Cottage 12 at Parkview is in walking distance to the Lake Michigan beach, downtown, the skate park, and many other places in Ludington. Pickle ball courts just one block away.

Parkview is a non-smoking campus. Smoking is not allowed on the resort premises.

Great Getaway

This cottage is clean, cozy, and perfectly located in Ludington. It is a short walk to the beach, there are many restaurants in town to choose from, or you can grill or cook in the cottage. Jeff is a fantastic host, and we look forward to staying here again.

Great, quiet location close to beach

We loved our stay here. It was my husband and I and our two young kids. Perfect amount of space for us and the proximity to the beach was amazing. The cottage itself was very clean and had everything we needed. We are already looking to hopefully stay here again next summer!

Great Location

This cottage is exactly as pictured. We love the location near town and the beach. Cooking was difficult in the tiny kitchen. If you stay here, plan to eat out or grill on their outdoor grills.

It was clean and close to the beach. Everything was comfortable and as advertised. We appreciated having the futon for our 4-year-old to sleep in! Only thing I would add is some bakeware.

This is our second time staying at Parkview Cottages, but our first time staying in Cottage #12, and we loved it! Plenty of space, open concept, and had everything we needed. We come to Ludington every Fourth of July and love how close to the beach we are in these units! Check in and out was seamless, ac worked great, clean, and convenient. Highly recommend. Good little place

Easy access, close to city beach and short distance to town. It was very clean. Only negative would be lack of storage for my things. The 4 drawer chest only had 1empty drawer as the others had extra supplies so I ended up just leaving my clothing in my suitcase. Quiet neighborhood.

Great location. Little dated, but we didnt mind. Few additions needed for more convenient stay, such as undercounter light, as there is not alot of accent light. Sometimes you dont want the bright overhead lights on. Also some hooks in the bathroom to hang anything , was needed. Cofee pods were supposed to be in kitchen but realized it was a regular cofee maker, so back to the store. These are by no means a deal breaker. I would rent again. They made it very easy. Also grills needed to be maintained. One burner worked out of two grills. They also advertised a fire pit, which would have been great, but we couldnt find it. Again, not a deal breaker.

Sisters weekend

Fabulous location and the perfect place for four sisters to enjoy a long weekend together! Love the common area with tables, umbrella’s, and gas grills. We spent our time shopping, eating, walking and enjoying downtown Ludington! Literally a half a block to the beach and Jeff has all the amenities we needed. Cottage 12 was clean and accommodating with 2 queen beds, bathroom, and a cute little kitchen. Grateful for the amazing sunny weather! We will be returning next year! Thank you Jeff! We had a great time!

Summer rental

This is our second time at these cottages. Cottage 12 was a great size for our family. The only suggestions I would make would invests in higher quality sheets that don’t slip off bed when you sleep and fix the ceiling fan. Very noisy at other speeds besides low. Otherwise this was a great stay. Owner was very prompt in answering our questions. We would stay again.

Hi Jodi and Michael Thanks for the feed back. We did get new taller mattresses, so our older sheet sets apparently did not fit a thicker mattresses! We just ordered some new sets that came in today. They fit up to 16 inch thick mattresses. And that ceiling fan is going away. Since we installed AC we do not need ceiling fans. We will be putting an oscillating floor fan in #12. We got rid of the ceiling fans in 9 and 10 and that worked out perfect. Again thanks for the input. That really helps. Jeff

Sisters week

The one bedroom was very cute but misleading in title. It shows / one bedroom. I thought there would be a separate bedroom. It is a studio. Four out of five days it rained so we were more in than out of cabin. Bathroom is too small for a walker and shower very small for a large person to turn around or bend over. Smaller than older cruise ship showers. It was a nice getaway for two people Ludington is our favorite go to for sisters week Kitchen provided just about all you will need. Jeff was very accommodating in refurbishing bags or ether necessities.

Quaint but dated.

Love this location! While this petite cabin has most amenities for a week at the beach, updating and repairing would make it more enjoyable. We did not have power for a few days due to a big storm that came through and we had no access to flashlights or lanterns. The shower broke the first time we used it but the owner had it fixed same day. Shower has crack in floor - just don’t step there. Kitchenette is outdated. Careful with drawers - will fall out if opened too far. There seems to be water damage under sink. Would love some additional counter space in bathroom- sink is very small. There is a large hole in wall covers with cardboard and a bandaid holding know on ceiling fan chain. Fridge, microwave, stove, wine fridge and AC seem to all be fairly new and in good working order. We would stay again but would love to see some updates.
