We had no complaints. Only thing we wish we knew earlier or asked for it earlier was the boardwalk code to the beach. We waited a couple hours before we received it.

Anniversary gathering

the house was perfect, with beds and baths for all the parties. Kitchen had all the right pots and pans, the grill was clean and they even had beach toys!

Great family retreat

This was the perfect place for our family of 7. Plenty of space for everyone and easy access to the beach. The house is very well kept and the management company was very pleasant to work with.

This was a great house for a large family to stay at, but I would not qualify it as having easy beach access. The boardwalk to get to the beach has an insane amount of stairs (the picture I added is only the back half of the boardwalk). You’re exhausted by the time you finally get to the beach (especially if you have small children), and there’s no way you could bring all the beach gear needed for kids. Also, the house is hardly equipped for anything. There were a tiny bottle of dish soap and two dishwasher pods, two small trash bags (not enough provided for expecting your guests to take out the trash and start the dishwasher), and no spices or oil for cooking. It’s a nice house and a comfy stay, but either be prepared for spending a parking pass for the beach or staying home, and doing extensive grocery shopping or eating out every meal.

We understand that beach access can feel different for every guest, especially when traveling with young children and lots of beach gear. While the property does offer beach access via the boardwalk, we appreciate your perspective and understand that some families may prefer to drive directly onto the beach. Regarding the household supplies, we provide a starter set of amenities, including dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels to help guests get settled in. For safety and health reasons, we do not provide consumable items such as spices, cooking oils, or condiments. Additional supplies are the responsibility of guests during their stay. Great beach house!

Great house right next to the beach. Has all the room you would need for a get together. Super close to restaurants and bars. Communication with the property management was excellent and the small issue we had was rectified that day. Will definitely book again.

Great and affordable!

We had a great time staying here and love that we were able to bring our pups with us! The upstairs bed was wonderful and firm, which is sometimes hard to find in rentals. I do recommend bringing coffee filters (8-10 cup basket style) and coffee if you drink it regularly.

We loved it. We had 6 people: 4 adults, teenager and child. It was perfect as far as bedrooms. Lots of beach toys too. We didn’t cook there. The microwave door didn’t close, but that was the only thing I saw that needed fixing. So convenient to the beach too.
