Este es un condominio frente a la playa de 1300 pies cuadrados que ha sido remodelado desde cero! Nuevos gabinetes de cocina, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, encimera de granito, pisos nuevos, nuevos baños, muebles nuevos, 3 nuevos televisores de pantalla plana (55 ", 42" y 27 "), colchones nuevos, nuevos muebles de exterior! El condominio cuenta también con una lavadora y secadora y playa complementaria sillas, sombrilla y un carrito de playa para su uso durante su estancia!

Esta unidad es definitivamente más grande que la mayoría de las unidades / 2bath 2 dormitorios en la zona. Es bastante amplio decoración, fresca ordenado, y un balcón extra grande con una gran mesa, 6 sillas cómodas, además de dos sillas extra en el lateral. Las vistas son simplemente increíble y relajante !!! simplemente relajarse en su cama en el dormitorio principal y disfrutar de las vistas increíbles sin tener que ir a ninguna parte! mismas vistas maravillosas también están garantizados si usted está cocinando en su cocina, o simplemente relajarse el salón! Esta unidad está diseñada para seis adultos (una cama king, una reina, 2 nuevo tamaño doble de alta calidad plegable camas), pero dos niños pequeños menores de 12 años pueden dormir en el sofá seccional (por favor traer sus propios sacos de dormir para los 2 extra invitados pequeños!). Gran capacidad de almacenamiento disponible en la unidad (un armario en el dormitorio de invitados, dos amplios placares en dormitorio principal, además de un armario extra en el pasillo)

we had a great stay and much needed to get away. one of our fur babies passed the morning we checked in so it was nice to get away and enjoy time together after she had gotten sick and had two vet visits the days before we came. Overall the place was nice.

Live and up close, the place is very dingy among other things. I would compare the entire unit to a low budget 4 out of 10 roadside motel. The popcorn ceiling asbestos is bubbling annd peeling off in every room. The walls are workout from dents and shabby repairs; some unfinished still. Everything is touched and stained with foulness. It’s a grossness that takes more than a day or two for your senses to adjust. Just yuk.Then there’s the mechanical issues. Toilets, showers, and fridge…. limping the final mile of their lives. All noisy and loud to boot but nothing compared to the HVAC fan. It rattles and hums at high pitch in the living room so loudly that it was hard to sleep in the bedroom.On the balcony, 5 tiles in a row at the rail are completely free and loose and rock when stepped upon. Very unnerving.Better to look elsewhere.

Needs updated badly

The place was clean enough and in a good location. Actually got in early on check in day at noon which was awesome. The owner is very easy to get ahold of and responds quickly. The room itself needs updated badly though. All in all we had a decent stay.

The unit could use maintenance - the lint was at dangerous level in the dryer and while cleaning it found the lint filter is broken - the ceiling is falling off in several places - the fridge works but old - drawer in kitchen and in master bath broken - master shower water hard to get to not drip - won’t be staying there again.

May 2025 Beach Trip

Property as described, had a wonderful week at the beach. Property quiet, location of condo to the main elevator was perfect and the beach was amazing.Only had to contact owner to locate a missing item in the kitchen and they immediately got back to us. Walk to the beach was simple and short walk. Enjoyed beginning day on the balcony, watching sunsets and dining while watching the surf. Owner was patient and answered all our questions. Will return!

Much needed rest.

We enjoyed our stay. Comfortable furnishing and large screen tv for the rainy days. Balcony was great for viewing the ocean and reading our books. The pool was set up nicely with large shaded areas. Stingrays Bar was very convenient.

Just absolutely fantastic

Manal says in her bio that this is not just a business for her but rather she’s invested in people having the most amazing vacations. This couldn’t be more evident in the way she has organized her place. She has everything that you would need for a beach vacation: fully stocked kitchen, beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, extra pillows, furniture, extra bed and so many towels. I see most places exaggerate how many people can stay there. But Manal’s posting is absolutely accurate. For a family of 3, I felt like we grossly underutilized the place. I was thinking we could have taken another family with us and stayed comfortably. The views from the condo are just absolutely stunning! The big balcony and its accessibility from both the living room and the master bed made this trip so memorable. I fell asleep watching the ocean and woke up to a stunning view. It doesn’t get any better than this!The property is very well maintained. I have stayed at other ocean properties and the sea air does a number on it. But seems like their property management is on top of everything. Painting and caulking every month. Also, with 3 pools and one of them being heated, we could get in the water even when it was a bit chilly in the evening. The beach was quite empty with only a few people who lived on other properties visiting. It was just absolutely perfect! Manal is extremely responsive and very understanding. I can’t recommend this enough.

Family Vacation

Easy to access, park, elevators were very reasonable. The room was right off the elevator, plenty of space for us. Nice spacious balcony, spacious condo and rooms. Could use a little updating but we enjoyed our stay. Pool was nice, beach was awesome.

Condo needs major updates and lots of TLC. New paint and ceiling work, new flooring, updated bathrooms with showers and tolits, adequate dishes and kitchen essentials, new mattresses with mattress protectors, and decent sheets, add more decor to the walls and space. The room and furniture were dirty. We enjoyed our stay on the property and the beach, but I would not recommend staying in this condo to anyone. The space of the condo was good and the balcony was nice size with a beautiful view. It was adequately priced for the experience.

Excellent Value

We enjoyed our stay in this beachfront condo. The check in process was easy. The owner was very responsive, with all inquiries being answered within one hours time. The condo was as advertised in the photographs provided. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. The balcony was very large providing us excellent views of the sunsets. We were lucky and got to see fireworks from our balcony each night of our stay. I have never been to Panama City Beach before and do not know if this is something they typically do or not. The kitchen had enough dishes to cook basic meals, which worked well for us. The pool was well cared for, as were the resort grounds. We took full advantage of the on-site beach access. The property was an EXCELLENT value. We would definitely return. Something outside of the owners control that did dampen our arrival: the gate keeper smelled VERY strongly of vomit upon our arrival. This was the only negative of our entire trip. So, if your arrival is not perfect, keep an open mind, you only have to get your parking pass once! Every other staff member was kind, friendly, and well groomed (without odor).

Great stay overall, but for the price I would have liked to have had a more updated bathroom. We had a couple minor issues but nothing serious enough to hurt our stay. The place was beautiful and I love having a full kitchen and laundry available. We look forward to booking our next stay soon!

Amazing View

This condo has an amazing view of the gulf and the pool. The condo was very nice. It's next to the Elevator. You can hear it going up and down from the master bedroom, but honestly it took me most of the week to realize the noise was the elevator. The guest room could use a gel pad on top of the egg crate on the bed. Lights on the balcony would be helpful. Overall, a great time and a great vacation. Would totally recommend.

Loved the beach!

The view and proximity to the beach was perfect. The pool area was very clean with lots of chairs and tables. Beds were very comfortable. Condo was not very well supplied. We had to ask for dish soap and garbage bags. Pans and skillets could be updated. Hot and cold waterlines are backwards in both bathrooms. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
