We’re so glad you’re here! Whether you arrived with hiking boots, flip flops, or a paddle in hand – you’ve landed in the right place for relaxation, play, and just the right amount of s’mores-fueled adventure. This home was designed with good times in mind...early morning coffee on the back deck, laughter around the firepit, intense ping pong tournaments, competitive air hockey and lazy afternoons by the creek. We hope it brings you as much joy and calm as it has to us. This clean 4 bedroom 2 bath home offers you endless activities. Step into a pleasant retreat with 2 king beds, 1 bunk bed (2 Doubles), and 2 queen beds. Enjoy the serene atmosphere and unwind in the cozy living spaces with a sofa bed. With WiFi, AC, fully equipped kitchen, with outdoor BBQ grill.

The house was perfect for my family's holiday get-together! It had everything we needed, including stocked kitchen supplies, firewood for a campfire with smores, and a spacious living area. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Perfect house! We needed a kitchen to get food ready for the wedding Saturday at nearby Hudson Bend Ranch, the kitchen was perfect and the house was comfortable and had enough room for all of us. Highly recommend!

We had a really nice stay overall at this lake house. The home was clean, comfortable, and offered a relaxing atmosphere. There were quite a few spider webs throughout the house, which could use a bit more attention, but it didn’t take away too much from the experience.One thing to note for future guests: the bottom oven rack seems to run hotter and burned our cookies twice, while the top rack worked perfectly fine—so plan accordingly when baking.The location is great, especially for enjoying the lake. There are plenty of fun options for spending the day on or near the water, which was definitely a highlight of our trip. We also loved the garage game room it was a fun and unique touch, and the backyard is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing.The house does have a no-shoes policy, which we understand, but with multiple access points to the outdoors, it did become a bit cumbersome going in and out frequently.Overall, it’s a lovely lake house with great amenities and a relaxing vibe. With a few small improvements, it could be even better.

This has by far been one of our favorite home rentals. My friends and I started a tradition of getting together the day after New Year’s for a couple of nights, and this time all my friends came to our neck of the woods. We found this beautiful home in spicewood. The multiple seating spaces, the indoor and outdoor dining, and all of the accommodations were not just comfortable and functional, but so iconically Austin. Great for my friends from Minnesota. The little touches, like the s’mores kit and the guitars with Willie Nelson pictures were so much fun. We played the board games, had plenty of amenities in the kitchen, and enjoyed the peaceful view from the deck. I highly recommend this place and will definitely tell my friends and clients. Thank you, S’mores House!

From the time we entered the area we fell in love. We arrived after sundown, because we got a late start from Dallas. The drive into the neighborhood was dark enough that deer felt comfortable being on the roadside. It was nice to see. The home was just what we needed for a comfortable stay. Our daughter, husband and 5 month old stayed in the upstairs bdrm to be a little secluded so that the grandson’s cries during the night wouldn’t disturb the rest of us. My almost 3 year old grandson slept on the bottom bunk of what I’m calling the Harry Potter bdrm. He was so excited to go up and down the stairs to the top bunk & his mom is a big Harry Potter fan and enjoyed the cupboard under the stairs room. The decor is cozy and fun, nice colors, design elements, comfortable beds. We walked down to the creek, took a walk in the neighborhood, made s’mores in the fire pit and had conversation on the upper deck just off the kitchen. We had a wonderful time and wish we could’ve stayed another day. Aimie was very communicative and answered questions we had. She supplied an extra chair for us to use around the fire pit because she knew we had 6 adults in our party, which was very thoughtful.

We Enjoyed!

This home is a great location and a beautiful 2 story home. The layout and back yard over 5 stars!! I was warned about the temperature of the home prior to arriving. The 1st story lower 3 bedrooms/ bath was hot the entire time. The AC did show 71 but it was hot the entire time. Several people slept in the 2nd story living room. I did communicate this and after a few replies back and forth I never heard back until the day we left. The CREEK we loved it, while we were enjoying it the neighbor across the creek to the right did mention that he owned the waterfall area and we could not be in that area. I did tell the host about that as well. Would I rent again yes, not sure if the temperature thing was an ongoing issue or just while we were there. I’d bring fans next time because the location and the home itself are great!
