This south-facing, pet-friendly home offers incredible views, a private dock, and a swim ladder designed for both humans and pups. Relax by the firepit under a sky full of stars, or enjoy family time on the spacious patio with a gas grill and outdoor dining.

Inside, the home features a full kitchen with a wet bar, a Ping-Pong table for some friendly competition, and cozy living spaces perfect for making memories. Watch for bald eagles soaring overhead or fish for bass right off your dock.

Nearby Attractions:
Just 15 miles from Lake Anna State Park, you’ll find plenty of hiking, swimming, and pier fishing options. The charming town of Mineral is a short drive away and offers cider tastings at Coyote Hole Cidery, local wines at Lake Anna Winery, and craft brews at Cooling Pond Brewery.

- Guests must bring their own chairs for the dock (no permanent seating).
- One dog (max 100 lbs) allowed with nightly fee.

The house is very nice but for being called a Premium Host is has some short falls. Yes it was hot but the AC is undersized. It took almost a full 24 hours to get from 75F to 70F, thus why I see there are fans in many of the bedrooms. This was much appreciated, especially for the first night. For being a Premium Host, little things like paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper shouldn't be the absolute cheapest you can get. Trash bags would split putting them in the trash cans, paper towels super thin and would hardly tear along the perforation. You're not saving that much money and you're renting to people that expect more with the price they are paying.

This property is an absolute dream! It was sparkling clean and way bigger than I expected. The massive great room-which beautifully connects the kitchen, living room, and dining area into one open space-was the ultimate layout for a large group. It made it super easy for everyone to hang out, cook, and chat without ever feeling crowded.The bedrooms were huge, and every single bathroom was pristine. Outside, the grounds are beautifully kept, featuring a stunning upper deck that is perfect for sitting and overlooking the lake. The dock was also massive, providing more than enough room for our entire group to lounge comfortably by the water. I cannot recommend this place enough!
