We stayed here for three nights in January w/my large family. We had 8 adults and 11 grandkids. The house was clean, nice and spacious. The Host Marlon was very responsive and there is a large back yard where the kids played. We joked around because there are four living rooms. We went to a different one every night. Thank you for a very nice time. It was nice to have my family under one roof.

This home was perfect for hosting our youth group and chaperones for an overnight stay in Atlanta after a field trip! We slept, showered, entertained, and fed 23 people very comfortably. We appreciated the ease of check-in, alarm system, and cleanliness of the home. The host was very quick to reply to messages in a friendly and helpful way. We would stay here again

We enjoyed our stay!

The host was sweet and easy to reach when needed. Not to mention how beautiful and spacious the home is! This would definitely be great for friends and family.

The home was very beautiful, large, and spacious, and it comfortably accommodated my stay. It was clear that a great deal of thought was put into each room, and check-in was easy and seamless.I did feel that some of the posted rules—particularly those regarding washcloth usage—were a bit strict, which made some guests feel slightly uncomfortable using the showers out of concern that additional charges might be incurred.I also experienced a minor concern regarding communication with the owner. I was informed that the exterior camera indicated more guests than initially reported. This was disappointing, as I proactively communicated and paid for the additional guests in advance, and the number present matched that arrangement. I believe the confusion may have resulted from guests briefly coming and going to retrieve items, which could have led to individuals being counted more than once.Despite this, overall the stay was very pleasant, peaceful, and enjoyable.

My family of 12 stayed here for four nights over Thanksgiving, and overall we had a really good experience. The house itself is enormous and exactly as described in the listing. We loved having two kitchens and two living rooms—plenty of space for a large group to spread out and enjoy time together.The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. When we realized there wasn’t enough toilet paper or trash bags for our group, he brought more right away. He also allowed us to bring in rental tables and chairs since the dining area couldn’t seat all 12 of us, and even let us leave the rentals an extra day due to the holiday, which we really appreciated.There were a few issues worth noting. One of the coffee makers didn’t work, and the ice maker wasn’t working when we first arrived (we eventually got it to turn on). The check-in instructions also didn’t mention that every bedroom door has its own lock and code, so some family members ended up locked out until I requested the codes.A few parts of the home could use minor updates—some wall patches that need repainting and occasional flickering lights in certain rooms. The neighborhood is just okay—not a typical suburban area—but we didn’t have any problems and spent most of our time inside enjoying the house.Overall, it’s a great space for big families or groups, and with a few updates, it could easily be a perfect stay. We would stay here again.

The overall property was to our expectations with bedrooms and bathrooms. The pictures online were the renovated/addition in the basement was beautiful. The upstairs bathroom was dated in the hallway, the freezer upstairs wasn’t cold, and when it rained the upstairs had a leak.

Beautiful Spacious Property

This property was perfect for hosting our large group of friends! Everyone was able to have their own private room and we loved the decor/design particularly downstairs! The sunroom and outdoor space was also beautiful! It’s basically two spacious homes in one with two large kitchens and a super cute conference room downstairs. Wish we could have stayed longer and the only minor challenge we had was managing all the remotes to the various fans and lighting - but we eventually figured it out. Marlon was communicative and flexible and we would certainly consider booking this property again! There are a lot of rules for this property so be sure to review them thoroughly and ask questions to be sure it will meet your needs. Otherwise, would highly recommend!

Spacious Home Ideal for Large Groups

We were a group of 10 ( 9 adults and 1 toddler). The property has a great layout with 3-large rooms to eat and fellowship as well as ample spaces to separate and enjoy privacy as needed. We were also impressed with the sound barriers in the house. We could not hear noises from the lower level when upstairs. That was an awesome and unexpected feature and allowed those who desired quiet time enjoy it at will. The beds were very comfortable and the bath towels were extra large and soft. My family and I were in town for Thanksgiving and we really appreciated having 2 full size kitchens in which to prepare our meals. The location is approximately 20 minutes from the airport and close to the interstate. We did experience slow drainage with 2 of the lavatory sinks and toward the end of our stay with one of the kitchen sinks as well. Also the host should provide more paper goods as the home accommodates large groups and we ran out of paper towels and toilet paper and had to purchase those items during our stay. Additionally Kleenex was not provided and we had to purchase that as well. Some of the lavatory hand soap containers were not adequately filled and we had to use the soap from other bathrooms. That said, we had a fabulous time and would definitely choose to stay in this home again the next time we are traveling to Atlanta with a large group.
