This is mountain cabin living with room to play. The kitchen has granite counters and stainless appliances, the deck is set up for a BBQ under the stars, and the game room keeps the group busy when you are not out on the trails. Bring the dogs too, up to two with a pet fee.

✦ Parking is for up to 3 vehicles, with 2 in the garage and 1 in the driveway; street parking is not allowed and may result in fines.

HOUSE RULES:
✦ No parties, gatherings, or events.
✦ No smoking inside the property.
✦ Pet-friendly, up to 2 pets with a pet fee.
✦ Quiet hours 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM out of respect for our neighbors.
✦ Maximum 3 vehicles, parked only in designated areas; street parking is not allowed.
✦ Maximum occupancy 8 guests.
✦ The primary renter must be 21 or older and provide a photo ID, credit card, and signed rental agreement before check-in.
