Nayri er et sted beliggende på den gamle bydel Puerto Vallarta, med faciliteter i både lobby og syvende etage. Du finder alt tæt på faciliteterne; restauranter, barer, strand klubber aktiviteter og alle slags ting at gøre. Walkin afstand giver dig mulighed for at tage et godt kig på alt, hvad Vallarta har at tilbyde. Busstoppested 1 blok hvis nødvendigt at hovedet yderligere downtown. Strandpromenaden (Malecon) er kun 8 minutters gang tilbyder flere aktiviteter for dig at nyde.
Hvis du planlægger at blive i buldingen, har vi faciliteter, der gør at du ikke går ud et stykke tid. I lobbyen har vi et socialt område med en videovæg og satellit-tv, så du kan nyde shows, koncerter, sport eller hvad du vil, samt til WI-FI service.
På syvende etage har vi vores tagterrasse med 2 sider, et afslapningsområde med en beroligende vandkilde, hvor du kan slappe af, dampbad, sauna, fitnesscenter og en lille loungeafdeling, der vender mod bjergene for et andet synspunkt. Det andet område har en anden lounge med 2 uendelige pools med udsigt direkte til havet for en fantastisk udsigt over bugten, solnedgange her op er at huske.

Great Condo

Jorge was great to work with. Condo is clean, well appointed, has good water pressure, consistent hot water and comfortable bedding.Location and rooftop cannnot be beat.

Nice Condo in The Heart of the Romantic Zone!

This is a very nice condo and we really liked the condo's amenities, the bed was comfortable, and was happy to have the washer and dryer and a greatly equipped kitchen. The view from the rooftop pools is amazing and we enjoyed spending many hours up there lounging by the pool, swimming and watching the whales and dolphins most afternoon. Every evening before we went out to dinner, we went to the rooftop to have a margarita and watch the amazing sunsets. This neighborhood is very lively and exciting, and we really enjoyed being in the mix of so many great restaurants and enjoyed meals at Café de Olla, Joe Jack’s Fish Shack and so many others. We will definitely return to this condo or another in this building and recommend it to others.

Absolute gem of a brand-new condo in the center of Zona Romantica - with all the culture, restaurants, beach, boardwalk within few minutes walk. You have an entire new apartment with kitchen, showers, beautiful living room with auto-shades - but the best part was the rooftop lounge, gym and pool! Two of them! Infinity style - with the best unobstructed view of the sunset and the shoreline. Price was cheaper than hotels nearby and security was utmost - a guard lets you in and out. Christina the manager was great - courteous, helpful and informative. Highly recommend if you want a beautiful, modern, clean and safe place in the middle of it all in Puerto Vallarta.

Perfect Location and Friendly Staff

I was very pleased with the cleanliness, the beautiful decor, the convenience and the security afforded by the property. The staff are a delight. It was so great I even extended my stay for a few more days. It is smack dab in the middle of everything so you can experience all the things the surrounding area has to offer. You actually never have to leave your street if you would prefer not to (though I suggest you walk around a bit given how walkable and safe the area is). On your street alone you will have access to multiple restaurants, clothing stores, atms, money exchanges, spas, pharmacies, etc. just on your street. There are also a variety of bars and night clubs close by, as well as healthcare should you need it. The beach and boardwalk are mere minutes away. 10/10 from me as as a solo female traveller. I highly recommend staying here if you are ever in the area.

At the heart of everything

Lovely modern unit/building with beautiful ocean view rooftop and pools. Kitchen was equipped for basic cooking. First floor location exposed us to cooking smells and weekend revelry Within walking distance to ocean, shopping, restaurants, parks, etc.

Refreshing Pause

Having never stayed in downtown PV before I was not sure what to expect. A foodie heaven with great restaurants to try all within walking distance. Quiet at night, comfortable bed. Great AC. Great rooftop pool, store your beverages in the community fridge. Could use more loungers. Workout area a bit hot and cramped. Beware if two are using the treadmills at the sametime you will blow a fuse causing an emergency stop which was a bit sudden. TV and ease to setting up the various streaming services netflix, prime etc really easy. 24 hour security, really nice and professional. My only gripe, standard keys for door and safe. Not available for each member to have a key. The only way to lock the door from the inside , is the key. Now, if my partner is out with the key,someone knocks on the door how can I answer. If there is a fire I have no way out!!!

Missing Amenities

The unit was missing; coffee filters, no small amount of welcome coffee, kleenex, the bathroom soap, in a dispenser which was useless, one tiny bar of shower soap. The bathroom door had to be propped open. Finally, the photos showing the view very deceptive. There was a very small view of the street. The Concierge did try to address my complaints. The plus side was very a nice bed, large towels and comfortable furniture.

Loved this property!

We loved our stay here. The staff was wonderful and inviting. The condo was very nice. Wifi was great and all the necessities we would need were provided. Rooftop pools were breathtaking! I will definitely stay here again.

fantastic spot

The area was really great to stay, with many close by amenities, including food, shops, massages, gyms, etc. Very pleasant room, very comfortable bed and sheets. Amazing infinity pool with a great view of the Pacific. Well kept, and great service of workers. Very secure and felt safe.no problems with the room, a/c, appliances, and water worked all well. Will be back for another stay in the future

Great location in the Romantic Zone

My wife and I had an amazing stay. The location was blocks away from the beach, close to several markets, there is a Canadian and American style grocery store near by at the Marcado Ollin, and the rooftop pools are awesome. One of the pools is naturally heated, the other is heated and jetted. The staff is friendly, responsive, and accommodating. In summary we had an amazing visit and would definitely book this place again.

This place is so close to everything the beach restaurants and the staff is great is a little loud at night because there a lot of traffic but it stop around 11pm but I will come back

Very lovely property, was a first floor room so the restaurant belies music is quite loud until around midnight some times. Also a loud street with people blasting music nightly driving by. Did not overly bother our stay but it may to some. Pools are amazing and heated. Overall great location to be on the heart of the malecon area.

Amazing Rental in the Heart of Puerto Vallarta!

Great rental, smooth check in and out, highly recommend! Only complaint was rental description stated satellite/cable tv was available however this was not the case. This was an issue as we were hoping to watch NFL Playoff games. But no worries, the central location made finding a spot to watch football easy! Would highly recommend!!!
