Just a 10–15 minute taxi or Didi ride from Santo Domingo Centro, this villa offers more comfort, space, and a peaceful atmosphere—plus amenities you won’t find in typical El Centro rentals: no improvised or checkbox pools, empty ‘boutique’ labels, or other obvious and common traps these days.

. Enjoy a fully equipped pool and spa designed for comfort and relaxation. The spa doubles as a splash pool with a waterfall by default, and can be enhanced with jets and air blowers when activated.

Solar heating (29 panels) keeps the water comfortably warm—up to and above 86°F, weather permitting and during sun hours. For evening or after-sun spa use, an optional gas heater is available at an additional cost, allowing extra heating for both the spa and, if desired, the pool (propane is supplied from a separate tank and must be purchased in advance), bringing the spa temperature up to 108°F if desired. Ambient lighting and simple, user-friendly controls complete the experience.

THINGS TO NOTE

✿ The birds in the aviary and gardens need to be fed and watered daily, so someone will come to the outdoor areas of the villa (aviary and gardens) between 9:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. to care for them and keep the space clean. Your privacy remains our top priority at all times!

The peacok remains inside the aviary unless you’d like him to come out in the mornings, he’s very used to humans. We’ll handle letting him out and back in, please don’t try to do it yourself.

✿ Cleaning service, breakfasts, in-house mezcal tasting, private transportation, personalized tours and whatever you might need can be arranged ahead of your arrival at an additional cost paid to trusted local providers.

✿ Early check-in and late check-out are always granted when possible, please request in advance so we can verify availability. Subject to changes. Earlier than 12 noon can’t be always guaranteed.
