It has two floors. It's 4km from the center of Chania.The international airport is 30 min away and the port of Souda is just a 15 minutes ride.

The owners of the villa are endowed with various talents and love for the artistic, created something different and noticeable.The rooms are common,the exhibition rooms and the bedrooms are decorated with sculptures and works of art made by the owners themselves. The visitor is filled with admiration and respect.

The villa(360m*) is on the top of the hill without noise because the road at the side of it is a blind alley. The highway is 120m away and there is a bus stop.The house is at distance of 700m from the sea side. Every visitor of the hill admires the panoramic view and takes pictures of the paney park of the Saint Apostoles and the golden beaches with crystal clear blue water. The puzzle of impressions is completed by the view of the small island Saint Theodore and the four lacey creeks.

In the nearby area there are 3 beaches that have been awarded the Blue Flag and park where you can enjoy running jogging or walking.The name of this area is Agoi Apostoli.Situated in a green landscape with calm,clean blue water it is the perfect place to enjoy peaceful moments,only 3,5 km from Chania city.This is the one of the most popular areas of Chania. There are many Pine,nerium oleander ,eucalyptus trees and beautifull flowers.The most known beach is Chrysi Akti, due to the gold colour of the sand.It is actually consists of two beaches separeted by a small hill. The west cove is the main Golden Beach and the east one is called Aptera beach.It has been awarded Blue Flag and its name results from the golden sand of the beach. It constitutes an attraction for thousand of visitors every year who visit the beach in order to swim in crystal clear water that is not influenced by wind. The lenght of the beach id 500 meters. It is well organized, including sunbeds, umbrellas and changing room, as well as lifequard. Here you can find also beach caffee. The other one is Agioi Apostoli which has received a Blue Flag award . There are some caves where you can go by the foot.It is perfect place for water sports ,skydiving, paraliding, ski, windsurfing, scuba diving. All water sports are organized by specialists, professionals who provide the adequate equipment and know the area very well.
In Agioi Apostoloi you can find also very good beach bars, restaurants ,taverns and caffe, car rental agencies , souvenir shops,etc.

If you have a car you can visit other world famous locations ,like lagoon of Balos.It is located approximately 56 km northwest of Chania,formed between the Cape Gramvousa and the small cape Tigani and below the range of Platiskinos.Balos is surely the mostly photographed beach in Crete, a very favorite subject of all turistguides for Greece.It is no coincidence that Prince Charles and Princess Diana visited Balos with their private yacht many years ago.
Balos is famous for its turquoise waters, the wild natural beauty and the beautiful exotic scenery.The lagoon of Balos has white sand and exotic white, vivid blue and clear waters.The sea is very shallow and warm, ideal for young children.In many places the sand has a lovely pinkish color, because of millions of crushed shells.Beyond the rocks at the boundaries of the lagoon,the water is deeper and colder,ideal for snorkeling.Eleonora falcons,shags and cormorans nest in the caves of the area.Moreover, the area is shelter for the protected monk seal and the loggerhead sea turtle(caretta caretta).
The other beautiful exotic beach to visit is Falassarna which is perfect for windsurfing. Falassarna bay is one of the famous beaches in Greece, which has been awarded as the best beach of Crete and voted as one of the 10 best beaches in Europe in the past.Falasarna spans a large area and consists actually of five consecutive beaches, with the two most cenral being the most favorite.The sand is whitish,making the water tropical colour.
Elafonisi with beautifull pink sand which means Deer's island.This is a small islet that is connected to the coast by a shallow reef, witch permits passage on foot.It is of astounding beauty, with its golden beaches and its exceptional cedar grove- in this area the flora and fauna are rare. Elafonisi is a place of amazing beauty.Sfakia and Paliochora with their blue crystal waters and White Mountains with beautiful Samaria Gorge and so much more.
The george of Samariais the second most visited tourist attraction of Crete and by far most popular walk.The Samaria george is the longest in Europe.It is an area of stunning natural beauty.The mountains that have formed it are wild, high and steep.The path starts from Omalo in the White Mountains at an altitude of 1230 meters and comes to an end at the village of Agia Roumeli at the Libyan sea. Walking trough the george usually takes from 3 to 6 hours.The path is 16 kilometres long and although it is maintained and in good condition, it is quite stony and also steep at times.
If you have got enough time before the ferry leaves, switch out your hiking shoes for flips flops and head to the crystal blue waters of the Libyan Sea.Soaking your feet in the water is the best feeling after a long hike.
East of Chania and at a distance of barely 6 km, following the road towards the International airport, is Akrotiri, witch is between the gulf of Chania and that of Souda. First stop in the journey on the outskirts of the town, we can see the church of the Prophet Eliad with the graves of Eleftherios and Sophocles Venizelos. We wholeheartedly recommend this site where you can enjoy a magical sunset and a wonderful view of the entjre town of Chania.
There are many very beautiful and interesting caves in the area of Akrotiri, especially on the eastern side.One of them is Arkoudospilia or the cave of the Bear, 500 meters from Gouverneto. There is a church at the entrance of the cave, witch has its roof the cave ceiling. At the center of the cave, there is a big rock, witch resembles a bear, next to it, there is a water cistern and then there is another area that probably was an area for offerings as many objects of the 5th century BC have been found there.There are many stalagmites and some stalactites.
There are also many beautiful beaches in the area of Akrotiri. On the eastern side there are the beaches of Loutraki, Sosorides and Marathi, where the ruins of the ancient town Minoa are. Opposite Marathi, there is sall island that you can easily swim to and enjoy peaceful, romantic moments. You can reach this area by car or by bus, following the road towards the international airport that is 16 km from Chania. On the western side of Akrotiri there are the beaches of Kalathas, Tersanad, Maherida, the main beach of Stavros, the big west sandy beach of Stavros and the small bay of Blue Beach.
On the beach of Stavros, with the mountains in the background, actor Anthonu Quinn and Philippe Skarantonakis, danced the syrtaki together, to the accompanying music by Mikis Theodorakis' Zorba the Greek that was to become world-famous, and have thousands of people still dance sytrthaki today.
If you like to see something different you can visit Therissos in very close distance from Chania. The trip to the village follows an impressive gorge about 6 kilometres long. The Therriso George is an ideal place for a nature walk, trough rock formations and tall trees that frame it from both sides and the river accompanying you all the way with its many bridges. Its also an excellent training ground for skilled climbers.In the village of Therriso there are many taverns where you can enjoy traditional cretan cusine.
The villa has two floors .On the ground floor is big living room with a fire place , dining room and full equipped open kitchen. We also provide various herbs ,tea ,sugar, coffee etc. There is one big balcony with beautiful view on the White Mountains where you can enjoy your breakfast and other meals .In the front of the house there is also one big table with chairs and umbrella where you can enjoy beautiful sunset with sea view .On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with double beds and air condition in every room, free wifi and secure doors. The big bedroom has their own bathroom .And the other two rooms has common bathroom. The towels and fresh linen is free .There is also one big balcony where you can relax.

Close to the house and at the distance 5-15 minutes walk you can find supermarkets ,bakery, pharmacy, cafes ,restaurants, bowling, mini golf , playground for children ,cycling area ,place for beach voley and rackets etc.

The house is full equipment :fridge/freezer ,espresso machine ,coffeemaker, juicer, multi, air condition in every room, iron with ironing panel, clothes hangers ,oven, dish washer ,kettle and all the cooking untelsils one would need for a home-cooked meal ,washing machine, hairdryer , free wi-fi etc.
