Esta es una exclusiva casa privada de 2 dormitorios. Situado en el centro, cerca de todos los restaurantes y centros comerciales, a 20 minutos de la playa de Fort Myers, a 30 minutos de la playa de Sanible y Captiva, no muy lejos de Nápoles y la isla Marco. Esta casa tiene 2 dormitorios y 2 baños. Una habitación con 2 camas individuales y un baño separado. Dormitorio principal con una cama king size y baño principal. Hay un sofá cama en la sala de estar. Puede relajarse y tomar el desayuno y todas sus comidas en el Lanai. Haga caminatas nocturnas en el vecindario. La casa tiene un garaje para dos autos y una sala de lavandería con lavadora y secadora nuevas. Te encantará esta lujosa casa.

Excellent stay

This home is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We really enjoyed the few days that we were able to stay here. It is conveniently located for the sightseeing we wanted to do at Sanibel & Pine Islands.

This place is a keeper!

Elvira's place is so very clean, comfortable and well-appointed. It's in an excellent location for enjoying Cape Coral and Fort Myers Beach. Elvira's communication with us was excellent. I will definitely look to book here the next time I return to the area.

Loved our stay in Cape Coral! Home was comfortable, nicely furnished, well stocked, and had nice linens and towels. Great communication with owner who makes sure you have everything you need. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. Thank you for your hospitality!

If it were possible we would rate Elvira's Luxurious Escape 10 stars! When the temperature dropped she called & texted to make sure we knew how to turn the furnace on. The duplex was clean and was just as the pictures on the site noted. Unfortunately, my husband became very sick & was hospitalized & we had to leave early. When Elvira found out she told me I should have said something, she would have visited & cooked for us! What landlord would do that???? We definitely would recommend a stay here.

Beyond our wildest dreams!

The host and hostess are on top of their game. They have a spacious and immaculate unit with high end construction materials. They made us feel special the whole time of our 62 day stay. They went way beyond the standard for a VRBO. We're looking forward to staying at this unit again in the future.

Wonderful vacation home in great location!

We had a great stay at the property. It was clean, well maintained, and in a perfect location for accessing all the places we wanted to go. Elvira was wonderful with her communication and checked in with us during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. We would gladly stay here again! Highly recommend!

PERFECT VACATION GETAWAY

I can't say enough good things about our stay! The owner was so thoughtful and communicated well with us. She even called me to make sure I was enjoying my stay and that I had everything I needed. It was so sweet that she had some amenities at the house. I can't wait to get back. I would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay

House was nicely decorated and contained features that you don't find in most rentals. For example, a bottle of white wine awaited us after a long ride from PBI.- -most appreciated A variety of toiletries which my wife enjoyed. A Keurig coffee maker with a supply of individual cups. Didn't do any cooking but the kitchen was well stocked. No pool but that was not an issue for us Highly recommended. Jim O'Brien
