We had an excellent stay! Beautiful views. Quiet neighborhood. House is in great condition and very well labeled throughout with instructions and helpful directions. Kitchen is as stocked as everyone else says. Management company was very responsive and helpful, even sent someone out same day to handle an issue quickly. We would love to book again someday.

Overall this is a great house! We stayed here with 4 adults, 2 little kids, and a dog. It was spacious, well stocked, easy to get to, and close to many things including grocery, Heavenly, and lots of restaurants. The backyard is nice, fenced in which is great for a dog. The hot tub worked well and was wonderful after a day skiing. The garage is spacious and the hosts make it easy to use. The house also has a handful of games in the main living room and kids loved the bunk beds. Our only critique is that the 2 queen bed bedrooms beds are not that comfortable, and kind of squeaky.Would definitely recommend staying here, especially with a family, it’s really great!

Thank you so much for your feedback of the home in beautiful South Lake Tahoe! We are thrilled it was a great house for you! Thank you for letting us know about the mattresses! Mattresses are tricky because what may be comfortable to one person might be uncomfortable to the next. However, we have shared your review with the owners for their consideration and have inspected all mattresses to make sure no replacements are needed. We hope we can host you again soon!

The only reason why I did not give five stars is because the upper deck was not cleared of ice in snow. Every hot tub session had cold melting snow dripping on our heads. Being that we had 50 weather. We would’ve liked to hang out on the deck a little more.

Thank you so much for your review and for choosing to stay with us! We’re really glad to hear you enjoyed the hot tub and your time at the property overall. We do sincerely apologize that the upper deck wasn’t fully cleared during your stay. With mountain weather, melting and refreezing can happen quickly, and elevated decks can be especially tricky to keep completely clear while also ensuring guest safety. Your feedback is truly appreciated and helps us do better for future guests. Thank you for staying with us!
