Port Franks Family Reunion Cottage

This spacious home we call The Cove, has two full levels with lots of spaces to relax, enjoy videos, games, books or conversation. We rent to family groups only. If soaring pines, a backyard swing, a play zone for kids and a cozy fire pit are important to you, then you have found one of the top repeat destinations in Port Franks! We have wifi, over 100 movies, and a shelf filled top to bottom with games and Lego. Enjoy meals on an outer deck or spacious dining area. Spend your afternoons catching some rays on the deck, or enjoying a book nestled in front of the fireplace.

This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date.

A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 14 days prior to check-in.

CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.

Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.

This is a spacious, quiet use family cottage. We do not rent to groups of peers who are looking for a party place. We have had many folk return to the cottage because of its size, amenities, cleanliness and location. We ask that you tell us a little about yourselves before booking. Also, note that guests are to provide their own linens and towels.

Note also that Garage Loft (sleeps 5) is available at $100 per night for the duration of the booking and Bunkie (sleeps 3) is available at $65 per night. These are Optional Add Ons.
