Luxury beachfront home with amazing ocean views! This home consists of 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.
There are 3 bedrooms, including the primary, on the 2nd floor all ensuite. Luxurious primary suite with breathtaking bathroom, office, private balcony and gorgeous views of the ocean and Hillsboro lighthouse.

The first floor has 1 bedroom ensuite. Gourmet kitchen with gas cook top, center island, Subzero and Viking appliances, and a dining area. Living room and formal dining room with French doors overlooking the pool. Family room complete with wet bar, wine refrigerator, ice maker, pool table and arcade machine.

Laundry rooms on both floors. Courtyard pool. Rear patio perfect for lounging and dining. Private sandy bridge over the dunes to the white sandy beach. Quiet residential neighborhood. Just a little over a mile to the Pompano Pier, Intracoastal and oceanfront dining. Complete with BBQ grill and beach chairs, this is the perfect home for your beach vacation! Minimum 4 nights.

Our family of 7 had the most incredible stay! This house is the perfect layout for relaxing and entertaining. The location, views, private beach, and refreshing pool cannot be beat. We had everything we needed and more for a week stay. They thought of everything! Suzi went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Hope we get to return again!

Great location

Nice house, cleanliness really good, amazing location, comfortable beds although bedding was old and worn (some sheets pilling). Over all good visit. Suzy was very responsive.

Beautiful Beach Getaway

The view is worth the price of admission alone. The rest is just the icing on the cake. Suzy is wonderful. The walkable neighborhood is almost as great as the house. You won't regret staying here.

Loved our time here

This property is just as advertised. We loved being able to go in and out to the beach at a moments notice. It is extremely convenient to all kinds of shopping and eating out. The house is very large and would be excellent for a family get together. Kitchen was well stocked. Neighborhood was great for walking and convenient to the Lighthouse area.

Pompano Beach House

We had a lovely and relaxing week at the beach. The house is spacious and clean. The kitchen is well stocked for eating in if desired, though there are many restaurants within a short walk or drive. Close to shopping and grocery stores. Great communication with the host. Overall a wonderful week.

Top notch service

We stayed at this property for one week. I cannot say enough about the care Suzanne takes with managing this property. Any question at all is addressed IMMEDIATELY and with such grace. The house is fantastic. The location is very convenient and the beach is wonderful.

Beautiful home, great location.

Wonderful access to a gorgeous beach, very private yet not isolated. A masterpiece of a home, some pretty grand finishes, touches etc. The kitchen was well equipped with high class appliances, plenty of pots, pans, glasses and the like- the separate bar area a nice touch. Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, showers and baths. Upstairs laundry room was key. Could maybe use some updated lounge chairs and umbrellas on the patio and pool deck, although it seemed well set up to handle a larger group. Would stay again if the opportunity presented in the future.

Magical week at Sandy Bridge

Our 3 generations family just returned from a wonderful week at Sandy Bridge.The house is so spacious, and so well stocked with all the supplies for inside and out you could need. The view is unforgettable and we loved watching the sunrise over the ocean, and the moon over the sea at night. Our family enjoyed playing in the pool, which is so private, clean and always very warm. We enjoyed eating and dining at the 2 large tables in the back yard, and of course the easy access to the beach. The property is near the lighthouse end of Pompano Beach, so it is less crowded, much more quiet than closer to the pier. We enjoyed all the birds and nature and tranquility. The property manager was always so helpful and accommodating and answered all of our questions immediately. We are seriously considering returning for a longer visit next year.

We loved it

The place is comfortable and very well equipped. There are 2 things that bothered me. I chose the downstairs bedroom, obviously maids quarters but even the maid deserves some space in the bathroom where to put personal items. There is no shelf, no cabinet not even a hook to hang a robe. It literally takes 5 minutes after turning on the water in the sink to get hot water. The shower leaks and there is not even a place in it to put a bar of soap, never mind shampoo etc. Renters don’t arrive with maids. The closet in that room should be emptied. I could not even open the window. The bathroom upstairs where the 2 beds are, takes 5 minutes to get hot water in the shower. Margot Lobree

Nice, welcoming home with incredible view.

First and foremost I must brag on our new friend in Pompano... Suzy, who manages this property is simply amazing in every way. From my first message to her, (sent late in the evening central time) was answered by Suzy in less than 4 minutes. I don't think she ever sleeps! What she does do is answer any and all questions promptly, she handles any issues immediately and she is simply just as nice and professional as she can be. This property owner is extremely lucky to have Suzy managing his property. Now for the house. Brought the family in for my daughters wedding in Pompano and needed a home that could accomodate a group of 9 comfortably with 5 of the 9 being seniors. This home has four great bedroom spaces and each has its own private bath and an elevator making the layout perfect for us. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked several meals while in the house. The view of the ocean is the icing on the cake here along with a nice heated pool and close proximity to many great restaurants and shopping. My family and I completely recommend this property as great family vacation spot.

Great house with Lots of room!

This is a great house with a private entrance to the Beach. No complaints there. My only issue is the outside needed some major cleaning. There was black mold and green algae all over the steps into house and around pool. needed a power wash and looked like it had been neglected for some time. Also the lounge chairs in the back were also all moldy and cushions falling apart and dirty. I did call Suzy about these things, the only thing they did was take the cushions off and throw on the side of the house, did not replace with anything to sit on. No one used the pool because of the Mold. She would not acknowledge to need for outside maintenance and cleaning despite the photos I sent her. For 22K for a week, I think they can splurge on a power wash on the tile and updated lounge chairs.Too bad because we definitely would have come back if they maintained the outdoors.

I am sorry you were disappointed, but this review is not a true representation of the situation. The complaints were 100% acknowledged and it was very clear that nothing was going to satisfy you. There is a ton of seating in the back and due to the amount of sand in the pool we know it was used during your stay. I did put the cushions on the side as I did not want to load the trash bins and leave you with nowhere to dispose of the garbage during your stay. That was not necessary as it took us 3 trips to dispose of the mound of trash that was generated and piled up during the week you were there. Yes, we were due for some pressure washing as we do several times per year, but you waited until mid-stay and Saturday of a holiday weekend to express your discontent for the condition of the pavers around the pool. The pool was perfectly clean and usable. I feel this review is especially over exaggerated since the weather was not conducive to beach and pool days which I’m sure was frustrating and contributed to the negative experience.

Perfect Beach House

Great house in a perfect location that met all our needs. The house is very spacious -- both common areas, bedrooms, and bonus rooms, allowing for everyone to spend time together comfortably and enjoy privacy when needed. The kitchen is well laid out and stocked. The two working laundry rooms were appreciated given the size of our family. The back patio offers lots of space, sun, and seating. Beach access is just a few steps away via a gated, private walkway. The kids enjoyed the front of house pool. The location is ideal for experiencing all South Florida has to offer. We will definitely be back!

Amazing stay in Pompano

This was our first time to Pompano Beach and we can’t wait to go back. The house and location are incredible with enough space to fit the family and guests. We enjoy walking with our children and there are numerous playgrounds and restaurants within walking distance, including the Pompano pier area. Suzy is excellent to work with and extremely responsive to any and all requests. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Florida Trip

Location was perfect, close enough yet far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. Suzy was so quick to respond and very helpful. Since we were flying in it was nice to have beach chairs, beach/pool towels, and there was even a little bucket with a couple of sand toys that my 3 yr old enjoyed. Having a laundry upstairs and downstairs made light work of doing all the laundry before we packed so we had minimal dirty laundry to drag back home. Beds were super comfy! Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and eating, welcome surprise to find things like aluminum foil, ziploc bags, spices, etc. I can’t say enough nice things!

Wonderful stay in Pompano Beach!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful property - the house is large and spacious with lots of amenities, the beach was never crowded, and the kids also loved splashing about in the pool. Suzy was a pleasure to work with, and she was extremely responsive. It was the perfect place for our family to relax and re-connect together!

Great house and location!

Stayed here with my family ranging from ages 26-80. Everybody absolutely loved it. The house is stunning with enough room to accommodate a family of 10-12 people (as long as some of you don’t mind sharing a room or two). The rooms with numerous beds had queen size beds, so it still felt spacious. The master bedroom has an absolutely phenomenal view which made it easy for my 80 year old grandfather to enjoy the scenery without having to walk to the beach. However, the beach is a mere 20 foot walk, so he still made it easily if he wanted. The amenities were fantastic and the property manager was very responsive to any inquests. Would stay here again easily.

Overall the home is lovely, nicely furnished and very spacious. Beach access is elite. The front yard Pool area could use a power washing. Pool and patio chairs are extremely outdated and uncomfortable. For the price we felt like these items should have been more modern. Same with the property landscaping. Outside lawn area looks worn. Especially compared to the neighboring properties. The kids were not fans of the front yard pool area. The internet signal at the home was horrible for us. I wasn’t able to get any work done nor were there kids able to do remote learning. The towels and dishes were appreciated. We would not book this property again. I feel that you can get much better for the price.

So sorry to hear you were disappointed. The internet issue was on xfinitys end and has been corrected. The outdoor furniture is teak and more of a beachy style than modern style. Owners preference. The pool is clearly pictured in the front of the house in the photos. There is a profession landscaper but we’d had very little rain so the grass wasn’t as green as it usually is.
