The best part of renting our beach home is not just the money you'll save but the quiet location of our home. You will find the perfect retreat offering privacy and space that no hotel can rival!
Witness the daily beautiful sunset over the bay with a walk on the bay with or without your pet, enjoy a ride in a kayak, we have on premises, and it is not unusual to see dolphins swimming or birds frolicking over the Bay. Spawning of horseshoe crabs, producing one of the most dramatic natural phenomena anywhere in the world.The Delaware Bay's shores are a critical stopover area for six species of migrating birds. Enjoy fishing right of the beach where you may be lucky to hook on a bluefish, tautog, tilefish and sea bass. For bigger and feistier fish book local charters and catch tuna or marlin. Crabbing locations are short distance away. Our home is located on an oversized Lot, fenced yard (42 inches fencing) ideal for your pets to run around safe and it is landscaped with tall evergreens for privacy. The grass inside the yard is not even nor is it picturesque due to the elements of salt
Air and sand with that said there maybe some
Spurs in the yard and surrounding. We have a service cut the grass biweekly but eliminating these spurs is nearly impossible. You can park your cars inside the lot, so it is easier to carry your belongings to and from the house. Interior decor of the home is warm and inviting offering comfortable mattresses and couches to rest after a busy sightseeing tour.

Perfect location - just a short walk to beach access. Beach was very private and quiet our entire stay. The fenced in yard was huge and perfect for our 2 energetic golden retrievers. The master bedroom was spacious and perfect for our travel crib for our baby. Villas is a a quiet town but conveniently close to Cape May and Wildwood for restaurants and the boardwalk. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely location. Clean and quiet. Mosquito made sitting outside impossible. Others in my family loved the bay for morning and sunset walks. Good kitchen to make brkfst before beach day. WIFI and TV were good. AC worked well. We all had a wonderful time.

Perfect vacation home

Just want to say that Bettina was amazing with how responsive she was to all our needs and so very helpful. We loved the layout of the home which was perfect for our elderly dog (no stairs) and family. Loved the bay beach across the street and the incredible privacy of the yard and landscaping. I slept better in the master bed than at home, it was so quiet and comfortable. I loved that I didn't have to pack towels and sheets and linens, that everything was there and plenty of pillows and kitchen items. The tempertature of the house was set nicely, which has been an issue with some past rentals, where it is too warm. We loved our vacation with all of these comforts.

We stayed for a week in July and it was the perfect size for our family of 5. The home was clean upon arrival, a minute walk to the beach, and not far from convenient/grocery stores. We enjoyed our stay. No complaints here.

Why they chose this property

I choose this property because it was close to the water, had the perfect view to Sun sets, has a big ground and it fits my budget. Ultimately I would love to own a piece of property on the Beach side too. Being a pet owner it was important that my dogs would enjoy the grounds as much as I do. It is an area that has not been discovered by many people yet and nature seems to be as natural as it can be without all the crowd that the beach side attracts.

What makes this property unique

The benefit of owning this property is that it rents well, because off the short distance to the Bay. You can take the Kayak out and watch sea life and sunsets unfold peacefully right in front of your eyes. The Bay it’s a safer setting without large waves and rip currents. It is free and amazing each time you come to the beach. Walking with your husband, family or your dog is another BIG reason why this is a great property. Migration of horseshoe crabs in May is amazing and very educational for young kids and grown ups too. On Clear nights you can see the State of Delaware.
