Atlanta vacation

We were visiting Atlanta for a family event. Overall satisficed with our stay. I am not very familiar with Atlanta and booked this house as it was closer to our event. That is one of the reason that I have given less than five star because neighborhood was not very good. Having said that the house itself had everything we needed, it is clean, spacious and furnished for large group need.

Great rental for large group

We had a wonderful experience. There was enough space for all 15 of us. Having multiple bathrooms was a plus. Beds were comfortable. Host did not respond to all text messages though.

Nice house

We booked this property for my sisters bachelorette weekend and it was a great house. There were 20 of us and it fit everyone very comfortably. Erin was great and very accommodating. We had an issue with the sink and she took care of it immediately. The house was clean and the back porch was awesome. We went to a festival in downtown Atlanta and the Lyft and Ubers were plentiful. There were plenty of dishes and towels to use. It was a great spot, check in was easy and Erin was amazing. Thank you!!

Decent house

House is a good size, neighborhood is quiet but not in the best area. Plenty of off street parking, nice master bedroom. Could use a little stuff here and there to fix her up but overall worth the price. Thank you again!

My Stay at the Gresham Park Getaway

This property was an excellent stay. I had no problem with the host..Only issue.I had.was that bed linen could be updated with comforters . If ever I return to Alanta I would stay again. I HIGHLY recommend.

Comfortable, spacious, and convenient

We rented this property to house the out of town members of our family during a week of family fellowship. We had six couples, three of whom had two small children each, for a total of 12 adults, 6 children, and we fit very comfortably in this home. The location was very close to our family members that live in Atlanta and very convenient to downtown for all of the sightseeing activities. Everyone was able to sleep in a comfortable bed with plenty of showers to allow us to get everyone out the door each day in a timely manner. We were also able to make good use of the large kitchen to save money on eating out. The kids loved the luxurious master bedroom and bathroom, as well as the huge backyard. Reservations and check in were super easy, and we had no issues requiring management during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay

The house was wonderful and aside from the miscommunication when I got there everything went well. I would definitely stay again but if I could make one suggestion it would be to pay attention to detail. Make sure all light bulbs work and all appliances are functioning properly. Also check sheets for damages. But trust......minor issues compared to the beauty of the house. Thanks for the memories......

Absolutely Awesome!!

This home is the bomb!! Awesome clean very spacious.it is like it never ended.. the deck was my favorite balong with the TV's in each room. Not 42''. Either;50inches. The master suite is a master suite that you can throw a get together in the room. I loved it.. I will most definitely choose this home every time I visit ATL. The host was amazing.. always answer her phone,. Will get you. What is needed quickly. Don't miss out. Book today.

Great house, Exactly like the pictures!

Property was great. We had some initial issues with the house, our heat was not working upstairs for the first night days of our stay and we were freezing, I tried reaching out to the property manager/property company and was unable to reach anyone for almost 24 hours. However, when I did reach her she rectified it quickly. Then the next night the heat went out downstairs in the middle of the night and the rest of the group was cold. But once we started moving the house got warm again- I don’t know what was up with the thermostats, but by the last night we were all good. All that aside, There were plenty of bathrooms and space for EVERYONE in our large group to sleep, relax, and spread out (the master bathroom was EVERYTHING and more for relaxing!) it was close to downtown and everything listed was exactly as shown. All in all, We had a very nice stay.

Perfect for Large Family!

We had family in town for our wedding and this was the perfect location! The interior was well cleaned and it had everything you needed for a relaxing week. Location is great - hop on I-20 and you are in downtown pretty quickly. We ended up extending for another night without a problem!
