Loved loved Linsey’s place! Her place is beautifully remodeled and decorated. Super clean and well organized. Beautiful, relaxing Lakeview from every window, practically. It was a perfect stay for us! Linsey was an amazing host, great communication, super helpful, and super sweet! Would definitely stay here again! lots of stairs, so only rent if you can walk stairs.

Cute house on a great part of the lake. There are a few coffee shops, bakery’s, and restaurants near by to make for easy meals. We used the cleats on the dock to tie up our boat. Hosts were responsive and kind! Would return!

Great spot in a prime lake location

Overall a really great place to stay with a small-ish group. The dock is great with shade up top in the morning and full sun in the afternoon. Super quiet street overall, so it was pretty peaceful throughout the days and nights. The house overall was very nice, updated, and super clean which is always appreciated. Plus the master bed was very comfortable! Location wise you're only 15 min from a grocery story and 10-15 from some restaurants on both the Bee Caves and Westlake directions. Be prepared to climb stairs down the house and back up to your car. (:

Lake Austin Family Trip

The house was beautiful! There are a lot of stairs to go down before you enter the house but we managed. Left our cooler in the car and carried supplies down in bags. Bring good grippy shoes with you and wear them all the time. We stayed safe and managed to enjoy ourselves indoors and outdoors despite the rainy conditions over the 4th of July weekend. Note: bedroom with 4 post bed is connected to room with 3 twin beds. There’s a sliding door to separate them for privacy. The Primary bedroom was amazing with a small balcony and great views. No issues with most of us sharing the bathroom upstairs. There’s another bathroom with a very cute shower just off the kitchen. It worked well for the guests staying downstairs on the futon. We thought it would be really cool to add a barn door to the office/dining area to add the option of privacy. Overall such a beautiful home and wonderful location.
