La maison du cuisinier - un chalet très apprécié utilisé traditionnellement par les stations de cuisine pour préparer et nourrir leurs tondeuses assoiffées de travail et affamées, est méconnaissable par rapport à son utilisation originale! Entrer à l'intérieur, c'est comme enfiler son pull en cachemire préféré; chaleur instantanée, style et plaisir. Parfait pour 2 couples ou 4 personnes, un groupe d'amis, un week-end entre filles ou une retraite créative. Si seulement le cuisinier pouvait le voir maintenant!

La signature de Corunna est bien vivante dans cette version réduite de The Country House et The Homestead. La maison est autonome et dispose de 2 chambres king size et 2 salles de bains, une avec douche et l'autre, une baignoire classique sur pattes. Profitez du confort des chambres climatisées, des salles de bains généreuses, de la cuisine entièrement équipée et du salon avec salon idéal pour regarder un film ou une sieste.

La véranda divertissante en plein air peut être appréciée en toutes saisons avec une vue magnifique sur la chaîne Brokenback, ses ventilateurs extérieurs, son barbecue à gaz, son salon et sa table à manger ainsi qu’un poêle à bois en hiver. Passez vos soirées avec vos amis sur la table de jeux pour jouer aux échecs et aux cartes, ou profitez de la bibliothèque de livres, de DVD et d’un port gratuit à la main - tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer un séjour relaxant et agréable.

Wonderful, authentic and charming. This is a truly lovely cottage with everything you could need.

We had a lovely stay. The outside area and Chiminea was a delight. The cottage was as wonderful. Highly recommended.

Magic little cottage

The cooks house was amazing, comfortable for a couple and a friend and good indoor outdoor living. Close enough to all the hunter had to offer. Would highly recommend as your next accomodation in the hunter valley!

Gorgeous cottage

Loved the property! Only issue was locating it. The number was not distinctive on the letterbox, the property wasn’t named by any signage and when rang for assistance was given some misinformation…… there were meant to be two white tractor tyres outside front gate, which weren’t there. Otherwise, it was a gorgeous setting and cottage. Loved it.❤️

Classy Surprise

As we drove up to the property on the dirt road we had that glum feeling of omg what have we done! The Cooks House is no beauty on the outside nor is its surroundings but once you open the front door it’s absolutely wonderful. All photos represent the property beautifully, it’s very well appointed, maintained and extremely comfortable. Plenty of air conditioning/ heating which was a relief as it was almost 40 degrees when we arrived, but the most wonderful thing is the feeling of pure comfort and warmth you feel throughout the entire home.

A gem in the Hunter

We could not fault the Cooks House at Corunna Station. My wife and I took another couple (4 x adults) to the Hunter Valley for a Concert and the Cooks House was perfect. Exceptionally clean, well presented and appointed. It was an absolute Gem and made our stay all that more enjoyable. A perfect place for the weekend and the complimentary Piggs Peake wine and port were a pleasant (and enjoyed) surprise. Our only regret being we couldn't stay longer. We will be back.

Amazing, love this little tin shed full of many surprises, will definitely be back! Yes there are coal trains but they just add to the realness of the area! My wish is to have a large family & friend gathering to book all 3 houses on this property, super relaxing
