Magnifique maison en front de mer sur les rives du lac Anna. Cette maison dispose de 650 pieds de front de mer, facilement accueillir 10 personnes. Il y a 3 chambres; reine chambre 1, chambre de la Reine 2, reine, avec lits superposés simple dans la chambre 3. De plus, il y a un canapé-lit et 1 lit gonflable. Il y a 1 téléviseur grand écran à écran plat de 50 pouces dans le salon avec TV élargi liineup direct, puis un second écran plat de 50 pouces avec télévision directe élargie dans la chambre principale, dure une télévision supplémentaire dans la tanière relié à X box 360 avec 4 dispositifs portatifs, et un certain nombre de bons jeux pour le PS 3. La maison est calées avec de nombreux jeux de société, ainsi que des films pour les jours de pluie.
Il y a 2 acres de terrain boisé, donc vous aurez beaucoup d'intimité. La maison est située dans une crique, donc moins la circulation des bateaux. Il y a une merveilleuse surface de pont à côté de l'eau. Le pont a quelques meubles d'extérieur, y compris un grand canapé, et 2 chaises longues.
LOCATION DE BATEAU: Cette maison a une 2006 Stingray 185 L / S bateau ouvert d'arc disponibles à la location. Il y a un autre accord nécessaire pour louer le bateau. Les frais de location sur le bateau sont les suivants, 200 Location / jour, ou 1000 / semaine. Dépôt de garantie est de 200 dollars, et est remboursable. Si vous êtes intéressés à louer le bateau que vous avez besoin d'une boule de remorquage de 2 pouces. Si vous n'êtes pas en mesure de remorquer le bateau, j'ai un frais de service de 40 dollars pour déposer et prendre bateau. J'ai un bricoleur qui peut le faire pour vous donné un avis approprié. Il n'y a pas de frais supplémentaires pour tractables et des engins de ski nautique. Cette maison est livré avec une fosse de patio en pierre et le feu de pierre et de bois est bien approvisionné.
Il y a 4 salles de bain complètes. Il y a aussi un jet ski de fruits de mer à louer. Cette taxe est de 300 par jour.
Il y a une toute nouvelle maison de bateau construite en été 2017.

The location of this property was great! We were just minutes from a gas station and bait shop, the Dollar General, and the Food Lion so running out for quick trips was super easy. The dock and overall lake front was exactly what we were looking for because we were close to the open lake but also had a protected area for kayaking and the kids to swim. The owner and property manager were great with communication and the owner even purchased a new lake trampoline for us before our stay because he knew we were coming with kids. It was the highlight of the trip! There is a boat to rent on property as well as jet skis. It was so convenient to choose our boat days and be able to ride around and fish! We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Lake Anna.

Lovely long lake weekend

We were looking for a quiet April weekend by the lake for our kids aged 4 through 17, and that's what we had. There were lots of spots to sit and lounge around, and we lived mostly on the dock, chasing fish, using water toys, and occasionally taking paddle boards to venture further into Lake Anna.

Relaxing lake weekend

We had a great time staying here! The house was cozy and the kitchen had everything needed for cooking family meals. We spent every sunny minute in the water, which was nice and warm even on cooler days. The paddle boards were a blast for the adults and the kids loved jumping off the dock and floating pad. Once the hot tub got up to temp it worked great. We would definitely consider another stay. Thanks!

Relaxation heaven

There are so many things to mention that made our stay a wonderful week of fun. Hot tub was wonderful, fishing; we brought our Jon boat and the boys went fishing everyday! Boat launch on site perfect. Amenities like kayaks to use and water trampoline were great. Fantastic boat dock. Optional boat and jet-ski rental another plus. House is near end of cove so no traffic yet view of lake is great. Close to stores and Log Home Brewery was awesome! Can't wait to return. Would definitely stay here again. Host is very easy to get in touch with if needed.

Fun weekend at the lake

The house was very clean and in a great location. Our teenagers loved riding the jet ski, fishing for catfish right off the dock every evening, and playing ping pong in the basement after dinner. Kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. Jenn, the property manager, was great! Thank you for the wonderful family memories at the lake!

The home and property is lovely and well kept. The owner is very responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful time relaxing and fishing off of the dock. A great place to unwind and reconnect with family. Highly recommended!

Great fishing, water sports and Hangout

Has it's own boat ramp and boat house make sure you have 4 wheel drive steep ramp. Great location on the lake being by the bridge not to many big wakes. Fishing off the dock for catfish and bass. Hot tub is great just make sure you turn on the jets when you get there to heat it up. Grocery store and bait shop 20 minutes away.Beautiful view from every window. Kid friendly with bunk beds. Great WiFi service. New upgrades to the house. We loved our stay

Great location, beautiful property

Beautiful spot, would be an awesome place to stay during the summer (we stayed in December for a wedding). Only issue was that there weren't linens on the beds when we arrived but the property responded quickly and helped us figure out how to get into the linen closet.

Alex, You are correct......starting with spring the property blooms and is an amazing rental spot for families. Amenities: Full Service Boathouse/Boat Ramp/Hoops Goa/Horseshoe pit/Corn Hole/Hot Tub/Board Games/Ping Pong/Pool Table/Fishing, option to rent jet skis r boat right on the property.

Great location, dock, house, amenities, everything was as advertised!

House and dock has everything you could ask for. Host was easy to communicate with and check in/out was no issue. Dock is close to a busy road but it is not noticeable or noisy at all. in fact, really liked the private-like cove. Our kids enjoyed the paddleboards, kayak, floaties, etc. would stay there again!

Great celebration week!

Had a fun week celebrating a birthday with friends. Caught a lot of fish! Enjoyed the firepit, kayaking, hot tub. Host was very responsive. Truly enjoyed our stay!

Steve was very communicative and easy to work with. He genuinely cares if you are having a good time at the lake. The house and spot itself are amazing, and we'd definitely rent here again.

Lake Front Fun!

The property is located on a wooded lot with beautiful views of the lake. We spent most of the time at the boat house, enjoying kayaking, paddle boarding, and fishing on the lake. At night we enjoyed relaxing around the fire pit. There were plenty of restaurants, and wineries within a reasonably short drive. We truly enjoyed our stay at the property and would do it all over again!

Great House!

We had a wonderful stay July 2023. The house had everything you could need to have an amazing time on the lake. We had a great time using the Kayaks, paddle boards and the floating dock was a great place to lounge. Everyone had a great time and Steve was great to work with. We will definitely rent again.
