Exquisite dog-friendly home with kayaks, pool table, hot tub, & washer/dryer

Located on the private side of Lake Anna, this gorgeous home with a private boat ramp and jet ski ramp is the perfect getaway for you and your loved ones to make memories. The home sits on a short deep-water cove so that you can enjoy all the action close by. Bring your boat or rent one to fish, water ski, paddleboard, kayak (there are two available,) or enjoy every other waterfront activity you can imagine. At the end of the day, relax your muscles in the new (spring 2023) saltwater hot tub. Take in the gorgeous, sprawling lake views from the newly built deck. Gather around the firepit to roast marshmallows and tell stories until the stars come out to dot the sky.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows and an airy atmosphere. Relax and make yourself at home by curling up on the plush furniture to read a good book by the fireplace or stream your favorite movie on the large TV. Prepare grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and a formal dining table. Downstairs, you'll find a recreational area filled with books, board games, a foosball table, an air hockey table, and a pool table for friendly competition. Kids will love hosting sleepovers in the bunk beds, where they can make memories that'll last a lifetime.

We had an excellent visit. I’m embarrassed to admit that I grew up in VA and had never been to Lake Anna and we were spoiled with our stay there. The house is perfectly set up for a week away with family. We paddleboarded, kayaked and spent the evenings grilling out and sitting on the beautiful patio. We’d definitely return to this tucked away lake oasis. It has everything you need and beautiful views as well.

The place was beautiful and our stay was fantastic. We really enjoyed all the views and the basement games. My son used the paddle board on the lake. We would definitely come back.

The location was wonderful, the house is big, many games in the basement but the utilities are a bit outdated, we run out of gas in the first night, the hot tub stoped working at some point. BTW the wanted are very warm at this area which for us was a plus

Overall, a nice place. Beautiful views of the lake and plenty of space for the family.Our grandchildren loved the game room and play area.The supplies were sparse compared to most vacation homes we've rented, especially the towels. If you plan to use the lake or hot tub, bring some beach towels.The outside shower, screened patio, and the boat house were not very clean.

Overall it was good. However, the inside of the house needs some TLC. The kitchen cabinets are in desperate need of a painting. The interior needs an overall painting. The Adirondack chairs outside near the fire pit were moldy and dirty. The indoor and outdoor activities were a hit!
