Thank you for your comments, Erin. We’re glad you enjoyed the great location and being so close to the sand and local area without needing to drive. It’s nice to hear the team was able to assist during the power outage and provide updates. Hi Ruben, thank you for sharing these great insights with the VRBO community! We're so glad you enjoyed this vacation home and its fabulous proximity to the beach. It was our pleasure hosting you and we hope to see you all again soon! For folks looking to book, please note that we have just transitioned from office check-ins to remote check-ins, in order to provide guests with greater convenience on Arrival Day. Thank you for your comments. We're pleased to know that you found everything as expected, but sorry to hear of your disappointment regarding dogs. While leashed dogs are allowed on the beach, the City of Newport's rule is 'The person controlling the dog must have in their possession an implement, device or bag to immediately remove any feces deposited by the animal.' We empathize that you don't want to lay your towel where dogs are doing their business. We're genuinely sorry that the cleaning crew showed up at 10am and this appears to be a failure on our part. We appreciate your continued loyalty in booking us and hope that on your next visit to Newport Beach we can provide you with an exceptional experience. It was our pleasure to host you and we look forward to seeing you again.

Hi Richard, Your allegations of mold are false, and the condition of the home is a bit dramatic. The home is a budget-friendly accommodation, and looks as it is depicted in the photos. Price often reflects quality, and this unit is priced in line with the simple features of the home. If you are looking for an updated/remodeled accommodation, then we could offer recommendations at a higher price point, which is what we believe this situation was all about. All issues you brought to our attention were addressed and responded to same day.

Hi Denise, we are sorry your vacation was interrupted with a bug issue. Thank you for your patience as we worked to resolve the issue. Since your stay, we have kept a close eye on the property to ensure the bugs have been completely evicted. It was a pleasure hosting you and we hope to have the opportunity to host you in one of our beach homes on your next trip to the coast! -Beachview Realty

Thank you for your comments, Kyle. We're happy you enjoyed the great location. We appreciate your recommendation and hope to see you again. Kind regards, BVR

Merci d'être d'excellents invités !

Hi Dina, thank you for taking the time to share with us about your experience. We take these notes very seriously as our aim is to provide our guests with vacation homes that are both clean and accommodating. It sounds like we missed the mark. We have informed our cleaning staff of the dirty/unsuitable elements you've described. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in Newport with these issues resolved. -Beachview Realty

Thank you for the feedback, Clay! We would certainly love to host you again the next time you're looking to escape to the beach :) -Beachview Realty
