. The Margarita replacement machine was supposed to arrive on Wednesday, but ended up not getting there until Thursday. Thursday during the night our air went out again and did not get fixed until Friday evening. The temperature was so hot we had to leave to eat and ended up leaving frozen pizzas that we had bought to fix in the oven. The water in one of the showers was only cold. We felt this could be a really nice place if whoever is taking care of it is paying attention to detail and taking care of little things like putting batteries in the remotes, replacing air filters in the air conditioner, pool lights fixed, better cleaning standards, etc This was my first time using VBRO, which I will probably not use again. For what we paid I expected more than what we got. I also believe that we should get a partial refund for the issues we had.

Great location!

The house was great, there were 9 of us. Plenty of room for sleeping and bathrooms to accommodate all. Pool was beautiful. Neighbors were friendly and informative as to the area. Short Uber rides to downtown restaurants and night life. Beach across the street. Great place would rent again.
