House just as described! Great location!

Our family of 7 had a great stay during the 4th! The home was just as described, came stocked with mostly anything we needed. The golf cart was a bonus for getting around the neighborhood and to the beach. We had great communication when reaching out to Larry.

Bike Week/Getaway

This house was everything we needed! It was great for the younger kids that came from the pools and the beach access. The house was clean and stocked accordingly to the listing. Larry was great to work with and communicated great with me! We will definitely be back!

Great place for a family

We really enjoyed our stay here! The owner was awesome, very responsive with any questions I had. The house was clean and had plenty of room. Love this area, especially with small children plenty for them to do. The golf cart is an extra plus, highly recommend this rental!

Amazing stay!

Oceanside Village Resort is wonderful! We often had the pool and beach to ourselves! Access is easy to both and made easier to get to by the golf cart provided. Larry is quick to respond and has taken great care of his property. It was a pleasure for our entire family and we are already planning on returning!

Perfect location in Surfside

Perfect location and great communication with the host. The beach house was comfortable and kitchen equipped for cooking in. Easy access to the beach, restaurants and area attractions. The golf cart was a fun addition.

Beautiful home, spacious, and very nice owners. We really enjoyed our time together. The kids loved the pond behind us, seeing the turtles, swans, cranes, and ducks. Very nice golf cart made every little outing fun. We would stay here again

Great for a family

House was clean when we arrived pictures and description was very accurate. Property manager responds quickly to messages. AC worked great in the 90 degree heat, nice garden hose outside to rinse sandy feet and chairs huge porch to relax on.

Great spot!

We had a great time at this beach home, my sons really enjoyed fishing in the pond out back. Go to Garden City Bait and Tackle, get a bucket of crickets and you are all set to catch some nice bream. We didn't keep them, but the boys loved the thrill of the catch. The pool is great too!!

We enjoyed the week. We wish we would have known about having to walk through a bedroom to get to the other 2. This was not ideal for us. Also check your amenities on the listing because it said towels provided and they weren’t. It was further from the beach and pool than what we like so will be looking for something closer to those next Summer.

It was very easy check in. The house was clean.

My family and I had a wonderful vacation stay. We fished in the pond behind the house. My grandgirls had so much fun fishing, swimming, playing on the beach and playing in the ocean. They made friends with the neighbors kids and they played all week. I was a wonderful week. My family and I will be staying at Mr. Harris’s home again. It was great to feel at home while we were away from home.

Nice getaway

Stayed for 4 weeks. A couple of glitches but Mr. Harris responded. I would not want to stay again in May though because of the location of the home and it being bike week. Very loud and with little ones, it woke them up.

Can’t wait to go back!

The place was awesome. Location, space, amenities, everything. It was stocked with all kitchen essentials needed for a vacation. No to mention that Larry was a fantastic host. Our golf cart had a mechanical issue and Larry was on top of it - calling a repair company right away and offering to reimburse us for a new golf cart. We would love the opportunity to return to this home for vacation. It was the perfect size for 6 adults and 2 children. Thank you again!

October Getaway

We loved the community! Very friendly neighbors! The golf cart was a great bonus to get to the private beach parking area. We had great weather the whole month of Oct. to enjoy the beach and nice pool area with hot tub. Mr. Harris was very friendly and helpful! The only thing I had an issue with was the cleanliness of the house. We were charged a cleaning fee but I spent the first week cleaning. The bathrooms were not cleaned and it was very dusty. Had to bring our own bed linens and kind of glad we did because the mattress covers were dingy and some were stained. I washed 2 of them and bought 2 new ones to use while we were there. Again, Mr Harris is a very nice man and we appreciate him but I think he needs to change cleaning services.
