DUE TO BILL 41 we are only allowed to rent one time in a 30 day period so our minimum bookings will be 30 days or longer. Please contact me if you need more information or have questions.

This Adorable Beach Chic cottage sleeps 4 with room to spread out. Set in the most prime area on the Iconic North Shore of Oahu. Conveniently located midway between Sunset Beach and Waimea Valley with just minutes to all the famous Surf spots the Islands have to offer. We are located right on the 7 mile miracle.

Everything about this well equipped Cottage was designed for comfort. This newly renovated 2 bedroom 1 bath boasts all new Stainless Steele Appliance including Dishwasher and Split AC unit in the main living space. Outdoor shower and Large fenced in backyard is perfect for the Family Vacation, Friends Getaway or Peaceful Retreat.

Although this is a Garden View property we are just steps to the worlds most beautiful beaches, including Banzai Pipeline, Backdoor, Log cabins and Rockpiles. We are located just one house from the C&C Lifeguard station.

Nearby tennis, basketball and a Skate Park are all walking distance from this property. Turtle Bay resort is just a few minutes down the road where you will find World Class Golf, beaches and restaurants all for your enjoyment.

We are located on a tiny one way street between the ocean and our main road of Kamehameha highway. Your just steps to the beautiful white sand beaches and amazing blue waters. Visit us in the Winter months and view some of the world famous surfing right outside your door or summer time the beaches are the best in the world for snorkeling, diving, paddle board, kayaking or just lying around working on your tan.

There is NO Smoking of anything, NO Vapor, Cigarettes, Cigars, Marijuana, etc., allowed in the home or on the decks. You may NOT smoke in the home, backyard, or anywhere on the premises. If this rule is violated there will be a $500 fine and an additional cleaning fee to cover the cost of removing the smell.

There are NO parties allowed. If you have a party there will be a $500 fine.

There are no charging of electric vehicles on the property. We are not set up for this and do not want damage to our electrical system. Any violation will result in a $2000 fine plus any additional charges to repair the electrical damages.

Absolutely NO Bicycles or Surfboards allowed inside the Cottage.

Perfect location for sight seeing!!

Adorable bungalow with beach access steps away. VERY convenient to Waimea Bay and Valley, the Dole Plantation, the Polynesian Cultural Center, and Kahana Bay. And the lanai is awesome!!!

This was a wonderful property in a great location. The house had everything we needed and loved the covered deck. Would definitely recommend it and look forward to staying there the next time we’re on the island.

Great beach cottage in prime location

We had a wonderful time during our stay on the north shore. The location of the cottage is ideal. The beach right outside the property is beautiful and you are only minutes away from iconic north shore beaches ( pipeline, sunset etc). Also not a far drive into Waimea and Haleiwa if you want to go to town / restaurants. Close to grocery store (Foodland) which is amazing- would definitely recommend going there- get the Poke! I would recommend renting a bike as there is a nice bike path there. Parking at some of the popular spots can be tough but we managed driving everywhere. We were lucky enough to be there for giant swells . It was truly incredible to watch these monster waves ! We even got to catch some of the triple crown competition which was fun. That being said, obviously these beaches are not swimmable during winter. Good news is if you drive just a bit further towards the east side of the island you can find much calmer waters. The cottage is super cute. It was spacious, very clean and nicely decorated with a great beach vibe. Beds were comfortable and i slept like a baby. There is also a cute backyard area with really comfy couches which we enjoyed. Management was really great. Im horrible at directions (husband calls me Magellan !) and property manager Marla was available to help out. It was also really sweet that she checked in on us to make sure we made it ok and everything was good with the property. She was very professional would definitely rent from this group again. Hopefully will be back for years to come ! Where we ate - Shrimp truck- This is a must on the north shore and there are a ton. We went to less well known truck "Jennys" and were pleasantly surprised. i got spicy garlic shrimp and it was bomb! - Beach house- good for nice dinner, food was very good, excellent cocktails amazing views. A bit pricey - Pupukea grill- AMAZING ! we got the poke bowl and kalua pork quesadillas . Definitely one of our favorites - Roys at Turtle bay- Very beautiful restaurant with nice ambiance, food was good did not blow me away - Sunrise cafe- COFFEE is a must here. The bullet coffees are really good . Also have acai / papaya bowls etc

Great access to North Shore beaches

Comfortable 2 bedroom home steps away from amazing beach for watching world class surfing and walks on the beach. Kitchen was modern and well equipped, beds very comfortable, walking distance to grocery store and coffee shop (.9 miles).

Great little beach cottage!

We loved our time at this rental. The location is perfect. The beach in front one of the best! The house was really cute and the lanai great for grilling. We’d definitely stay here again!

Beautiful hidden getaway

The property was amazing and kind of tucked away in a secret spot! From the outside it doesn't look like much, but once inside, it's like a beautiful, relaxing getaway. I actually live here but had some friends and family visiting from the mainland, so we wanted a nice space just to get away from town. This was the perfect spot, just a few steps to the beach and the outdoor patio lounge area was our favorite. Property owner/manager was very easy to each and responsive, I had requested an early check in and she was very friendly and quick to respond. We felt a little bad because a piece of wood from the bar stools broke and I guess a wine glass that I didn't even know about during our stay, but luckily I purchased insurance so everything was covered. We are very sorry to cause any trouble or inconvenience, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend!

Great location!

Cute little cottage a few steps from the beach and very close to Shark's Cove and Haleiwa. We loved it! We will definitely book again next year. :)

Perfect north shore stay

Cute beach cottage within walking distance of the beach. The cottage is well stocked and looks recently renovated. We really enjoyed the little courtyard and outdoor seating area!

Great location, clean accommodations, friendly locals

We had a great time at this Banzai Beach House. More like a condo but still spacious enough for family of 4. We enjoyed all of Oahu and felt safe with our location rather than Sunset Beach or Halaweia. If I could find fault in anything it’s that a few things were in a little off(handles off drawers/lack of cleaning supplies/no curtains in living room). But nevertheless we had a great time!!

perfect location

we had a great time. cute bungalow in a great location. the kitchen did need a bit of a better cleaning, i.e. the refrigerator and cabinets. maybe some fixings in the bathroom. the management was accommodating. we were able to check in a bit early and also check out an hour late which was very helpful. recommended!

Comfortable, close to beach

This is a great location on North Shore, easy quick access to whatever you want to do. Right near bonsai pipeline, which makes a beach visit fun, unique and interesting. 30 yards and you are on the beach. Area is popular so there’s not a lot of parking around, but house has good parking location which is a plus. House was comfortable for our family of 4 with two teenage girls. Having the deck area was really nice and enjoyable. There were a few amenities missing, but owner was responsive. My only complaint after a great stay was that the cleaning, while by no means terrible, should be stepped up a notch to be in line with the fee charged and how lovely the house is.
