The Tides est une maison de construction neuve composée de deux maisons de ville de cinq chambres. "Low Tide" offre 3 000 pieds carrés de surface habitable qui comprend 3 étages, 5 chambres, 4 salles de bain complÚtes, un grand espace commun / divertissant au deuxiÚme étage, des terrasses, des espaces de vie ouverts à chaque étage et des vues imprenables sur l'océan Atlantique. The Tides est situé dans le quartier "Atlantic Beach" et se trouve à quelques pas de la plage First et de Cliff Walk, à seulement 1,5 kilomÚtre du centre-ville de Newport.

L'immeuble est situé sur un grand terrain de 1 hectare qui comprend un grand parking ainsi qu'une grande cour pour les activités de plein air et les divertissements. Le quartier d'Atlantic Beach est un quartier en plein essor qui subit actuellement une mini-renaissance avec un afflux de rénovations et de nouvelles constructions. Il comprend des restaurants, des bars, des cafés, des lieux de petit-déjeuner populaires, un tout nouveau magasin magasin qui sont tous à une courte distance de marche. The Tides est également situé juste en face du Newport Beach House, lieu de mariage situé en face de la plage de Longwood.

The home was perfect for our annual sibling trip and a great location in which we could either walk or drive to local attractions such as the Cliff Walk, the mansions, the beach and restaurants. We enjoyed this awesome home to relax after our busy days of seeing Rhode Island and our Connecticut day trip. The home was clean, spacious with each guest having their own room. It was very close to Newport, RI which had so much to offer and do with great restaurants. Luke’s Lobster in Newport had the best lobster rolls. Debbie was a wonderful host who answered all our questions and upon arrival met us to go over the home. I would definitely stay again if coming to Newport.

Great spot for big extended family!

We had a great experience here, perfect lodgings for our trip to a family wedding. The place is so spacious and allowed us to spend so much time together in comfort! The proximity to the beach, Cliff Walk, and great restaurants (Flo’s and Bottega Bocconi) were great bonuses.

Great stay!

We had a great time staying here! Debbie and Leon were fantastic hosts. We were attending a wedding in Newport and found this location perfect for a long walk or short drive into the downtown. The house was great for our group of 10, including two infants. Good sized bedrooms and a beautiful view from the deck.

Our 6th Family Vacation in Newport. It was the best ever!!

The house is amazing. So spacious and comfortable. Loved the location. Quick walk to several restaurants. Short walk to local beach. Cliff walk nearby,about a 10 minute walk. Everything worked so well for our large family.

Amazing Tides!!

Best, Cozy 50th Bday Gathering Ever!

There aren't enough stars! The property was perfect for 9 adults; there is so much space and so many bathrooms. The kitchen and common area were exactly what I was looking for in order to spend quality time with my friends! The place was chic and clean. Our host was super responsive and accommodating. We were able to walk to the beach and get to the winery (Uber) very easily.

House was great with plenty of room for 9 guests! Good location for going into Newport! The house can use more mirrors in bedrooms and possibly some full length mirrors! Tacking down of area rugs would be good to prevent tripping! We had a wonderful time!

Great house, great location

When there are 11 family members to accommodate, it is not an easy task to find a home to suit our needs. Not so with this house. Plenty of space with a large kitchen, dining and living room open space area with deck. Even a view of the water. Very accommodating owners.

Perfect!

Our group of 10 (adults and kids) had a wonderful time at The Tides. The space was perfect for our group. We had everything we needed for the beach. The location felt safe and can’t be beat- close to the beach and cliff walk and a short ride to downtown. Debbie was responsive, helpful and a pleasure to work with. I am already thiinking ahead for when we will come back. Thank you for a great space to create our memories!

Nice place overall. Debbie and her husband were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Not clear from VRBO description how many stairs for access. Not great for the older folks. I suggest that more details be given as to what gadgets, appliances, etc., are available in the kitchen area. E.g., what kind of coffee maker(s). Should have a teapot with spout to boil water. In other words, info to help people decide what they have to bring with them. A short guide to use of the microwave would be helpful.

A Coastal Paradise in Newport, Rhode Island

Our vacation rental experience was an absolute dream come true! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the excellent location and the incredible space that far exceeded our expectations. The location of the rental was simply perfect. We were just a stone's throw away from First Beach and a quick drive to the city's attractions and charming waterfront. Walking into the rental, we were instantly impressed. The space was incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated with coastal charm. The rental was an ideal choice for our group. With ample room for everyone to spread out and unwind, it allowed us to have both private moments and enjoyable communal gatherings. We would like to extend our gratitude to the owners for providing such a remarkable vacation rental. It was clear that they put a lot of effort into making their guests' experience exceptional. We are already counting down the days until we can return and relive the incredible memories we made. Thank you, and we look forward to visiting again soon!

Great Place!

We loved our time at Newport East. Easily accessible to everything close by. Very clean and organized. As fellow STR property owners our only suggestion would be to add more amenities- bathroom products, few extra towels and more bed pillows. It’s always nice to have extras! 😀

We strive to make your travel and vacation experience as simple and easy as possible. This home is located directly across from First Beach and about 1.5 miles to downtown Newport. We offer a hotel-like experience, providing you with a range of amenities including all linens, bath towels, soap, shampoo, makeup wipes, dish detergant, a crib/child gates/high chairs (if needed), and even beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella. The home is also extremely spacious with 5 bedrooms and with gorgeous views of the beach and Newport's great sunsets.

The Atlantic Beach neighborhood is an up-and-coming area that is currently undergoing a mini-renaissance with an influx of renovations and new businesses that include restaurants, bars, coffee shops, popular breakfast spots, a brand new convenient store, and a liquor store which are all a short walk away. The Tides is also right across the street from The Newport Beach House, Longwood's beach-front wedding venue.

This listing is for "Sea Side", one of two units in the building. The other unit, "Sea Side" consists of 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and is also available. Both units can also be rented together, subject to availability. Please inquire for more information.

The Tides is fully furnished and styled similar to "The Sea Breeze Inn", our sister boutique hotel that is just up the street. You can find the Inn online by doing a quick search.

This is a new home that recently finished construction. We expect our guests to take great care not to disturb our neighbors. We DO NOT allow house parties. Maximum occupancy is 10 adults and parking is limited to 5 cars MAXIMUM. We do not allow tape on the walls or glitter/confetti in the building.

Please note that this listing contains a "Minut" device inside the property that monitors noise levels/ temperature/humidity/motion but does not record audio. There is also a "Ring" security camera overlooking the parking lot to ensure guests have a safe and pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed.
