4. No visitors without host approval.
5. Starter firewood included (~2 hours). More: bring your own or buy from us.
6. Outdoor lights off by 1 AM (GTA) or $150 fine each time.
7. Winter: plowed neighborhood, but 4WD/chains recommended.
8. Security: Schlage smart locks + Ring camera on driveway/parking only (no other cameras).
9. No early/late on same-day turnovers.
10. No weather refunds — travel insurance recommended.
11. If no turnover: early/late — $100 (≤2 hrs), $250 (2–4 hrs), >4 hrs = 1 night.
12. Non-Airbnb cancellations: 3% Stripe fee deducted.
