Tucked away townhome in the Tanque Verde Valley, 850 sqft 2 bedroom, 1 bath. Quiet neighborhood offers a retreat from a day of hiking at the scenic Saguaro National Park or enjoying a game of golf at any of the 6 nearby courses. 15 min to Mt Lemmon and Sabino Canyon.

Living area features open floor plan, loft ceiling and generous windows opening onto a private courtyard. Main bedroom features queen bed with passthrough bathroom. Second bedroom perfect for a home office features a desk and bed with pop up trundle (room has a open entrance to the living area). Two car garage with extra space for bicycle storage. Professionally landscaped yard.

WIFI with streaming available. Netflix account is included for guests.
Please note we do not have cable available at this time.

NOTE: For each pet there will be an extra charge of S100.00 for a maximum of two pets under 50 pounds.

Load the dishwasher
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Please, leave garage remote and keys on the kitchen counter. Close the garage typing the same code number you used for check-in.
Place trash inside the green trash can located in the garage next to the recycling can. Trucks pass by Tuesdays morning so the cans have to be placed outside Mondays evening.
Place dirty towels and linen inside the black basket located in the main room closet. Thank you!
