Senior spring break

It was great to be just a half a block from the beach. We were able to walk to the resort where my son's friends were staying. The condo was nice, clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet. Lot's of places to eat within walking distance.

We were pleasantly surprised that this unit had been remodeled since renting it last year and looking at the pics. They did an amazing job opening up the kitchen and adding new appliances and solid surface counters. Nice job!

Great Location

Excellent location close to the beach. The unit was nicely renovated and very well appointed. We were happy to find it had lots of little extras, like a playpen and some cooking staples, nice appliances, that made it a great place to stay with our kids. The building is a bit on the older side and the windows could use some repairs, but the location made up for it.

Cute Little Condo

Cute little place by the beach! Stayed here as a family of five, kids 4 to 14 years old. Sofa is a pullout couch which worked out perfect for us. Kitchen space was small but they have plenty of plates, cups, and items to cook with. Hall closet has chairs and beach items to use during stay. Pool is heated if this is anyone's preference, nice during cooler Florida months.

We had a great vacation at resort it was very close to beach and a cute little beach bar. The pool was nice as well, but the beach was great. The condo was in a good location to restaurants. We had great weather too. Recommend it.

Could not have found a better place to stay!

David (owner) was very helpful in assisting me with questions about his condo. Unfortunately, we didn't get to it until after the on-site office had closed. I called the number on the sign and Percy at the management company validated who I was and then talked me through getting the key out of the lockbox. (BIG RELIEF!) The condo was more than we had expected. Very clean with 2 bdrms (king & 2 twin beds) plus a queen sofa bed in the living room. It was well-stocked with linens and pillows, kitchenware and bathroom necessities, plus lots of dresser drawers and closet space. Also plenty of seating in living room, bar, and dinette area. Everyone was very comfortable. The free parking pass allowed us to easily park right next to our building. The office management was very helpful in telling us about the free trolley services and local attractions. The condo is situated a block from the main road and a block from the beach, with an outside shower by the pool. Restaurants, ice cream stand, and retail shops are all within walking distance. Publix, Walmart, Sams & Costco were all nearby too but a mile+ away. We could not have been closer to everything we wanted to do and had every convenience imaginable at our disposal. Would definitely recommend. Kudos to David and his management team! P.S. I have never met these folks personally and was not paid to say all this! :)

Disappointing

We were quite disappointed in the apartment we stayed in. Our first impression was when we were told to go down an alley to the back door. The stairway to the apartment was dark and narrow, and upon opening the door to the apartment, we had to squeeze between the refrigerator and the kitchen counter to get in. The apartment was a shade of gray that looked rather dreary with little natural light. The furniture for the most part looked dated, the bedroom dresser had chips out of the surface and was coming apart in the back and the kitchen counter tiles were cracked. The bathroom tub/shower has a very odd surface that is uneven and slippery. We did not feel like it was a stable surface to stand on while showering. We had arrived after dark and in the morning, the view from the windows were the back alley and out the front we saw a gravel roof. Going out the front door, on the landing leading to the stairs to the ground were several mattresses. The complex supposedly has complimentary wifi. Basically the local wifi does not work at all.
