A great vacation getaway in Florida for you, your family, and friends! Our unit is spacious, comfortable and clean. The balcony offers a truly fantastic view of the intercoastal waterway—a feast for the eyes. You’ll find plenty of relaxing activities in the immediate area, including fishing, cruising, dining, and swimming. And, we’re just short walk away from the beach! There’s a beautiful, heated pool and a dock for fishing. Or if you prefer, just relax by the water and watch the birds, dolphins and manatees.

The condo is located in a pleasantly quiet, peaceful area, with friendly neighbors. This condo is in the end building so it provides even more privacy and more views! This unit is very well maintained & supplied. There is assigned underground parking plus guest parking.
The unit is on the second (top) floor. There is no elevator in the building. There 2.5 flights of stairs to the unit.
For your convenience, there is a washer & dryer in the unit. Free local & long distance phone, extended cable TV, and WiFi are included. This is a non-smoking unit. We require a 7 night minimum stay.


Distance to the beach is 903"/300 yards/275 meters (see Google screenshot in photos)
COVID-19 INFO: ALL THE SURFACES (counters, tables, nightstands, etc) IN THE UNIT ARE DISINFECTED WITH 70% ALCOHOL.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
a) For rental term less than 2 weeks full refund (100%) will be issued if cancelled 30 days prior to rental start day.
b) For rental term more than 2 weeks full refund (100%) will be issued if cancelled 60 days prior to rental start day
Otherwise refund amount will depend on owner’s ability to find another renter for the same period. This will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

This was our second time staying at Leo’s and just as great of a stay and experience as the first time - family of 4 with young children. Great location to beach, restaurants, and attractions. Leo is very responsive and easy to communicate with!

Wonderful vacation

First time in this condo a year ago, this year again : the right decision! Amenities and location are perfect for us. Wonderful view of the Intracoastal waterway, daily wildlife watching, short walk to the beach. Absolutely great host!

Great view of the intercostal

We loved the location. Quiet but close to restaurants and stores. The beach is just a short walk across the street. Beautiful view of the intercostal. Our favorite place to spend time enjoying the manatees, birds and occasional dolphin pod.

Amazing place to stay

The condo was better than we expected. Perfect for 3 adults. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items and everything worked. The balcony was wonderful for relaxing and watching the fish jump, birds, dolphins and boats cruising along the intercoastal waterway. Very peaceful and quiet area with a short walk to the beach. Everyone we met while walking around were very friendly. This was our third time to Indian Shores and we will be back!

This place was wonderful! First night in we seen dolphins and our last day 2 manatees were so close, all from the balcony. Leonid was so easy to communicate with, very responsive and friendly! We would definitely stay again.

You can't beat this unique location, spacious living, tons of amenities. You name it ,it has it. This is our third time staying here. Great owner. Perfect location for making great photos, wildlife, sunrises and sunsets. Looking forward to our next stay there.

Paradise

This was the third time for me staying at this Cono in Indian Shores. We absolutely love it. I was there two years ago with my daughter and two Grandchildren and they loved it. My spouse and I were there 5 years ago and last week. The view is amazing, the manatees and dolphins are just outside around the pier, the beach is across the street. Best beach vacay!

We’ve vacationed in the St. Pete area for the last 3 summers and this is by far our favorite property! The condo was spacious and had beautiful views of the intercoastal from the balcony! It was across the street from the beach access (maybe a 3 minute walk) so it was easy to go back and forth to the beach. The beds were extremely comfortable and we all slept really well during our week long stay. I really appreciated the box fan that was available to use as it was HOT during our trip so we moved it around the condo to add extra cool air. The door lock was easy to operate, there was plenty of beach gear available to use, and we were glad to have the washer and dryer in the unit to use. My husband also enjoyed fishing off the private pier during our stay…he caught a ton of fish (all thrown back)! We’d love to stay here again!

Lovely condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had only a couple of minor complaints. We were not aware there are 28 stairs to the condo. My husband is 84 and has had heart issues, so it was a challenge for him. The condo wasn’t as clean as it could have been. There were areas of dust and a few long hairs. The condo was extremely well equipped. The community facilities were also good, with the exception of the inability to leave beach carts and chairs in the garage. It is impractical to have to drag them up and down the stairs daily. They are not an eyesore if stored behind guests’ vehicles. And a note to the condo association - how about a clock on the wall at the pool?

Great Family Vaca

This place was wonderful. Had everything we needed. Quiet, peaceful and serene. Beautiful view and like others mentioned, we saw dolphins, various shore birds and manatees every day. Beds were comfy and the place is much nicer and spacious than the photos depict. Very short walk to the beach. The owners stocked this place with tons of towels, toiletries, and even toilet paper and paper towels , so nice! Kitchen ahd everything. Only downside, that I can think of, which is 100% not the owners fault or responsibility, is the pool was hot. Not refreshing at all. Water Temp was 97 degrees. Hardly anyone used it. So just be aware of this if you come in the summer. The pool is pretty much out. I'm just mentioning it bc it was a big necessity for us with the kids, and so wanted others to be aware. That being said, it was still a 5 star experience. I highly recommend this great little condo. 😀

Perfect. Could not be any better!

Our first impression when we walked in the door was "wow!" This condo is absolutely beautiful. The pictures, while accurate, do not do it justice. It is very clean, (passed my barefoot test), modern, and well stocked. The furniture and beds are very comfortable. The decor appears to have been done professionally. The balcony view is wonderful, and the beach is a very short easy walk away. There is a selection of books, lots of beach toys including hats and beach towels and even toiletries (left by previous guests) which came in handy. The three short flights of stairs are easy to navigate, and the parking spot is as close to the door as you can get, and is isolated, so no door dings. The pool is very nice, but you must use a key to get in and out. Bugs were prevalent at the pool and dock area in the evening, so I recommend bringing bug spray. The fishing dock is right next to the condo, as well. We bought and left a pole. Leo was great to work with, and I would absolutely stay here again. This condo is nice enough to live in full time. We had great meals at Beach Pizza (4 meals in 7 days), JD's for breakfast and lunch, and Salt Rock Grill for the early bird dinner. Lulu's ice cream is next door to the condo. It's pricey but the owners are very friendly. There's also a convenience store next door, but it does not serve food. This is a great condo in a great location, and I wholeheartedly recommend it.

The condo is in a perfect location. The dock was awesome to be able for my husband to fish. I was able to walk across the street to the beach. This was the second time we have stayed in this condo and will definitely be staying again! Can’t say enough GREAT things about the condo and the hosts. Exactly as pictured but better. Check in was straight forward and very simple. Location was easy to find. We had no issues and didnt have to contact the owner/agent.The property was clean and well stocked with Coffee pot, Keurig, toaster, etc. spices in the cabinets and plenty of cups plates utensils, the condo is located within easy driving distance to hundreds of resturants beaches and other entertainment. Mornings or evenings on the balcony were one of my favorite times at the condo, we were able to see all sorts of wildlife, Birds, Fish, Manatees and even dolphins. The pair of binoculars in the condo helped so much with wildlife spotting. Parking was easy and its under the condos on the lower level so even in bad weather your car will be safe. keep in mind the parking area has low ceilings so extremely tall vehicles will not fit.The furniture was comfortable and everything was clean and nice. I would rent this unit again with out a second thought.

Beautiful condo, the pictures online do not do it justice. We were saying wow!!! from the moment we walked in. Excellent view from the balcony, we spent hours and hours out there rather than inside. We saw dolphins every day and manatees hung out in that area at night. Some kids from another family staying at a different unit caught some catfish off the dock. And, although I have never been a bird watcher, there were so many to watch every day. The condo was stocked with everything we needed, beach items were in the 2nd bedroom closet (if we would have had young kids they would have been overjoyed with the selections to take to the beach). Leo was very responsive, I only had to call him once when the battery died in the smoke detector in the main bedroom. About scared us all to death until we finally figured out what it was. He was very nice and even offered to come over right then. We told him that was not necessary, but just wanted to let them know to replace that battery. The only bummer was the pool onsite closed at dusk and there was not an onsite grilling area. But, on the plus side, this condo did have a George Foreman grill so that was a bonus and I have found a new way to cook steaks :). Honestly I would give this 10 stars if I could. Thanks for a most excellent vacation Leo and Helen!!!

Best Annual Vacation

We were so pleased with our vacation this year. This condo was the perfect location and had every amenity we needed for our annual trip.We were able to easily walk to the beach whenever we wanted or just sit on the balcony and watch the Dolphin and Manatee swim by. The location was perfect with close access to any place you needed to go.We had such a good time and are hoping that we can stay again.
