This home is lovely and spacious with a true Colorado mountain vibe. Very comfortable beds/ bedrooms and lots of family gathering spaces. A very quiet/ private street yet within easy walking distance to nice shops and restaurants. The kitchen is well equipped and there are lots of extras like bikes, books, puzzles and pool table. The host is very accommodating and a great communicator. Lots of fun wildlife too! We loved our stay!

Wonderful space for the whole family. The home was spacious and had a well-stocked kitchen with everything we needed,The host was extremely responsive, helpful, and provided great information about the area. There's so much to do in the surrounding mountains and towns. The location was incredibly convenient – within walking distance of restaurants and grocery stores. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this home.

This property worked extremely well for 6 of us with e-bikes. We loved the location and proximity to the Rio Grande Trail, the grocery store, and the small shops and brewery. The home was large enough for us all to gather or be in our own spaces if so desired. Was great to have outdoor seating on both sides of the home and select based on the warm sun. Most of all, Adam is an outstanding host who is very responsive, accommodating, and kind.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of room to enjoy everyone together or have some quiet time alone. Beautiful private neighborhood to enjoy a bike ride with the bikes availabl by host, private pond and tennis court. Beds were comfortable, plenty of bathrooms to always have one available for larger families. Property feels remote and private, very quiet, but a 2-3 minute drive from amenities. Loved being able to bring our dog and there is a nice fenced in yard for them to enjoy. All basic needs for kitchen to cook available and great family dining space. Lots of spices and some cooking essentials available if needed. TV's in all bedrooms except kids with Direct TV cable. Nice setup in living room to watch a movie together and smart TV to sign in to your streaming. Pool table gathering space for a fun game of pool. We enjoyed putting together one of the available puzzles and games and books available. Overall this is a great place to enjoy for a larger family or a group of friends. Would stay here again. Adam our host was very easy to communicate with and responsive to questions or needs. We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful house and location, quick drive to hot springs in Glenwood or a scenic drive to local attractions like Maroon Bells and other mountain town scenery.

This is a well-designed house with plenty of space in an incredible location for our purposes. We walked our dogs throughout the neighborhood, including around the pond and common area, and the fenced-in dog yard at the house made letting them out a breeze. The property is gorgeous with a babbling brook and plenty of privacy, but was within easy walking distance of shopping, coffee, a brewery, bar, and other activities. We loved our stay.
