Great place to stay

We can only say the same as other reviews about this great place to stay. The views are fabulous and so relaxing to sit and look at. There is everything you need here and great road access to and from, slight downside is that there is some road noise to the front of the house but not a problem if you are used to this and the master bed is well away from it. Spent hours in the lounge level lanai just drinking in the view and the boats passing by. Fab.

Really liked the condo. We liked the back view of the canal with the boats and tall palm tree. Our grandson swam in the pool. Everyone had a good time. Very clean.

Canal condo

The view of the canal and pool out the back was very nice. The view out the front is of a very busy road just before a bridge going over the river so it can be difficult to get in and out at times. The condo was clean but the overall condition of the building is tired and needed the weeds taken care of on the pool deck, however, the pool itself was very clean.

A lot of traffic and yes, you can hear it on the interior. The interior had a damp musty smell. Carpeting had numerous stains.

Charming, unique, strategic Cape Coral, FL condo

Experience luxury, comfort, and convenience at this amazing three story, corner unit condo. The website photos don't do it justice. It is a cozy, larger than expected, well maintained, spotless condo with a wonderful 1st and 2nd floor plan. The 2nd floor entry takes you into a bright and airy open space with a ceramic tiled Kitchen and Dining Room, with glass patio door leading to its own screened Lanai. Next is the carpeted Living Room with sleeper sofa and Dish satellite TV adjacent to a large screened Lanai overlooking a beautiful coconut palm tree, newly pavered swimming pool, boat docks, and canal leading to the Caloosahatchee River. Take the spiral stairway from the 2nd floor Lanai up to the 3rd floor roof top deck to relax in the sun or take in breathtaking views of the canal, Caloosahatchee River, and Cape Coral Bridge to Fort Meyers. A den/3rd Bedroom with daybed, large walk-in closet, and Half Bath is located adjacent to the 2nd floor entry opposite the Kitchen. New granite counters with snack bar area and beautiful updated cabinets make the large Kitchen an inviting place to prepare meals, snacks, and drinks. Take the unique 2nd floor spiral stairway down to the 1st floor and you'll be amazed by the large, carpeted Master Bedroom suite with access to it's own 1st floor screened Lanai overlooking the canal. From the Master Bedroom you enter a ceramic tiled walk through en-suite with marble double sink counter and large, tiled stall shower. Next you enter a large, well organized walk-in closet. Down the hall from the Master Bedroom suite is a Guest Bedroom, Guest Bathroom with shower/tub combo, and Laundry Room with washer and dryer. Condo has an assigned carport parking space and is located within 5 minutes walking distance to a US Post Office, Ford’s Garage Restaurant, and Caloosa Boat Rental. It is strategically located just 5 minutes driving distance to the Yacht Club Beach, 10 minutes to Matlacha and Pine Island, 15 minutes to Fort Meyers and Fort Meyers Beach, 30 minutes to Bonita Springs, 45 minutes to Naples, 1 hour to Marco Island, and 1-1/4 hours to Venice, Siesta Key, and Sarasota. Vacationing at this condo is a wonderful way to enjoy Florida's weather and, if you choose, to visit many gulf coast beaches and cities that are within close proximity.

Everything you need, close to everything.

I was pleasantly surprised at how many little things were present in the home. Whatever we seemed not to have brought was available in the home: cups, small cooler, soap, sponges for dishes, etc. We were able to walk to several bars and restaurants within a mile; prefer to drive and anything you want is within 6 minutes. A small beach is only a 7 minute drive. The pool is small but more than fine. Perfect for the kids. Located on a main road but you couldn’t hear the sound of traffic unless the front door was open. Only downside is the place is a bit dated. Only reason for not 5-star. This was not a hinderance at all to our experience. When the adults (40yo) got out to bars we really enjoyed BackStreet, Nevermind, and Dek Bar

It was nice. Set up was kind of odd but we made it work. Had a lot of pool time & beach time that's what we went for. Just to relax. We liked the large selection of restaurants in the area. Didn't care for the main road it was located on.

Great place in a wonderful location.

We loved this property. Went to visit family with my young adult children. Bedrooms were great for us. They loved going up on the roof terrace to enjoy the sun. We walked to bars and restaurants downtown. Easy access to Ft. Myers over the bridge. Couldn’t beat the location or layout.

Nice location. Very calming to sit and look at the water in the morning and sunset in the evening. Great location for walking the neighborhood. Traffic in front takes getting use to but not a problem. Alot of great restaurants in the area. Wished the pool had been heated but January is a little chilly anyway. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the condo and would rent again

Perfect for our family vacation!!

We had a wonderful week in Florida. The condo had everything we needed plus more! We used the beach chairs and umbrellas almost every day! Traffic was pretty heavy on the front side of the condo, but we forgot all about that when we were out back by the pool or on the screen porch. My husband and I, our 2 young children, my little sister and my parents all stayed together and there was more than enough room for all of us to sleep and have our own space. We found the location very convenient. We went to Ft Myers Beach, Bonita Springs and Naples as well as all over Cape Coral during our trip. Being right by the bridge worked out very well for us. Highly recommend this condo for any family looking for a fabulous and affordable place to stay!

The condo was supplied with everything that you would need. It was immaculate which made you feel very comfortable. This is one of the best vacation homes we have rented. On the down side the traffic can be a little loud especially at rush hour. I definitely recommend this rental.

Wizard of Oz

This is the first thing that popped into my head. Pulling up to the place was not overly impressive but when we opened up the door, we walked in, we all said. "WOW", "THIS PLACE IS BEAUTIFUL". It was like when Dorothy in Wizard of Oz opened the door and everything went from black and white into vivid color. Loved all of the pictures of the area on the walls. Everything we needed was there and more. Fishing poles, Chairs, Guitar, PlayStation, grill. Very well maintained and would recommend it to anyone wanting a great vacation. We loved it so much that we are planning to stay again next year and bring our grandchildren. Everyday morning I would go out and fish at the dock and then later go take a short ride to Sanibel which was only a 19 minute drive. I would also recommend stopping at the restaurant across the street Fords Garage. Great place and food. The Main road in front can get pretty busy at times but never did traffic noise get loud inside. We all had a very relaxing time. Jane was very informative on instructions and was always very quick to answer any question I had. A+++

Homey feel with access to everything

The 2 story condo was lovely and so comfortable! Plenty of space for my kids to do their own thing and a great family room and kitchen area for when we wanted to hang out as a family. 2 screened in porches and a pool on sight, as well as being right on the water made it easy to enjoy Florida even if we felt like relaxing at home. The location made it easy for us to find things to do outside of the condo. We could walk to the boat rental place as well as restaurants and night life. Sanibel and Ft. Myers Beach are an easy drive. I liked not being right on the beach and over-run by vacationers. We could go for the day, then come back to the condo for dinner and quiet time if we wanted. Be prepared to pay tolls on bridges and pay for beach parking. Ft. Myers downtown area has a history museum and Imaginarium, and if you are there for a 1st Friday, stay late in town for the monthly Music Festival. We loved that we could have more than just a 'beach vacation.' There was enough variety of things to do that we didn't get bored or on each other's nerves. 2 of us even took a day and drove down to the Everglades. We had a problem with the dishwasher, which ended up being our fault. We called the owners and they walked us through the fix. Very friendly and helpful owners. The whole place was very clean, lovely and well-decorated, but that Master Bath- WOW! Huge and beautiful! It made me feel like we were staying in a posh hotel. I would absolutely recommend this property; I'd like to go back myself!

Wonderful

We had a wonderful time. The condo was spacious, very clean and beautifully decorated. Our whole family was very comfortable and had room to spread out. Evenings on the lanai and rooftop were amazing. Great for viewing New Year's Eve fireworks. Walking distance to many fun restaurants and boat rental. Owners great to work with.

relaxing stay

I came down for vacation with a few friends. I thought the property was very clean which is always a necessity for me. The place was very quiet and seemed almost secluded which I enjoyed. The main living room that opened into patio was the best part about this condo. It was easy to hang out with everyone but not feeling confined. The property was also close to several places to eat and a large grocery making getting food very easy.

Had a great experience. The condo was extremely clean and provided everything we needed. The location is perfect, near multiple beaches and all of the stores and restaurants in cape coral. The roof-top porch was a personal favorite. Having a view over the river and down into cape coral was great. I would definitely recommend a stay here for anyone interested in the area. A+ , don't pass this place up.

Palm trees and water from almost every window!

We just returned from a wonderful week of rest and relaxation in Cape Coral and would highly recommend this beautiful condo. It is located close to the bridge and the river which made for quick and easy travel to Fort Myers and Sanibel beaches and restaurants as well as the river by boat. The docks are just a few steps from the ground floor lanai and are wide and sturdy. This condo is spacious and well-appointed...and a water view from almost every window! We had a couple of days where AC wasn't needed and were able to open the full wall of glass to enjoy the breeze from the water. It was heavenly! There are three levels to this great condo and each one has the same million dollar view of the canal and river. Ford's garage, a popular local eatery, is within walking distance and we visited there a couple times during the week. Great food and a good place to catch any sporting event on TV too. We will most definitely make a return trip to this condo. Jane and Tim have a beautiful place and we feel lucky to get to vacation there.

Great Spring Break Rental

My friends and I came down to this condo for a late "Spring Break" after school had let out for the summer. What a great experience. There were 7 of us and we had no problem sleeping comfortably. One night someone even slept on the roof! Our favorite part of the condo was the rooftop access, we spent tons of time up there. What a view! The pool was a little chilly at times, but we are college aged guys, so we toughed it out. Having its own dock slip was also very nice, as we could go sit and spend some time alone when needed. Ft. Myers Beach took us about 25 minutes to get to and it was flocked with other college students. We spent most of our days going to the yacht club beach down the street though. We also utilized the upstairs lanai quite a bit playing cards at night after long days at the beach. I would highly recommend this condo.

Would definately recomment this Condo!!!

I would definitely recommend renting this Condo! My husband and I rented it for the month of January 2014 and were very happy! We loved the lay-out, it was very spacious and modern!! The view from the back patio was beautiful. My husband and son fished off the dock, we soaked up the sun by the pool (couldn't really get in because the water was cold) and spent a few days at the Cape Coral Yacht Club Beach. My husband spend many days at the driving range in Ft. Myer and tried out a few of the different golf courses. The condo is located near many activities. Jane is a wonderful person to deal with and was very helpful. The ONLY complaint I have is when we were there they were experiencing an unusual cold period and a few rainy days we stayed at the house. Not many tv channels. But if the weather had been a little better, it wouldn't have mattered. If you are considering vacationing in Cape Coral I would recommend contacting Jane and renting this unit!! Across the street is Ford's Garage which has delicious hamburgers!!! (other food too, but definitely try the burgers!) You are within walking distance to town and many shops. You are only about 30 minutes from FT Myers Beach. I would recommend going there too! It is a beautiful beach and plenty of seashells. My sons rented a jet ski one day and went out into the ocean and another day they went parasailing! Thanks to Jane for renting us her Condo! We had a GREAT time!

We are small business owners that visit Florida a few times each year. We love the beach, and would eventually like to retire in Florida. We live in Centerville Ohio and have 2 grown sons.

Why they chose this property

Our condo is in a great location, close to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. Weather is typically 70-80 degrees year round. We have a great water view of the canal, and lots of space indoors and out. We especially like the large lanais, the boat dock and the water side pool.

What makes this property unique

As well as being close to beaches, we are a short driving distance to all attractions in the Fort Myers area, and walking distance to many restaurants.
