Kona condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. The property is typical of what u get in Kona. Great new split system air con although no controls - it’s either on or it’s off. Furniture is impractical- the chase just takes up space in the lounge and the bed although very comfortable is not very practical. It takes up the entire room and you need a ladder to get in and out of it. The curtains in the bedroom do not block out the external walkway lights at all. Storage cupboards in bedroom are full leaving no where to leave your clothes (as there is no space for your suitcase other than floor in lounge).

Kona weird condo

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location in Kona. Very nice pool. Very strange condo. Mirrors everywhere. Pink and red decorations with a tribute to Marilyn Monroe Lots of parking. If you don’t mind quirky little things then this should work for you.

Perfect Kona Location

The perfect location to walk to Kona where trust me, there is NO parking. The waves crash on the lava just under the lanai, the parking at the condo is cool and plentiful underground. The condo has everything you need and did I mention the location?! Perfect!!

Anniversary getaway

Condo was just as pictured, complex was clean and felt safe. Onsite parking was easy and the view can't be beat. Would definitely stay again.

Great location

Cute little condo with private lanai. Loved the third floor view, easily accessible ride pools and small beach right next door. Would stay again. Owner/management company were very attentive!

Great View

Perfect for a couple, would be cramped if you have kids. The view could not get better and the check in process was easy. Very convenient location where you can walk to the restaurants and shops along the water.

Wonderful ocean Front!

This was the nicest VRBO I’ve stayed at through many visits to the Big Island! It was very clean, nicely decorated, clear and concise directions about everything having to do with the place, the lanai set-up was perfect, and communication with the property manager was excellent! We so very much enjoyed drinking coffee on the lanai every morning, watching the surfers and the occasional whale. We loved our time at Kona Reef!

New condo on the big island of Hawaii.

We’ve been to this property several times over the years, as well as several others. Kona Reef stands out to me. Central location, close to pretty much anything you might want. I highly recommend it.

Peaceful Place

The apartment was very clean and clearly had many updates. It was nice to have cupboards fully equipped. The lanai was a great spot to relax and watch the sunset.

Room with a view

Absolutely could not top the ocean view from the room. Sunsets were spectacular. Check in and out process was a breeze, property manager’s communication prior to and during my stay were excellent. Recommend this property to anyone interested in a comfortable, well equipped condo close to shopping and restaurants.

Quaint apartment with stunning ocean view

Apartment is a good size for our family of 3. The best features are the stunning view of the ocean from the balcony and the convenient location. Property management was welcoming and checked in with us throughout our stay. Apartment comes well equipped with everything you would need for a short stay. Overall a very pleasant stay for us.
