Adventure House 2025

It’s a great space in a perfect location. We love that it’s comfortable and livable and easy to clean up! Love the hot tub and fire pit and walkability to the pool for the teens. Thanks for providing a place for our family getaway!

Absolutely the best place we’ve ever rented! Spotless. Short walk to club house with pools (indoor & outdoor). And the indoor pool and basketball court came in handy the one day it rained all day. Plus there are plenty of games in the basement of this house to keep 4 grandkids (ages 6-10) busy. Never heard the words “I’m bored” for the whole week. Plenty to do close by. We went to Crystal Caves, Chestnut Mountain, and Hoof it with Goats.

Beautiful home in a serene place

The home was as described! Clean and beautifully decorated. Ample room for us to enjoy multilevel home. Game room was exactly what we needed and the hot tub did not disappoint. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great Place!

Our family enjoyed our stay very much! We truly appreciated that it was well stocked with everything our family needed and extremely clean. It was great that it was in walking distance to the pool which was a hit with our small grandchildren. We would love to book again in the future.

Great communication with the owner , whenever i had a question she answered my email in a timely manner This is one of the best rentals I have stayed at in the Galena territories , they thought of everything , loved the coffee bar, Game room , outdoor firepit , out door games , hot tub, laundry . Would definitely stay here again!

Winter Ski Trip

This is the third time we have stayed here and enjoy it every year! It has everything our mixed age group (4-74) are looking for in a vacation home. The fireplace and hot tub are the draw for adults and the games in the basement are perfect for the kids. Thank you for sharing your house with us again!

We love this home and all it had to offer! We had brought a few games we like to play but the house was stocked with fun games to enjoy from board games to pool to “skeeball”. It is a great location to be able to walk to the pool and then get o all the courses. We would definitely stay her again!

This place is a GEM!!!

This was our second visit back - we love ringing in the New Year in the territories! This place has something fun for everyone! Kids love the games and the basement - Adults love socializing and connecting upstairs! Will be back again!

Great Weekend Getaway Spot

Three of us stayed here for a girls weekend; the house was perfect! Very clean and spacious - we each appreciated having our own room and bathroom and space to cook and enjoy coffee in the morning. The screened-in porch was a great place to catch up in the evening; we also enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. Wish we’d had time to use the fire pit too! The house would work well for families with kids, with lots of games to play.

Great House, Great Location!

We had a great time! Great weather and the location was perfect being right across from the pool, the kids were able to just walk over and go swimming. The fire pit and hot tub were awesome as well. All the games were an added bonus. Plenty to do in the house. Good supply of everything. Easy check in very accommodating. All bedrooms and both family rooms had their own TV/DVD which was very nice since we had a bunch of kids there. We will be back!

Family Reunion

My family had a family reunion during the weekend of Galena’s annual Hot AiR Balloon festival. Every family booked their own lodging and met up at the festival. Our group consisted of myself, husband, our two sons (30 & 25), daughter-in-law, 3 yr old grandson and 9 month old granddaughter. This house was wonderful. Had no complaint from any anyone. Super clean, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Plenty of seating space. Downstairs game rooms were a huge hit with everyone as it did rain all day Saturday so we really didn’t venture out other than to have lunch with the relatives at the Highland Restaurant. Plenty of room for everyone. Were able to spend Sunday at the Owners Club pool with the other relatives, we were able to just walk across the street to the pool which was really nice. My grandson told his Grandpa and I he thought it was the best house to play in with his family and he wanted to stay there again next vacation. No complaints and everyone enjoyed themselves. Would definitely stay again if we are ever in Galena again.

The Good, The Bad, The Ugly

Great house for a large family get away with young children, located right across (busy road) from GTA Owners Club & GTA Fire Station (which blew the volunteer horn four times over the weekend in the middle of the night). GTA Owners Club indoor pool was closed the first two days( should have been alerted to that on rental site, a partial refund of rental fee would be nice). TV in living room unwatchable especially during the day due to blue tint(screen must be going and should be replaced). Master bed mattress is so worn you literally sink 6-8 inchs when climbing in, good luck trying to roll over, worst nights of sleep I have had in years. Love the area, but the home needs a little TLC!

Well maintained house. Furnishing were comfortable. House was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. This house offered a hot tub. Also a screened in porch with a fire table which made a cozy place to sit and have coffee. Basement had pool table, darts, shuffle board and air hockey table plus other games. Kids loved the basement area.

This property is one of out family favorites. We have stayed in this house several times now for out annual Labor Day family getaway. We actually booked again already for our Labor Day 2026 family trip. We love the game room. The kids and adults are down there a lot making lots of fun family memories. Plus it is dog friendly too so we all get to be together.

There was plenty of space to hang out but also have some quiet time too. The house had everything we needed from kitchen amenities to hot tub towels. The game room was amazing for the kids. Cougar’s Retrreat

Great accommodations - we hung out at the nearby pool, enjoyed a concert at the marina, shopped and ate out in Galena, relaxed and reminisced at this beautiful house. We especially enjoyed the three seasons room and the firefly light show after the storm!
