Nuestra espaciosa villa de 7 dormitorios se encuentra en la prestigiosa Emerald Island Resort, que está a sólo 3 millas de Disney.

El complejo es una comunidad cerrada con guardias de seguridad de guardia 24/7 que significa mayor seguridad para su familia. Sus instalaciones de primera clase incluyen una casa club pies cuadrados 4000 con una piscina climatizada y un spa, un gimnasio, una sala de sauna / vapor, una sala de ordenadores con acceso a Internet y una sala de videojuegos. También hay voleibol y canchas de tenis, una zona de juegos infantil, 11 acres de bosque con senderos para caminar, correr y montar en bicicleta. La villa puede alojar cómodamente hasta 16+ huéspedes.

La sala de estar, sala de estar, comedor, desayunador, cocina totalmente equipada y sala de juegos en la primera planta ofrecen un amplio espacio para la cocina, comedor, entretenimiento y relax.

Nada más salir de la zona de desayuno, verá una terraza cubierta / terraza donde se puede disfrutar de la hermosa puesta de sol de la Florida o ver a sus hijos que tienen un tiempo maravilloso en la piscina. Hay una red de seguridad alrededor de la piscina.

Conducir durante unos 2 minutos de la casa, se llega a la Formosa Gardens Shopping Plaza con un supermercado (24 horas), oficina de correos, centros médicos y de farmacia, banco y cajero automático, tienda de licores, y una variedad de restaurantes para satisfacer tus necesidades.

Si te gusta jugar al golf, hay más de 30 campos de golf a 30 minutos en coche, incluyendo Mystic Dunes (justo al otro lado de la calle), Orange Lake Country Club, Fuego de Falcon, Cursos de Disney, y el Condado de Orange Nacional.

2019 Orlando Vacation

We had a great stay in our rental, there was enough room to accommodate our 15 family members, it was also convenient to shopping and to Disney.

No place is ever home away from home, but this house was nice. It is newer construction with easy access to the theme parks and has a secure feeling when home for the night. It was fairly clean with some exceptions. On-line pictures are a little deceiving as the home has weathered some use since I assume they were taken. Wear and tear is evident when you arrive. The bathrooms all had some evidence of mold and insufficient linens were provided for a home with accommodations for 15 or more. It was nice to have the washer/dryer available from day one. It would have been nice to have a small supply of soaps, dishwasher detergent, dish cloths, and dish towels available. We made immediate trips to stores which were close by to secure these items but for an extra $20 in the rent we would have been most appreciative of those small amenities. We had to wash all the dishes before using as they were not clean in the cupboards. It’s probably a good practice anyhow for anyone going into this type of arrangement. The house overall was so much better than hotel rooms. We could all be together and yet had some privacy when needed. We will definitely look at these accommodations again for future vacations.

Perfect for our team!!

The house was perfect for our softball team. The number of bedrooms and the beds that were in the rooms met our needs just right. The house was clean and well maintained and had everything you could want for a weeklong stay. It's proximity to the ESPN Wide World of Sports was an added bonus. I would recommend this house to any large family!!

Great vacation home for whole family

We just loved this home and it was exactly as advertised. Very clean and great location. There is plenty of space and seating for large groups (we were 15 people). We had a great time. It is conveniently located off of Interstate 4, close to Disney and other theme parks. Very nice, quiet, gated community with a beautiful community club. Heated pools at the back of the house added more fun to our trip. The owner was helpful and responded immediately to all my emails and calls while I was planning my trip. I would definitely come back and recommend it to all.

Nice place, well maintained

Nice place, well maintained, 15 min from Disney parks, great security in a gated community, close to all needed amenities (shopping etc...), easy people to work with and reasonable. We caused no damage and I received my security deposit back. Overall a very good experience.

I am a college student and I decided to visit Orlando with a couple of friends over winter break. We had an amazing time and I would recommend this house to anyone looking for place to stay. Andy was easy to reach and quick to respond to any concerns. We even overslept and checked out of the house about an hour late but he was very nice and reasonable about it. He will be the first person I call if I ever decide to visit Orlando again. As for the house itself, it was absolutely incredible. It was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and we looked forward to returning to it after a long day at the theme parks. On the last day of our trip, we decided to stay in the house instead of using our free third day at Universal, and we have no regrets (roller coasters are exhausting!). Swimming in the pool and enjoying the Florida sunshine was a great way to end our vacation. In short: great house, easily one of the of the best places I’ve stayed on vacation. Can’t recommend it enough.

We Had Fun Here!

This house was plenty big and comfortable for our family (7 adults, 3 kids) with beds/rooms to spare. The owner is very responsive, and the caretakers were very quick to handle some minor issues. Don't rent a place without a pool if you have kids. We paid for pool heat and even in the cool weather, they practically lived out there. Th kitchen was well-stocked and we really appreciated the very large dining table, which could seat all of us. There was plenty of space for loud play and quiet homework. This is a very nice place - only minutes from Disney parks, yet in a more secluded setting. I recommend it. Thanks.

Excellent house

I was a little leery about staying in a house off-site rather than on-property for our Disney vacation. I'm so glad we did, and so glad this is the house we chose! Check in was easy. The house was very nice, quiet, and relaxing. We had 8 people but could've comfortably fit more. We opted for the heated pool, and the kids played in it everyday. There are tons of shops and restaurants right around the corner (see Formosa Gardens on google maps). We got a relaxing Disney vacation with accommodations nicer than home. Highly recommended.

Disney with the grandchildren and their parents

Everyone was comfortable...and the children loved it. They enjoyed the pool, outside dining tables, hot tub and great game room, and TV. The cousins wanted to spend more time back at the house visiting. The house is great for conversation areas and hangout together areas for the children.

Our Great Florida Vacation

We were very pleased that the property was exactly as described and as shown in the pictures. It was very clean and felt like a home. The pool was enjoyed by all but especially by our young grand children. The pool child protection screen was a plus since we had a 2 year old to keep an eye on. Getting to Disney World was very convenient. The owner was great to work with. We plan on returning to this area in the future and will not hesitate to rent this property again.

Great Family Vacation!

We just returned from the house and had to comment on what a wonderful time we had. We had 5 children (ages 6-17) and 7 adults. There was plenty of room for all of us and we could have easily fit more people. During the week, everyone commented on how much space we all had and that even with 12 people in the house for a week, no one felt crowded. The house was clean and well maintained and Andy was extremely responsive to my questions before and during the stay. The house had everything that we needed to cook with and the washer and dryer came in very handy during our stay. We loved the fact that after a long day at the parks, we could go back to house, spread out, relax with the kids playing the in pool just outside the living room. In a hotel, someone would have to leave the hotel room to go to the pool with the kids but not here! We use the grill twice during the trip while the kids swam and we just relaxed on the lanai. The game room was a huge hit with the kids! The house is minutes away from restaurants and shopping and is in an ideal location to get to the parks. The community is beautiful and we only wished we had more time to spend at the club house and community pool. We would defiantly stay here again. Thank you Andy!

Good but not great

The house was great and big enough for all 16 of us. The only thing I would say is that the house isn't handicap accessible friendly. My father-in-law has Lou Gherig's disease and it was very difficult getting in his downstairs room with a wheelchair. The bathrooms were not accessible either. We had to buy a bar and toilet chair for him to sit and and stand up. We left it behind for the next person in case someone else needed it. Please consider installing something for a handicap person in the bathroom to make it a less stressful vacation.

Loved It!!!

When we opened the door, we were in awe! Everything that the pics showed was there. Four married couples with three ladies who were expecting their first child, this home turned into a great home away from home. The pool area made a great late night meeting of the men with their drinks and the gas grill going. Only thing that I would change is the time we stayed. It would have been much longer. Thanks Andy for answering all my questions I had. We will be back!!!

Great Trip

Our family spent a week at this house and it was fantastic. The pool area with patio is worth the money itself. We had trouble getting our grand kids out of the water. There is plenty of room as we had 11 people in our group. The location is close to all the attractions, shopping centers and restaurants. The house is well maintained and the owner was a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend this property and we may stay here again.

Beautiful Home!!!

We found this home to be absolutely perfect! The house is spacious, comfortable and full of lot's of "extra's". We all enjoyed the game room, and the pool So well thought out! The location was ideal, not too far from the parks and close to Wal-mart, Publix and good restaurants. This home proved to be better than our expectations! Andy (owner) you are awesome and you made this all possible with such eaze. I appreciated this so much. Booking a place for a large family is not always easy and you made it painless. Plus my entire family enjoyed the house and would definately stay there again! Jorge Gomez Miami, Florida.
