We had such an absolutely wonderful first time visiting Marco Island! The condo was absolutely perfect, the view was incredible and we loved being on the quiet and adventurous side of the island. Absolutely will be coming badk!

Incredible Sunsets & Beach at your fingertips

We went on day excursions but really we could have stayed at the condominium the entire time. Beach access was phenomenal and the pool was always an option.

Wonderful Marco Island Place!

Our family of four stayed here and LOVED it! We swam at the pool, were able to walk to the ocean, participate in shelling adventures and had easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. The property was super quiet and friendly. The icing on top - watching the sun set from our balcony each night. The management was great to work with and excellent with communication. Highly recommend :)

Kitchen nicely stocked with all necessary cookware. Beautiful beach view, though it is a 1/3 of a mile trek to the ocean. Grounds were well maintained and clean. Really enjoyed the unit. Plenty of outlets for charging devices. The pool has rules that don’t allow jumping or inflatables/balls. Quite a bummer for kids. The water was warm and there were plenty of beach chairs though

Relaxing Stay in Marco Island

The condo and the unit are very nice. We loved the view from the unit! Kitchen was well equipped. Had a kettle and tea pot which is not always the case in many Florida rentals. There are no cabanas to rent but there are beach chairs, and towels available in the unit. It is a bit of a walk to the beach, but that was expected from the booking information. We had an amazing time!

Our unit has been recently refurbished to a great standard but still has quite a few older parts still required, but overall, a great choice with a great outlook.

We like the condo’s west windows and balcony for sunset and seeing down the beach. The recently updated kitchen cabinets, counter, back splash are very nice along with both bathrooms having matching cabinets. We liked the large dining table and the king size bed is comfortable.

We had a wonderful experience. Condo was beautiful.. Loved everything about it…The property management company was great to deal with. Maybe one day they’ll update to key pads and you won’t need all those keys. The only downside..always making sure you had the key..The whole complex is pristine. If the Family goes back next year , will sure to book same unit if available..

We arrived exhausted at 6 pm to a condo NOT ready. 5 hours later we moved in. After a BTW warning ( after final payment) from management about building construction/ repairs we were Driven most days from 8 to 4 from the condo by ceaseless noise that vibrated the rooms from condos around us. Even the pool was no haven. We liked the view, condo, & location but did not feel like a restful vacation value for our time.

Not bad, but not ideal for our needs

We stayed in this condo for 2 weeks. Pros: -Great communication with the owner who was able to accommodate our request to check in earlier than stated in the rules. -Lovely location next to a fabulous beach (though note, it does take about 15 min of waking to get to the water) -Very easy check in process with lovely people -Very easy check out process with the same lovely people -Condo ultimately has everything you need for a good beach fun. Cons: -Older style of furniture and bathroom fixtures. Think 1980-s in everything. -Kitchen is not designed or equipped for true cooks. You have your basics available, but kitchen is rather small, with very little countertop available, if you are a serious foodie and chose to cook good meals at home versus going out. -Horrible dirty and worn out carpets on the floor leading to the unit. -The whole series of buildings locks and keys made no sense. Doors that should have ben opened are locked. You are going through the guarded gate, and then you still have to constantly unlock everything and everywhere. -Threatening masking notices and requirements were pure nonsense. You were supposed to wear a mask outside around the pool but no masks were required inside in the gym. -Passive aggressive behavior of building management in regards to the light inside the unit. Threatening notes slipped under the door because we had low light past 9pm. -DAILY e-mails from management about Noise ordinance reminders, though we have no kids, there was no TV on, no music, and we are quite mature people and prefer quiet. Based on the above,. we will not return.

Okay- not great but not bad

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Marco (we love Marco), but I probably wouldn’t stay here again. Some small updates/improvements could go a long way. For starters the hallways of the tower were filthy- carpet needs replaced and smelled- which already started us off with a bit of a bad impression before getting to the unit. The unit felt clean for the most part, but could use some updates. The main area was nice and had some updates, but the bedrooms def need updating. Older Carpet in the bedrooms- and in the master bath/sink area (which you couldn’t see in the pictures). Master bathroom was TINY, and the shower head was awful and a bit Mildewy. I didn’t even use the master bathroom- I used the guest one in the main hallway because it felt cleaner and was bigger with a better shower head. Master bed was hard and not very comfortable. When we got there, there was only one wash cloth in the whole unit, and one of the pillow cases was stained..I contacted property manager next morning and they were very prompt with bringing more washcloths and pillow cases- and followed through. Dinette table on balcony was rusty and wobbley.. and the walk to the beach was definitely longer than it looks in pics, so be prepared to hike. The unit is on the beach, but the beach is veryyyy wide and condo is set back from ocean- which made it a little hard with a kiddo. We did enjoy that our unit was on the corner (privacy) with a large balcony. Also that the unit was equipped with most necessities in kitchen (coffee maker/good pans), and it was definitely nice that they provide beach chairs, cooler and sand toys. Overall- some updates of the property and unit, would make a huge difference.

Perfect location, lovely grounds and pool area. Unit is quiet and has a large wrap around balcony to enjoy beautiful views of Tigertail, the gulf and sunsets. Furnishings in need of a serious update, particularly in the living area. Peeling paint and other bits of stuff in the carpeting. A beach wagon would be nice considering the distance and items needed for the beach. Throw in an electric kettle too. Overall, a good spot but time to update!

The stay was great overall. We relaxed, sunbathed and fished on the beach and with a guide. The condo was neat and clean. Only downside was the repairs being made in nearby condos so a bit noisy only one of the days. We would definitely stay here again!

Window Replacement Noise Nightmare

The condo tower we stayed in was undergoing window replacement and the construction noise was so loud we could not be at our unit for the day. One day we decided to go road trip somewhere else because it was so loud. The units they were working on were adjacent to ours. I took videos of the noise. The walls and ceilings were shaking. This was inexcusable. This unit should not have been for rent during this time frame.
