amazing villa and host

i can’t say enough great things about this stay. from start to finish it was the best vacation rental i ever booked and stayed at. went above and beyond with early check in and REALLY late check out. even provide us with filtered water for the water dispenser. home was clean and pool was perfect. super safe gated community! i already can’t wait to go back and book another stay here with my family! THANK YOU HECTOR!

The stay was good, the space was comfortable and had a lot of utilities in the kitchen! The property could have been cleaned better but the water pressure was very low so I can see how that could be difficult.

Couple Retreat

Our stay was excellent. Hector was very knowledgeable of the area. He recommended delicious restaurants and beautiful attractions. He was very attentive to our needs. He met us and helped us find the home. The home was perfect for our group of six. Enough room for rest and relaxation. The home was beautifully decorated and clean. It came with everything we needed. Good idea to check the home before going out and buying things at the store. We found things like coffee, sugar, detergent, pool floats, beach chairs, and a bluetooth speaker that were available to us. Thank you, Hector for making our stay pleasant. We hope to be back again soon.

House was as described and the neighborhood is great. Very secure. Hector was our property manager and absolutely fantastic. He met us there, showed us everything about the house, gave us restaurant and attraction advice. He was great all week. He even called us to see if we wanted to ride with him to the grocery store. What an amazing guys. House was very nice. A little odor from one of the bathroom sinks but that went away after a couple of days. Everything you need to relax and enjoy Mexico. To get around use the radiotaxipdc app. Just flagging a taxi down will cost you 3-4 as much.

Perfect!!

This stay was perfect! The property was exactly as described. The bedrooms were more spacious than we anticipated, which is always a plus. Every room is equipped with AC so the property stayed cool inside during August heat/humidity. The pool was great for a toddler (we bought some floaties) and an evening dip for the adults to cool off. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and the property was clean. We loved having the washer/dryer on site and open for use. The property is in a gated community so we felt very safe and secure at all times. Hector, the on site contact, was AMAZING! He met us at the property to check in, show us how everything worked, and gave GPS for grocery stores and recommendations for places to eat and beaches to go to. We messaged with him throughout the trip as well for more recommendations and our trip wouldn’t have been the same without his promptness. We had fun seeing the local wildlife outside and within the complex. We saw monkeys, lizards, iguanas and coati. I already want to go back!

A Great Place To Stay!

I would like to say that the house was just as pictured and the house was definitely big enough to accommodate a large group. The location was close to Downtown Playa Del Carmen (12 min drive). Hector made sure that I had contacts for taxi drivers, restaurants and more. He made sure that we were taken care of during our stay. Some reviews mentioned they had issues getting into the gate with shuttle services but I never experienced that happen to us. The CON I would have to say is that the water pressure in the house was terrible. I'm not sure if it's their system or a Mexico issue but it was difficult trying to shower or flush the toilets. I was so ready to go home just so that I could take a proper shower. Also, if you want to be closer to Cancun or Tulum this is not the house for you because you will spend a lot of money traveling to these places from the house.

Everything was perfect.. Hector was amazing! He went above and beyond.. I booked based on 4 women going but I ended up going by myself.. the first night I was a bit scared being in that big house alone but after that I felt really safe and secure.. the house was AMAZING! The residential area was really quiet and secured.. the only thing I was bittersweet about was how strict the security are.. they only let certain shuttle buses through the gate which caused me to miss my boat party I spent 100usd’s to attend and of course there was a no refund policy so I just suggest finding out before booking anything what companies are allowed through the gate and which isn’t.. but on the other hand I was kind of happy about that.. I will be staying here again next time I go to Mexico..

Great House with Private Pool

Our stay at this property was great! Hector Arturo helped us get checked in and out and was helpful with any questions we had during our stay. The house is really big and every bedroom has its own bathroom, which was really nice. The kitchen is well-equipped with anything needed and having a washer and dryer during our stay was awesome. There was also a nice big speaker we were able to connect to by Bluetooth. The style of the house is super modern with an amazing screened in porch and wonderful backyard with a private pool. We had a car and were able to come and go easily. It's only like 10 minutes driving to downtown Playa Del Carmen where parking is cheap. I stayed here with my husband and friends. However, the house was very family friendly as well, equipped with a pack and play as well as a high chair. Highly recommend! :)

Beautiful home

This place is truly beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. It’s within a gated community which felt really safe. Private pool is perfect for swimming any time of the day and gets cleaned three times a week. Arturo, the property manager was extremely helpful. He was always available and had plenty of recommendations. Address is a little complicated but we were able to order take out twice. It is pretty far from the city center. You can’t walk there. We had a car which was nice but would take cabs every night when going out for dinner. Hurricane Delta threatened to destroy our vacation. We lost power overnight and left before our last day for a hotel with power. Arturo was able to request that we get refunded for the last day we couldn’t stay there without me asking! If you’re with a group of friends or with family this place is perfect. Because of Covid we wanted to be able to have an isolated place and this was perfect. The place also has GREAT air conditioning. All we saw was some geckos but not many bugs at all! It also has an outdoor screened room which was nice to relax in with a drink. Would recommend if you don’t mind being a few minutes from city center. Cabs were about 200 pesos to everything.

English Honeymoon Stay!

The property was as listed, clean, spacious, great location and well maintained. Upon arrival we were greeted by Arturo who was really helpful, polite and respectful. Throughout the stay it was nice to have a context in Mexico who was willing to help and to have someone checking that everything was ok. We requested a later checkout through Arturo in which he accepted without any additional charge. Check out was quick, efficient and pleasant. I would recommend greatly and I would also return in the future. Great experience.

Exactly as Described

We stayed in March 2019 as a family of five and had a great time! The pictures were totally representative of the property, which was well kept and well stocked. We loved having access to beach equipment (from towels and chairs to a sand castle bucket!). Aurthuro and Hector were super responsive (we used What's App to communicate) and they gave us the best recommendations for places to go. Google maps doesn't track the location properly, but the map inside the VRBO site is correct. Hector gave us directions from the airport which were spot-on. We had a rental car and drove everywhere (Tulum, Coba, downtown Playa, etc). You can walk to one of the public beach access points from the house if you need to though. We did go to the wrong house (also #17) when we first arrived, but Aurthuro found us and guided us to the correct one. (It's NOT the #17 house with the big cactus in the front, just FYI, but is down the street a bit from that one).

Beautiful house, tastefully decorated and stunning pool area.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this home. From the bar to a chefs delight kitchen, the stunning artwork to the fully stocked cupboards and comfy beds. Thank you Hector for being a wonderful host.
