Hermosa casa frente al mar en Lake Austin, ubicada en un vecindario tranquilo y sereno a solo minutos de las comodidades de la zona. La casa está ubicada al final del lago Austin, cerca de Mansfield Dam, y ofrece una estancia tranquila y pacífica. La cocina comercial es un sueño de los aficionados culinarios y se abre a la familia y las áreas de comedor. Las amplias terrazas superiores e inferiores ofrecen numerosas áreas para descansar y relajarse. Home se encuentra en un terreno con una pendiente suave que cuenta con un muelle con una cubierta superior y un patio con fogatas. Amplia suite principal que incluye un baño tipo spa, vestidores para hombres y mujeres y puertas francesas que dan a la terraza inferior. El patio está completamente vallado. Las hermosas aguas poco profundas son perfectas para niños y perros. Si tiene un bote, puede amarrarlo a nuestro muelle. Tenemos tacos en el lado que puede atar. Nuestro barco está en el resbalón, pero el lado está abierto para su barco. La rampa para botes más cercana se encuentra al lado del Lake Austin Spa al final de Quinlan Park Rd.

Perfect lake house retreat

We enjoyed everything about this property! The lake is chilly, but refreshing in the summer and less boat traffic than other parts of the lake. We enjoyed being able to bring our boat and leave it tied to the dock. The house is perfect for two families. Easy check in and host was very responsive.

Austin Lake House

Beautiful home on Lake Austin with great outdoor patios. Upstairs - Bedroom, a half bath, great kitchen and dining area that overlooks the lake. Downstairs - 3 bedrooms, jack & jill bath, incredible Master, W+D. Large covered patios with fans - Upstairs & Downstairs - great view from Upstairs patio. Use of 2 stand up paddle boards was very appreciated by our 2 kids!! Nature trails just down the street. Great escape for us!!

Annual Epic Wakesurf Trip at Stunning Property

This house and property are lovely! My husband and I take our college aged nieces and nephews for a wakesurf trip each summer and this house was absolutely perfect! So much space, beautiful luxurious bathrooms, comfy beds, gated area for our dogs, and the boat dock was perfect for sipping wine and viewing the moon! Great trip and we definitely will book again!

Wonderful property for 7 friends to Celebrate a birthday. Everything we needed was stocked in the kitchen and baths. And the boat dock was fabulous to sit and chat morning noon and night!

Beautiful House

We are from Austin and wanted to get have a staycation on the lake - this house was perfect!! The house was beautiful and directly on the lake with tons of space both indoors and outdoors. The owner was easy to contact and check in and out was seamless. Highly recommend to anyone in or out of Austin.

Wonderful location

This house was very nice and the location was excellent. Easy lake access and close to grocery stores and highways. Some minor maintenance issues as noted by the other reviews.

We traveled as a family of 4 to get away from the city. The property was as described and on a beautiful part of the lake. The owner was responsive to all of our questions and we would recommend staying here

Beautiful location

While we experienced some maintenance issues with the property they were all items that could easily be remedied with a good maintenance review prior to the next rental. We found the location and views perfect for our family and the kids loved the waterfront access for the kayak we brought with us. Cynthia was responsive when we reached out and although the maintenance issues couldn’t be fixed during our stay we still enjoyed the family time and property. The home has some beautiful upgrades and views to relax and the lights on the deck were a nice relaxing touch for evenings.

Fantastic Rental on the Lake

We loved staying at this property (and our kiddos loved it as well!). Great location on the lake. Amenities were awesome and the house was very tastefully appointed. We especially loved hanging out at the dock both nights of our stay. Would absolutely recommend and hope to do a repeat if we come back to Austin in the future.

Awesome Weekend on the Lake

This is a lovely property, right on Lake Austin, with a boat dock. The views from the boat pavilion are lovely and the there is a small beach which makes getting into the water extra easy. The top floor of the house is open plan; great for families and get-togethers. The kitchen dining and living area all open to a second floor porch. Downstairs are three bedrooms, another porch, and access to the lake. A great place for fun and relaxation.

Spacious Lake Austin Retreat

We had the pleasure of staying at Montview Harbor for 8 nights during the summer. The house is new and feels purpose-built; all of the rooms orient to the lake in a delightful way. Since the house is situated on the top of the canyon slope residents enter onto the top floor which houses all of the public spaces of the house (living, dining, kitchen) as well as one of the bedrooms. Downstairs are the other three bedrooms and entrance to the terracing that takes you down to the lake. The lake side of the house is continuously covered with porches and terraces which provide ample opportunities to be outside but also shielded from the sun. On the lake is a boat house which provides multiple opportunities to hang out on the water. We brought our kayaks and it was simple to launch them due to the sand beach adjacent to the dock. The boat house is outfitted with very comfortable furniture; we spent most evenings having drinks there while we looked at the night sky. Due to the location of the house on the lake breezes were reasonable and we were comfortable more than we thought we would be in the Texas summer. The yard between the house and the lake is fenced which worked out great because the owner graciously allowed us to bring our dogs. The interior of the house is charmingly finished; wood and stained concrete floors, concrete countertops and high end appliances create an atmosphere of casual Texas elegance. My family has rented Lake Austin house multiple times and Montview Harbor was the most enjoyable / comfortable experience that we have had.

Wonderful!

I would highly recommend staying here. The house was beautiful and slept 9 adults comfortably. Well kept house with plenty of space for all of us both inside and out. The host was prompt in responses to questions and willing to help accommodate us better. I was worried about location as we were spending the weekend both enjoying the house and enjoying the city. I didn't know anything about the area, ease of getting an uber to the place, exc. All of this was easy! Located right off the highway and a quick drive to Lake Travis or into Austin to enjoy the night life.

Peaceful Get Away

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The first time we saw this home, we knew we had to purchase it. It is amazing. The view, the decks, the kitchen! The shallow water is perfect for our dogs and our children. It is tucked away in a little quiet neighborhood on Lake Austin but it is still close to the city.
