1 Bedroom 1 Bath Condo overlooking Indian Rocks Inter coastal water way and just steps across the street to Indian Rocks Beach. This condo has a Queen bed in the separate bedroom and well as a sleeper sofa in the living room, and a quaint dining area with kitchenette equipped with mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Room also comes with a key to sun decks are on the 6th and 7th floor. The condominium building is attached to the one and only Splash Harbour Water Park (in which you will receive 4 complimentary admissions for each day of your rental), along side the water park is Rum Runners Poolside Bar that belongs to Jimmy Guana's Waterfront Restaurant where you will find a variety for everyone and nightly entertainment. There are also multiple other restaurants and shops all within walking distance of the property.

Location location location.

This property is fantastic and clean. It is walking distance to more than a half dozen restaraunts and only minutes from the beach. If you prefer you can use the rooftop deck to watch sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico.

Great location

We live at IRB for years and picked this rental specially for the location. It’s walking distance to EVERYTHING. Water park for the kids is steps away. Variety of restaurants all in a block or Two. Great place. Very clean!!

Quick winter getaway

Although the property was nice and clean, and located in a nice area, I was very disappointed that the condo had a terribly uncomfortable bed, no hair dryer, no ironing board and lacking in typical condo amenities - cook top or stove and full size fridge. When I reached out to hotel as I was instructed they could do nothing to help with iron or hair dryer. The phone number provided kept hanging up on me when I called.

Everything there was great. Nice area nice room. Only downfall was it didnt have a full kitchen. But that has no bearing on them. Its just that room in particular and my fault for not asking. Had a great stay there.

Perfect little place to stay!

Very happy with our stay. Kids loved the waterpark. The only pain point were the TVs. Only one Roku remote seemed to work and you had to log into whatever streaming service you use to watch TV. The internet buffered really bad - which again, only a pain point in the evening getting the kids relaxed. Overall, I would stay here again. It has everything you need and quick walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Very very clean - stocked with what you may need. There is a pack n play. Thank you!

I loved the access to the water park, pool and hot tub, fitness center, and many nearby restaurants! I would have loved of there was an air fryer, a beach umbrella, an extra Roku remote, and a washer/dryer. But these are things I can also live without for a couple days! The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions and concerns I had. I would love to stay here again sometime!

Great Vacation

We had a great family vacation. The water park is on property there is lazy river play ground and water slides. There are plenty of restaurants and the beach is walking distance. This was defiantly a great locations. We would defiantly book again and recommend to friends.

Nice Weekend Getaway

Nice and clean little property. It was good spot to get away for a weekend. Great property if you have children because of the water park and proximity to the beach.

Amazing location

We had been to this area just a couple months prior and loved it so much we went back fir a long weekend. The accommodations were perfect for us and the location is amazing. We never had to use our rental car cause everything is so close to walk. Can’t wait to go back again soon and if we are lucky this condo will be available again.

CLEAN ROOM w/GREAT VIEW BUT OVERALL LACKLUSTER

The facility is a 10 for cleanliness but the apartment is very lackluster. The lockbox was not working when we got there. It was open and there were no keys/passes. Fortunately the Holiday Inn maintenance people came up and let us in and the keys were in the drawer. They also had to replace the battery in the lock. The passes for the water park were not in the drawer and we had to get them from the HI Check-in desk as well. The TVs are not in sync as far as channels go and there were no local channels (ABC, NBC, CBS). Again, we used the HI Check-in to get a list of the TV channels as there wasn't a list in the condo. The refrigerator is extremely small with no freezer so there is no place to make/store ice. We spent most of our time watching the TV in the bedroom as the couch (pull-out bed) is very uncomfortable to sit on. I'm sorry to seem so negative, we still had a good time but are going to do a little more due diligence in the future. On a positive note, the view out the window was spectacular and we enjoyed seeing the birds and boats and of course the water park.
